Along with this Blackberry Z15 images have also come up which is new to everyone.

Blackberry Z30 images that have been leaked clearly shows that it is a touchscreen smartphone with round edges. And as per the rumours that have been going around on net it is expected to have a big 5 inch AMOLED touchscreen with 720x1280 pixels resolution. It is being said that it will have 1.7 GHz dual core processor with Blackberry 10 OS which is the most recent one. An 8 MP camera on the rear and 2 MP camera on the front with an internal memory of 16 GB is anticipated.

And going by these attributes one can very well say that this Blackberry Z30 is not going to be cheap. Getting a sound sleep is utmost necessary for every human being because everyone needs rest and sleep is the time when the mind and body gets maximum relaxation. After a long hectic day sleep becomes even more important but few of us might be facing this problem of not getting proper sleep or sound sleep as it is said. Ways to get a sound sleep:

1) Set a particular time for sleeping and maintain it regularly: One needs to set a particular time for going to sleep and make sure that every day one goes to sleep at that time.

2) Eat 2 to 3 hours before going to bed: It is important for the body that we have our meal at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed just because the digestive system takes this much time to digest the food. And the food is properly digested one can get a good sleep.

3) Eat proper food before going to sleep which induces sleep: Not just eating 2 to 3 hrs before going to bed is important but eating right foods is also important for those who are getting less sleeps. One can go for the foods that are sleep inducing like the foods which are rich in carbs and calcium are best for sound sleeps as they have amino acid, tryptophan which induces sleep. Bananas, turkey, milk, yoghurt, walnuts, dates, figs, tuna, cheese, wholegrain etc. are few foods that are rich in these two nutrients. Spinach and dairy products are rich in calcium which further induces to sleep. One can also go for cherries which have melatonin a hormone that will surely make you sleepy. Going for all these foods can help you when you are not getting proper sleep.

4) Avoiding foods that disrupt the sleep: Like there are foods that induce sleep there are foods that don’t let you sleep. Sugary foods like ice creams, chocolates, candy bars are high on sugar and a hurdle in a sound sleep. Heavy foods like Pasta and pizza are few foods that are heavy on the stomach and digestive system and hindrance in sleep. Coffee, chocolate need to be avoided due to their caffeine content which keeps you alert and sleepless when consumed in night. For few people the effect of caffeine lasts till 12 hrs.

5) Avoid Alcohol or smoking: Those who think that alcohol is best to make one sleepy should get the facts correct as alcohol will make you sleepy till its effect remains on the body, the moment its effect goes you are awake. And smoking also leads to sleeplessness so avoid smoking before going to bed.

6) Get into the mood of sleeping: At times when nothing else works this does work. Setting a mood includes taking a nice hot tub bath and then either listening to music or reading a book will get you a sleep. One should make an environment that is perfect for sleeping; make the room dark, comfortable and cool. These titbits also make you sleepy.

7) Exercising: Exercises and yoga help in getting a sound sleep so one should make either of these two a regular habit. As it is these two are good for health.

But school friends will be there whenever you look out for them. School days are also remembered because of the tension free life. We used to just worry about exams and our homework nothing else. But that time these two agendas were also big for us.
