Latest Website Update Includes Reduced Prices

It has taken us a significant amount of time to complete development on our most recent release. This latest release fixes a major problem that did not allow us to adjust our pricing. Now that we have this new version we have significantly reduced our pricing on all of our paid accounts.

Time Zone Offsets

Until this weekend, all times on WSS were in Mountain Standard Time (MST). Now all times will be stored in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and displayed according to your Time Zone Offset preferences. The Offset setting for existing users has been preset to UTC-7 or MST to avoid any confusion that might arise from a sudden change in times displayed on the website. To change this, existing users should login to their account and adjust the Time Zone Offset to an offset that more closely matches their current local time. This change in functionality does not currently include automatic adjustments for Daylight Savings. There is, however, a new option to select 12 or 24-hour time.

Scheduled Job Dates Validation

Yesterday we made an adjustment to the validation requirements for certain dates on the Job Add and Edit forms. When scheduling a new job or editing an existing job, some of the date fields were erroneously setup with a hyper sensitive date validation algorithm. This made it difficult to add/edit jobs. The recent adjustment corrects this problem.

Sign Up Form Problem

The sign up form stopped posting correctly yesterday. This has been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Accounts created during this time were created successfully. However, the functionality of the form may have led you to believe otherwise. If you have any questions please let us know.
