Hi all!!
It has been a while since I last blogged!
But today im suuuuuperrrr excited because I am going to introduce my hair sponsor to you all.

We went on straight with Bleaching the first round to see if the pink still stays on,

also to lighten the roots!

And after the 2nd bleach, im more at a milky pink (which can be covered by the blues)

Firstly addition of the turquoise to the inner parts!

After washing, she helped me to trim my hair to look sharper!

I didnt want to get my hair styled so I can let the colour seep in for more days

And like I said after 5 bleaches... I think its impossible to have healthy hair like mine with glow and it doesn't snap like its been tortured 5 times :x

Cathy Doll's 5th Anniversary (Sponsored)

I was really happy to be brought to Thailand by Karmarts Singapore!

It was Cathy Doll's 5th Anniversary and they brought back some of us ABBC winners (:

I checked in at 10am on 24th Feb and the room wasnt ready. I asked around and realised that some ABBC blogger had checked in and I realised it was Angeline!!!

I went into her room and we had a good chat to catch up!

After my room was ready, I checked in at about 12pm and I realised that my room was just beside her~~ After dressing up, I took some photos hehe.

It was really awesome to have a room to myself! :D

After that, we met at a Cafe in Siam as a holding area while waiting for the rest of the stars to appear at around 3pm. We took a subway there as it was just 1 stop away.

Slowly, the ABBC bloggers came one by one and we were all so excited to see each other!!!

About 5-6pm it was time for out scheduled photoshoot and it was only 5 minutes!!

It was so rushed and there were so many cameras to look at. *eyes darts everywhere*

It was an honour to take pictures with some of the Hottest A-listers stars in Thailand!

Everyone looked so gorgeous here!! (:

I was abit of a rebel here as I didn't have totally white outfits, So I only brought my white & black printed jacket :x

And after the photoshoot we had 2 minutes to take selfies with them! So I could only take pics with stars near me! And seriously, when taking photos with stars like them I can only give out a goofy happy look. Damned. They looked flawless regardless of the angles taken.

First is boy_pakorn! He was ultra friendly and very nice as a person.

Secondly is push_dj . He has a very charming smile and he reminds me of Fahrenheit (Fei Lun Hai) Aaron.He has a very korean look and I was really happy because I followed him for sometime on instagram.

After that, I didnt have time for the other presenters and we were invited out to the main event.

2 minutes were gone in a flash ))):

I was really impressed as the Presenters all did a catwalk and after that a SONG!
Is it a rule that all Thailand Presenters must be good in singing , because I was really impressed!
As the event goes, we saw the whole 5 years highlighted products of Cathy Doll!
And as the event ended, I managed to sneak a ninja shot with a makeup artist I followed on Instagram!

NONGCHAT!!

Can you believe that he is 29 ?!?!?! *Omg. Spazzz* He was so friendly and inviting people to take pictures with him!! It was really a rewarding day, having pictures taken with them and also taking pictures with them.

ALSO I scrutinised their actions while they were on stage, walking and interacting with fans. *such a stalker* BUT YES, I learnt alot from their actions and how they behave. And also, reacting to unforeseen circumstance, which requires high EQ.

Overall, I was really glad to be invited over and thankfully for Karmart that sponsored this trip, I enjoyed the trip totally! So its my like 2nd attempt making a Vlog and here it is!! More information about the trip in this vlog (:

**P.S** As I am still a noob at video editing I didn't realise that the runway songs they used striked some copyright issues. It wasn't a biggie but there are some limitations. First Filming Experience

I have joined Mediacorp(part-timer) for quite a long while now and I didn't have suitable roles previously due to school commitments and my loud hair colours previously. I have always wanted to try acting in my life and I finally had such a chance. Thankfully there was a small role that fit my schedule yesterday and it marked my first filming experience! ( no lines but, at least it is a good start (: )

I was told to arrive at 7am for makeup & wardrobe. That timing was really early, but I was so excited i woke up at 5:30am and eventually took a cab down as I realised that the buses to harbourfront were not operating (because it is at the other side of the terminal *cries*) I reached at 6;30am and navigated into their new campus at one-north.

