TODAY A cold front advancing from the west and moisture from Ida will bring scattered showers to the region, mainly during the PM hours. The highest chance of the wet weather will be in our southern and eastern counties. Highs in the low 60s. TONIGHT Showers continue, mainly in the south and east. Lows in the mid 40s. WEDNESDAY Showers continue through the early half of the day. At this point it looks like Ida's remnant low will move farther to the east, and the rain will move out of our region by the afternoon. Despite more dry time through the PM hours, expect mostly cloudy skies to remain. Cooler; highs in the low 50s. END OF THE WEEK The current scheme keeps Ida's remnant low on the east coast, holding the rain farther out of our area. Partly cloudy conditions are expected both Thursday and Friday.
