I hereby want to inform you about the symposium "Attention: Provocations on the Culture of Canadian Visual Forms" taking place at the Uni Club, Bonn (Konviktstraße 9) on Friday, 06/13 from 9 am - 7 pm.
The lecturers include Dr. Timothy Kaposy (University of Bonn), Dr. des Michael Butter (University of Freiburg) Prof. Kass Banning (University of Toronto), Prof. Mary O’Connor (McMaster University), Prof. Maria Whiteman (McMaster University) and Prof. Dr. Sabine Sielke (University of Bonn).

The seminar is open to graduate-level students of American Studies, History, and Cultural Studies. Students from the universities of Halle, Leipzig, and Jena may receive credit (Teilnahmeschein, Leistungsschein).

the next Annual Students Conference at Humboldt will deal with the topic of "Utopian Thoughts. Trans-Atlantic Fictions of Science and Politics".
