The ticklish spots of your and your partner's body are the neck, navel, armpits, yearlobes, the soles of the feet and inner thighs. Now what these body parts have in common? They are the parts of the human bosy most receptive to sensual touch and stimulation.

Our individual sexual arousal patterns could be likened to our fingerprints: unique and complex designs, they help to identify who we are as sexual beings. Gynecological ultrasounds of 20 women showed that the tissue between the urethra and vagina was thicker in those reporting G spot orgasm. Despite the study’s limitations, researchers are holding that it is now possible to rapidly and inexpensively determine whether or not a woman has a G spot. Their logic: if there’s no visible evidence of a G spot, then a woman cannot have a vaginal orgasm.

Add to this other data researchers have ignored, and you see how everyone’s making a mountain out of a molehill. The results of another preliminary ultrasound study out of France found that the act of thrusting may be what causes a vaginal orgasm. If
this is so, the bulk of the wall doesn’t matter, which makes the Italian research moot.

Now the G spot is a debate and not every woman's G spot is a erogenous zone.

To put this thought into perspective, consider that many people don’t have sensitive nipples and never experience a nipple-induced orgasm. Likewise, some men don’t get anything out of prostate play and will never realize a prostate-induced orgasm. It’s all highly individual. We can’t help how we’re made.

Obesity Affected Men Can Get Erectile Dysfunction

The head of Adelaide University’s medical school, Professor Gary Wittert, said men should take note of research linking obesity to erectile dysfunction.

According to Prof. Wittert, Australian men take great care about their erectile problems more than possible cardiovascular disease.

Prof. Wittert reported that while many men are aware of several health problems caused by obesity, but difficulties getting an erection were less known.

“It’s becoming well known that there are high levels of obesity in Australian men and that this has significant consequences for chronic diseases, both physical and psychological,” he said.

The more less known fact is that not only the blood vessels to the heart are affected by obesity, but blood vessels to the penis are also affected resulting in erectile dysfunction and poor urinary tract function.

Nearly 40 years after France's May 1968 revolution spawned the slogan "pleasure without obstruction," a new study finds that the French of both genders are engaging in more varied and frequent sex than ever before — and both earlier and later into life. Yet perhaps the most significant finding in the report is that French women have been playing serious sexual catch-up with their male counterparts since the last national sex survey in 1992.

French Women have closed the gap with men in terms of number of lovers, age of initiation, and variety of acts engaged in. In some measures, women have overtaken men for the first time. Only 3.5% of women aged 18-35 years now say they are sexually abstinent, for example, versus 6.2% for males of the same age. French women are engaging in sex from a younger age and more frequently than before, while 20% of French men aged 18-24 years say they have no interest in sexual or romantic activity whatever.

The study suggests the changes are largely due to increased accessibility to sexual content and the greater ease with which like-minded partners can find one another.
The report finds that a staggering two out of every three kids in France has seen a porno film by the age of 11; 10% of women and 13% of men, meanwhile, said they'd use web sites to link up with prospective partners. At younger ages, the percentage of women using the net to arrange dates surpasses that of males.

But that does not mean that French people are happier than the rest of the world. 36% of French women say they have suffered sexual dysfunction in the past year of their lives, while 21% French men declared the same. That may explain why an estimated 500,000 patients in France visit sex counselors.

American Men: More housework..More Sex

A discussion paper released on Thursday(6th Mar. 2008) suggested that American men's contribution to housework has increased about 15% in the last 40 years and so has their sex activities.

The paper summarizing research on changing family roles prepared for the 11th annual conference of the Council on Contemporary Families in Chicago said that by the early 21st Century, the average full or part-time employed U.S. married woman with children was doing two hours less housework than in 1965. Men's housework load increased from around 15 percent to 30 percent during that time.

The report also found that men's contribution to housework increased over time...the longer their female partners have been in paid employment, the mode family work the men are likely to do.

According to psychologist Joshua Coleman, wives report greater feelings of sexual interest for husbands wo participate in housework.

The most dramatic increase in men's contributions has been to childcare. From 1965 to 2003, men tripled the amount of time they spent in childcare. However, during this same period women doubled the time they spent in childcare and interaction, the report said.

This mutual increase appears to be related to higher standards by both mothers and fathers about spending time with children.

US sex-therapists has come up with a new survey report. The best sex should last between seven and thirteen minutes and even a 3 minute sex is "adequate".

But Aussie sex therapists commenting on the new research say most men Down Under wanted it to last considerably longer while most women were "not bothered" if it was over with fast.

The sex study is the first to review what the experts believe is the ideal length of time to have penetrative sex, with the random sample of Americans and Canadians labelling seven to 13 minutes most "desirable".

Three to seven minutes was considered "adequate" for intercourse but anything less was "too short" and beyond 13 minutes was "too long".

US studies show Americans expect penetrative sex to last between 15 and 20 minutes, even though sel- reports indicate it is over in less than half this time.

Lead researcher Dr Eric Corty, from the Behrend College in Erie, Pennsylvania, said this was a situation "ripe for disappointment and dissatisfaction".

"In the fantasy model of male sexuality, men have large penises, rock-hard erections, and can sustain sexual activity all night long," Dr Corty wrote.

"It appears that many men and women hold this fantasy. The results from the present study, by providing a realistic not a fantasy model of sexuality, are useful both in treating people with sexual concerns and dysfunctions, and, with wider circulation, in preventing the onset of sexual dysfunctions."

Anecdotal evidence suggested most Australian women would be happy with the therapists' "adequate" time of three to seven minutes, while men would not.

Columbia University study has revealed that people prefer to date with persons who are more attractive than they are.

The researchers took two sets of data from a dating website hotornot.com in which one set contained members' dating requests and the other contained the attractiveness ratings of other members.
Both data sets also included ratings of members’ own attractiveness as rated by other members.

The results showed obvious facts. Males were more influenced by their date's physical attractiveness but less affected by how attractive they themselves were.

The research team also observed that regardless of how attractive people themselves were, they seem to judge others’ attractiveness in similar ways, supporting the notion that people have largely universal, culturally independent standards of beauty like symmetric faces.

The researchers say that people's own attractiveness does not affect their judgement
of other's attractiveness.

In a follow-up speed-dating study, the researcher observed that more attractive people placed more weight on physical attractiveness in selecting their dates, while
less attractive people placed more weight on other qualities like sense of humour.

A new study has shown that men tend to have healthier relationships when dating a feminist than dating a non-feminist.

It is also equally important for women too. Being a feminist can actually improve the quality of their inmate relationships. Rutgers University (US) carried out a study to this perception.

The University conducted a laboratory survey of 242 American undergraduates and an online survey including 289 okder adults who were more likely to have had longer relationships and greater life experience.

They looked at the perception of men and women of their own feminism and its link to relationship health, measured by a combination of overall relationship quality, agreement about gender equality, relationship stability and sexual satisfaction.

The survey report showed that having a feminist partner was associated with healthier heterosexual relationships for women. Men with feminist partners also reported both more stable relationships and greater sexual satisfaction.

The researchers also examined the validity of feminist stereotypical beliefs amongst their two samples, based on the hypothesis that if feminist stereotypes are accurate, then feminist women should be more likely to report themselves as being single, lesbian, or sexually unattractive, compared with non-feminist women.

The authors found no support for this hypothesis amongst their study participants. In fact, feminist women were more likely to be in a heterosexual romantic relationship than non-feminist women.