Obviously I was the first few to arrive and I walked into the makeup unit as it was opened. I told them my role and they actually thought that no makeup & hairstyling should be done for some game challenge contestant. But there was this senior staff that was so nice and she said that since I came and took a seat, might as well do something to my hair. She curled it a little and set it with hairspray ( thank god)

After that the main bulk of people came and they were coming to line up for the wardrobe. It was a hectic scene as I think 3 shows were ongoing and the scene that I was going for that day had a lot of spectators. After Q-ing up, they gave me a dry fit shirt so that I wouldn't get heat stroke if I were to stand under the Sun for quite sometime ( Still not revealing what this role is keke )

We took a minibus over to Symbiosis where the scene was filmed. The building was quiet on a saturday as I think most of the offices operates on weekdays from 8-5pm ish. Either that or they booked the place. The filming place was also barricaded to a certain extent ~

Through this experience I really learnt a lot of things. Like simple scenes you see on television require many takes from different angles. Also the audience had to move accordingly to where the camera was filming. Different filming requires different lenses (wide lens, focus lens etc..) And it was really cool to see some panning action :D

I also talked to some people that day , be it part-timers or extras. I learnt alot from them and it was really interesting to hear stories and important advices. I made friends with some of them too~ Most people were helpful and nice especially towards a greenhorn like me. For that , I felt very grateful. (:

The main cast was Jeffrey Xu Ming Jie and I had the honor to be standing just behind him most of the time (hint hint for what I may be doing). The host of the game show was Kun Hua (with platinum blonde hair , omg envy) from 9.33 And I must say that their chinese proficiency is like really accurate and amazing. Every word can be heard properly and distinctively. ( i better work on that soon, gulps*)

Thankfully, my scene ended earlier and after that I could go back myself to return the wardrobe and leave. (luckily I did my scene in one-take)

It was a really fulfilling experience and I hope to get more roles (maybe challenging) in the future!

AOA Favourites

Recently AOA had 2 songs released and they are "Bing Bing" & "Excuse Me" respectively.
It dawned on me that they had really different concepts since their debut.
(I followed them since then)
I am glad these 2 concepts are slightly back to their usual funky concepts.
(although 'Bing Bing' still sells a little sex)

But these are the 3 members that I focus on the most :x (*Credits to respective picture owners*)
These are just personal opinions~~

1. Choa

She is without a doubt, my bias in the group. I was very happy when one of my friend bought an album for me and the postcard was CHOA!! It was like omg happiness! Her style & voice is so lovely~~ A definite goddess to me (sparkling eyes*)

And can I say that she really rocked the blonde look?

After she did her shorter hairdo(In short skirt MV), it was much quirkier and less boring than her long hairdo in Elvis. And as the lead vocals, you see her in most of the MVs, even in AOA Black.

2. Jimin

I noticed her IMMEDIATELY when Elvis came out. It was her turquiose ombre hair that caught my attention, accompanied by her unique voice. Many people thinks that she is too nasal , but I think that is what makes her stands out.

Plus that voice of hers is really suited for rap-ing songs. I am glad she got more famous during the "Unpretty Rap Star" shows.

she even got to do an Mv with Xiumin after that. (althou im not into songs that raps all the way)

Lastly, I cant shake that fact that they did this comparison of Jimin & L.Jackson

It was hilarious XD

3.Seolhyun

I personally only noticed Seolhyun because she was in many Mvs, Ads and is visually pretty.

I am not too sure about her personality, but many variety shows had their guests nervous about meeting her and her being many people's ideal type.

As for the rest of AOA, I am not too sure about the members :x

But I was quite sad that the drummer , Youkyoung left.

She was quite underrated and only appeared in a few Mvs. She didnt have much exposure either, despite being a really drummer. Hopefully she seeked a better company or another route for herself.

Initially AOA was a girl band that launched after CNBlue's success but now, they hardly play their instruments. And I am not sure about the rest of the netizens, but I really missed their 'Elvis' & 'Get Out' days where its more of visual and not sex sell.

