The seminar is open to graduate-level students of American Studies, History, and Cultural Studies. Students from the universities of Halle, Leipzig, and Jena may receive credit (Teilnahmeschein, Leistungsschein).

the next Annual Students Conference at Humboldt will deal with the topic of "Utopian Thoughts. Trans-Atlantic Fictions of Science and Politics".
