Truck or HGV Insurance

Well it’s been a while since we’ve posted on world most commented and this week is all about insurance, who you insure with, today were looking at HGV insurance, who the best company to go with and what is the best sort of HGV, what sort of license do you need for a HGV, well if the vehicle that you will be driving is between 3.5 and 7.5 tonnes you will need to apply for a Category C1 license, the minimum age being 18 years.

So I want to hear you thoughts on who the best to get you HGV insurance from, what’s the best HGV truck and anything else…

Is Drunknmunky Clothing your favourite hip hop clothing?

we this is a simple question, what is your favourite brand of hip hop clothing, appealing particular for people that wear urban clothing such as DrunknMunky clothing or Gio Goi or Superdry.

After carrying out some research we’ve found these are some of the top brands in the UK for urban wear and hip hop clothing, but what about the us, are people wearing wu wear is Fubu clothing, Harlem globetrotters or something completely different.

With the hip hop fashion that is available i think that my favourite pair of trainers is a pair of cheap puma trainers so what do you think is it a pair of addidas, do you prefer somthing smarter?

Well walk down any city centre and you can see 100’s of shops with thousands of people dressed in a variety of clothes from Nike trainers to Gio Goi Clothing or Superdry clothing. Of course it’s a personal opinion what you where, whether smart casual, and sometimes it’s very dependant on the occasion.

So what’s your favorite clothes make/brand and why? I’m sure you’ve got an opinion….

The burning question in anybodies eyes what is your favourite chocolate bar? Is it even a bar, are you a malteasers man? Are you more of a cruchie character, what ever it is we want to know, say your piece.

Is it the good old swiss chocolate? it’s comming upto easter and everyone wants a giant easter egg but which one floats your boat, personally i think its to hard to choose, like a kid in sweet shop?!

Well if this doesn’t get people talking nothing will, personally i’m, a liverpool fan and yes i’m from manchester so don’t ask, but that’s my opinion, there been a lot of change this season in the premier league, so who do you think is the best of just shout out your team.

So spurs have already taken the Carling cup against chelsea, United and liverpool both out of the F.A cup, so what’s the current rankings?

House Prices

I’m not sure what it’s like in the rest of the world but in the UK where I live house prices are just stupid, see the graph below for how house prices have risen.

To be honest the hardest thing is for new buyers, with the average house prices around £130K but yet the average wage in the UK is around £14-15 how can anyone get a house, mortgage lender will only lend you from 3-4.25 your wage so if you’ve got a coupl with combined earnings of £30K then they may just beable to purchase, but at a struggle if your mortagage is £700-800 a month, then you’ve got bills then how can you survive?

Add your comments, is the house market struggling? are more people renting? are house prices set to fall?

The real world v’s The Internet - Are you a skeptic or internet nerd?

Well this has to be one of the most debated subjects in the world some people have a laptop clues to their body and can’t live without, they get cold turkey when they lose the connection on their PC, while the other side of the coin is the people who stay as far away of the computer as possible.

Which side are you, to be honest if your reading this your not one of the sceptics, however do you just dabble on the internet or do you spend 12 hours a day on it and i’m not talking about work! You hear about people online gaming, games such as World of war craft have got people constantly connected, people use the internet for al sorts it constantly pushed, “Get it on your mobile phone” i know it can be useful sometimes and often cirtain websites can actual help you in the real world, i.e. organise a party and post your invites on facebook, or lost get Google maps on the scene.

So the question is do you think its sad to spend that much time on the internet?

Did you find your lover in a chat room?
Are you an e-bay junkie?
Addicted to facebook, myspace, bebo?