Secondary School Reunion

Hair colour update! I've bleached my hair twice & put on an ash dye to achieve this look (:

I did my hair myself heh heh. The bleach was from Gatsby E-Hi Bleach Series & the Ash Hair dye was bought from City Square (J.B)~

Anyways, I met up with my Secondary School clique after a really really long time. We had a little friction years ago and we didn't meet up.

However, I honestly feel to a certain extent (my dad) , got us back together and we were catching up like old times.

Well, we all made mistakes when we are young & we have grown up already. It is important to let bygones be bygones. It's been a long time since we all met!

And it was funny how our memories of each other were stuck 4 years ago.

We ate Poulet for Dinner!

I was craving for Poulet for quite sometime and I finally satisfied my tummy :3

The mashed potato there as the bombzz (as usual) and I had one servings all by myself (:

&& I FINALLY MET KYMM (YAY)

It was such a long time since we met and had a proper chat!! I will never let anyone spoil our friendship from now on. It feels nice to not have restrains like meeting anyone and the opposite gender. We met the rest at Starbucks & Yay to group pic :D

I am so glad to have them all back in my life. These are the people that made up almost half of my life , starting from 13 years old. I am starting to believe that friends that crosses the 7th Year mark, does become eternal friends.

It may sound mushy but, I really did miss you all. We caught up as per normal, despite the years of not meeting. We laughed and joked about our progress and its heartwarming to see how we have grown from complaining Mr Lim & Azlina to like work and jobscope and leaves.

Lab Stuff

Recently, lab is driving me crazzzzzyy :o
I think as science students, we all will agree that lab is a super tedious and annoying session.
It is a love-hate relationship with lab.
Without lab , we can't earn a livelihood *it is what we are paid for* but at the same time with lab is super time consuming and some wrong steps can cause the entire procedure to go wrong. (CRIES)
At the same time, we expose ourselves to possibly carcinogenic and mutagenic chemicals *for the better of mankind?* or just for our ricebowl and to lead a decent life.

But at the same time, I feel that scientists/ lab researchers are very underrated because as much as the Nobel prize winners are widely recognised, that is probably 5% of the population.
There is so much competition from searching for the newest element, or chemical structure that cures cancer. And as far as research goes, if you didn't find anything, you have wasted your time.
Or worst, If you found something, but slower than other people who have published it, you have wasted your time.

All in all, it is a time-consuming process and even for testing labs, many procedures are required along with thousand of samples and a concerning deadline. And more often then not, the pay may not be comparable to your secondary school teacher.*coughs*
So probably, next time when you hear of someone who does research/ lab stuff, hopefully you might see the person in a different light.

Okay, I spent accumulative of 6-7 hours just doing a pro forma (not a full lab-report) and started typing nonstop. ~~Partly cause I suck-ed at Microsoft Excel and cant do graphs and equations well.~~
And recently, some issue came up with lab that is going to stall my trip! @*&(*@^*(#(*#*#
Shall call the office tomorrow to see what really happened, and hope to get that cleared.

Selfie Stick

Today I was looking around for selfie stick as my travel log vids are like too close to my face.
Plus there are times where it is easier to stabilise your video with a selfie stick compared to my wobbly arms.
So I was asking for my sisters' if they had any and a funny conversation was made.

Me: 'Sis-es do you have selfie stick?'

Elder Sis: 'Nope I dont have'

2nd Sis: 'I think I might have but I need to find.'

Mum: 'You need what? There are alot of Satay Sticks in the drawer.'

Us: ROFLLLLLL

We all burst out laughing hahahha.
Luckily my 2nd sis had one and it fits my camera!

