Is the indispensable credit card all that it is purported to be? Sure it is a convenient tool in the exchange of goods and services and economy driver. On the other hand, it can cause a spiral in indebtedness – if you don’t watch your “charge it” habit.

Paradise on earth? Is there such a place?

Goa, situated in the western coastal belt of India, presents itself as closest to being one. To the critical eye, how does Goa measure up?

The Webster dictionary defines paradise as a place of extreme beauty and happiness. Goa indeed has the scenery that is out of the ordinary. Lately, I have a very bad sleeping habits. I don't go to bed on schedule, and I don't feel like sleeping... So, I googled some great tips to improve my sleeping problem. Here's what I found in LifeHack.org.

1. Get Up Earlier

That’s right, you slacker: if you want to get to bed earlier and easier, set your alarm for 5am and haul yourself out of bed the second you hear it go off.

The catch is that for this to work, you’ve got to muster all the self-discipline you’ve got and not only get up as soon as that alarm goes off, but get up as soon as that alarm goes off every single morning. No matter what. Even if you only had an hour of sleep the night before.

Try going for four or five days on two hours of sleep and then try to tell me you haven’t felt sleepy and ready for bed earlier than usual. This is the best way to reset your sleep schedule.

But boy, does it require some self-discipline—more than some people have got.

This pictures was taken at Mall of Asia (MOA) with Whenna and Rose... We went for ladies night out after Rose's birthday as she promise to us.. We had a great night together after two 2 yrs we've not seen Whenna here in Pinas. We had a nice dinner in Gumbo and then we went to a disco bar called Arcadia in Malate.
