One of a Kind Christmas Show – Ventura, California!

Julia Bristow Jewelry will be one of the over 200 participating vendors at this year’s “One-of-a-Kind Christmas Show” the best shopping weekend of the year!! November 27-29, three days of holiday shopping, live music, food, visit Santa and his elves, a fashion show, see live reindeer, and skate in an outdoor ice-skating rink at the beach!! Shop for unique handcrafted gifts from carefully chosen vendors for “one-of-a-kind” gifts. This is going to be a huge event, bring the whole family, for fun and entertainment. This is a charity event by Help USA Homes in partnership with United Way with proceeds going to help the homeless. A great way to spread holiday cheer and help others! Julia Bristow Jewelry will be among the local Sierra mountain artisans displaying their jewelry Halloween weekend, Saturday and Sunday Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 from 9 a.m. at the Gift Gulch, 40444 Highway 41, Oakhurst, California. Come by for some free refreshments and get some holiday shopping done early this year! You will definitely find some one-of-a-kind gift items from these local artisans. Hope to see you there!

Bev Gallerani of Mango Tango Designs has successfully juried into the Artisans’ Guild of Cape Cod and will be participating in many of their Cape Cod shows in the summer and fall of 2009 … schedule to be posted.

At the invitation of the Managing Editor of Belle Armoire Jewelry Magazine, she has also written a tutorial on creating a unique PMC and fused dichroic glass pendant, scheduled to be published in their Spring 2009 issue. Available on newsstands in March 2009.

Lynda Andrews-Barry has been featured in the current issue of Diycitymag.net which focuses on Washington, DC, just in time for the election. She was fortunate enough to be a featured Washington, DC artist, as well as a contributer of many of the issue’s interviews and photographs. The editors, sisters from new orleans, also featured her enamel fleur de lis earrings in the e-zine’s last issue on the rebuilding of new orleans.