Re-adjustment

So today my family went to many places.
We went to check on my dad's CPF, HDB, Town council and his banks.
It is really frustrating to not be able to do most of the important transactions due to no letter of authorisation. So that falls back to the lawyer's arrangement.
Thankfully for my cousin, we found a helpful lawyer at a decent rate which will be able to help us.
It was really tiring waiting for Q number, due to the day right after the public holiday and we spent about 2 hours waiting at bukit merah. *inserts sad face*

After that we went back home and my grandmother was still in the bed, at 2pm.
It was really frightening because she was lying down and had her eyes closed tightly.
She was not responding to our voices and was shaking her head groggily.
After much persuasion we managed to got her to the bathroom to bathe.
I hope my grandmother's health will get better as she seems to get weaker by day ):

Tomorrow I will go back to school and I have more or less caught up with the lectures.
There are still some school assignments here and there which I have yet to finish but I guess I will cope.
Also, there are more deadlines approaching and I have yet to start on them.
It is time to start on them soon *gulps*

CNY DAY 1 & 2

I woke up around 10 am yesterday and tried to watch lectures that I have missed.
Also there was ALOT of school work to catch up on.
What is worse is that one week from now will be a TermTest, which to be honest, I have yet to be revising over. *cries*

In the afternoon , my whole family was awake and we decided to plan our steps from today.
We sorted out the steps needed, expenses and what to do with the company.
Mostly importantly, what we need now is a lawyer to facilitate the case.
And as it is cny, most firms are not operating so we have to wait slightly later.

We booked a movie at 4pm so that we can distract ourselves and laugh a little.
The movie was 'The Fortune Handbook'

The film was quite funny, showing how different classes of gods, are trying to compete into the Fortune God class. And to do so they have to help people with their wishes and collect ingots as an assignment.The god, Mark Lee, went around asking people to chant his script to grant all their wishes. This film speaks alot about family (*cough not so good timing*) and people's greed and desire. It was still a decent film afterall and it was really funny to see Christopher Lee & Lee Nan Xing fighting it out from time to time.

I felt Christopher Lee really went all out portraying this hooligan-ish character who is in love with spraying his head with hairspray. All the hip twists & underwear scenes hahaha, really unexpected of him. I also like Lai Yi Ling's acting here acting as a semi bimbo who is deeply in love with his husband, Christopher. She then had a slightly transformation due to another reason o.o

Also, this film speaks about doing good deeds and not just fulfilling one's desire. There were several times of this film where it got pretty emotional and made some people teared.

After that my family and I went back to my grandmother's house. My 2nd sis drove us on the way back.We weren't allowed to visit house, but my mom was just going back to her house.

We didn't say 'Happy New Year' to other people and just smiled.

My cousins and relatives were kind of worried about us when we didn't arrive. I am glad to see their faces (esp prawn whom I frantically waved in the car before she almost left)

They were all concerned for us and they even set up the dining table for us to have a steamboat dinner when it was already cleared up.

Most of them gave us encouragement and also asked us to keep a look out for my mom. I also finally had to chance to see Patchy after so long. I also played with Chester & Momo and somehow I felt a little better playing with the doggies.

After that I drove the car home,(I only drove like less than 2km the previous time) and it was really nerve-wrecking. It was around 10pm and I never drove at night before :x My contact lenses were abit dry and my siblings had to keep a look out of my alignment as my skills were really rusty.

Today is the 7th day of my dad's passing. There are many things to prepare and do.

But I hope that he is at a better place now. (:

New Year Eve (Reunion)

This is a first year dinner without my dad, we had our charcoal grilled dinner with our favourite korean pork and vegetables. It felt a little empty but we filled his bowl and plate with dishes that we cooked.
I really loved eating Korean pork wrapped with vegetables & abit of chili and whatever is available in on our grill pan. My family loves eating it this way and it is fun eating like that.
We can customize different food in the wrap and have a different taste with every wrap (:

&& today after 2 years, I finally met up with Nette!
It was time to put behind the past and move on with life.
We put back the bad blood and decided to start afresh (:
It is time like this that my old friends got back to me, all of them.
Ranging from secondary school and gv days.
It daunted on me that only important people would want to be with me at my weakest.
These are the friends that I made myself and they hold a special place in my heart.
Met up with Ed & Xueni too! We had a good time chatting and decided to watch horror show next time as it has been a LONG time since I ever watched a horror film.

