Step 1

Attach a photo of your vacation destination to the door of your refrigerator. Reminding yourself where you're going can motivate you to stick to your diet and exercise plan.

Step 2

While they are not any known statics of fisherman that die or get hurt pursuing their passion of fishing, we have all read the stories in local papers. What are the causes? Usually heart attacks or heart disease are the biggest killers. Every 20 seconds someone dies of heart disease alone.