Finding the Real Me

It has been a while since I penned my thoughts into a blog post.
Many years ago, I have been focusing on a business, another person's business.
And after some conflicts, I think I should focus on myself.

I feel like I lack my personality inside my posts and they are starting to look very catelogue-ish.
I used to be spontaneous and do everything and post whatever I want.
However, as time goes past, I become more concerned about whether it looks good and whether it is picture worthy.

Without knowing it myself, I have lost the essence of why I started blogging.
I made this blog because I like documenting what happened to me and my personal experience.
Everything here is raw and I can say whatever I want.
I miss the old me where I don't have to be concerned of whatever small things that I am doing.

I have figured out that, I will continue my Own blog, as this has been a little diary of mine, documenting all sorts of things and journeys since my younger days. (yes u will see some cringe worthy pics if u scroll all the way down) Hahhaha.

Many things have happened lately and as of which, brought attention to me that I was losing myself.
I don't want to be pleasing people, and change my character to fit their liking.
I have unknowingly been doing so for 2 and a half years and it is time to wake up.

Hello once again ! I am going to introduce to you all some eyebrow products!!

For me, drawing my eyebrows has always been a problem.

Ever had undefined brows, or patchy/ shorter brows? ): ( I feel you)

I suffer from shorter eyebrows which ends the same length as my eyes.

In order to have a better proportion, the eyebrows should extend a little more by about 1/3 of the length. This helps to frame up the face!

First step it will be drawing your eyebrows!

Cathy Doll Triple Eyebrow Designing (3g) $14.90

- Natural Brown -

I personally think that this is a handy item to have as it is really compact! Plus I like that they come with a guide on where to fill your brows "A/B/C" so you can apply the shade accordingly.

It also comes with a small sharp brush to aid drawing your brows and a fluffier one to help to blend.

After getting your brows done, it is important to match your brows to the same shade as your hair!

Or coating it with a Eyebrow Cara to brush your brows neatly.

I love this product because I can now easily match my hair colour (brown shade) to my eyebrows without bleaching them. A word of caution though, do give time for this product to dry before touching it. As it is a coat, it takes a little time to dry (:

Also do, you know that eyebrows with a shade lighter helps to give a youthful face?

Do not coat your eyebrows too dark as it can come off as dramatic!

The scent of this lip perfume is really amazing and not only it smiles good, it helps to moisturize your lips!

There are 4 'Flavours' to choose from.

They are Peach, Dragon Fruit, Lime&Citrus & Green Apple.

Within the 4 selection, my favourites are the Dragonfruit & Green Apple.

Cathy Doll Lip Smile - Lip Perfume Green Apple Vit E (5g) $12.50

For me the green apple is like the classic.

The basic scent that most people will like as this scent reminds me of like Qoo Grape or something.

There is a sense of familiarity and of course it is very sweet in smell.

Cathy Doll Lip Smile - Lip Perfume Dragon Fruit Vit B (5g) $12.50

This is my favorite scent! I Love LOVE LOVE this scent! It is really weird because I didn't expect dragon fruit to smell so sweet and lovely. In terms of holding power of scent, I think dragon fruit beats most of the others hands down, except probably Lemon Citrus which is good as well (but only for people who likes refreshing scent)

In terms of application, you just need to put a small amount of the product onto the lips. The only bad part about this is that there is no applicator or what so ever, so you will need to use your fingers to apply it on. People who are OCD, may not like it. But then again, if you clean your fingers before applying it, its alright.

In terms of moisturizing power, it is pretty decent. But what I liked is that there are different Vitamins added in different product to help to lips. Presence of Vitamins B & E are important so as to prevent chapped lips.

In terms of holding power, as it is a balm, it will slowly fade throughout the day as you drink or eat. But personally I think that , when I need to reapply I will do so (:

Hello all!

I have some interesting products to introduce (: They are the Eyecare Series from Cathy Doll!

As we all know that the eye & undereye area is delicate and requires much attention. Especially for people like me that uses contact lens daily, we tug our under eye often!

This prolonged action may hasten the appearance of fine lines and eventually wrinkles(*yikes*)! Also for those ladies who draws eyeliner and tug your eyes, you can't escape this tragedy from happening!

You may think that you are young and abuse your eyes but let me tell you, once these lines form, you are one step closer to looking like this!

This product is good as a base before your makeup!

So after the usual. toner & moisturizer, you can take a pea sized amount and dab around the eye area~~

This primer helps to lengthen the duration of your makeup on your eye area! Products like, eye shadow, concealer and eyeliner can be used on top of it after application! I have used this and realised that my panda eyes seem less visible just after application!

For those who would like to use an eyecream before and after you sleep this next product would be ideal for you!

Cathy Doll What Eye Want Eyemazing Eye Cream (15ml) $18.90

Put a pea-sized amount after your normal skin care routine! I personally use this before I sleep because I do have fine lines around my undereye. This unique ingredient black pearls (not the one in bubble tea), help to lift the eyes and make it seems more youthful. Fine lines are very hard to cure, and therefore I feel that this product requires some time for the result to be more prominent.

Within 3 minutes, I don't see my fine lines reducing, but I definitely see a slight tautness and brighter eyes (:

&& lastly, for those who have tired eyes throughout the day, here is one product that you be interested in!

I personally love using this product when my eyes are tired. One swab across my eye and you can feel a lightweight cooling sensation! Let's talk about the Body Mousse first!

Apart from the smell (which is omg wonderful), this body mousse foams up very well! Look at how well it stuck onto my hand upside down!

This is a wonderful body mousse to use, which is a cool alternative to our usual body wash. Usage of mousse is slightly lighter and maybe better for people who has sensitive skin. Additionally, the white Strawberries has properties that brightens and whitens the skin! SO, it is not just for show or gimmicky. It is a shower mousse which allows you to smell good, and look good when you step out of the bathroom (:

Next! After showering, what do you think is required? Let us move on the the body lotion shall we?

Cathy Doll White Milk Shine Body Lotion (450ml) $15.00

It is good to put on body lotion after a shower as the pores may be open. The lotion penetrates into the skin and helps to nourish the body. && obviously from the smell (which is slightly like dutch lady milk , strawberry flavoured) it is leaves you feeling sweet smelling and fresh. It is a leave on body lotion so you do not need to wash it off. This product is also recommended for people with dry skin, so that the milk component helps to moisturize the skin.

So , you heard so much about brightening, and whitening.

DOES IT WORK?

Based on a 1 application, it is definitely not a very dramatic tan & fair difference (as most pictures shows).

However, I do note that my left side veins look more obvious compared to the right.

And also, the right side does look brighter

GOLDWELL Desserts Hair Show April 11th~

Sorry for the uber late post but this was my second hair showww with goldwell ~

Went back to Clark Quay area to get my hair done hehehehe.

This time it was Desserts themed and i didnt know what i would get.

I went with Eliz to do our hair together hehehe.

My faded hair colour a really ashy purple~~

Haha my expression when my hair was clipped.

Coincidentally, they were going for grape sherbet for me.

But it is a brighter colour! && they were going to put more highlights of brown for me hehehe.

Highlights of Bleach and Electric purple on my head for 30 odd minutes.

Results~~

Flip to the other side and i get a different feel hehe

Afterwards, Chester added brown to the blonde streaks to give a more contrasting look.

More of the base colour can be seen.

The bright purple which is daaaaaam lovely.

The finished look hehehe.

Xueni Bdae Celeb

The outing was on 7th April (oh god ) and it was Xue ni's bdae celebration~~

Feriae met up to celebrate Xue ni's bdae heheee

Tied a ponytail that day so it may show up on certain pictures hurhur.

I met up with Tingyu and Edmund before hand to wrap the present.

The present was a Huge Scrump (stitch's doll toy) and we had a hard time wrapping it.

In the end we had a huge candy wrap which was measly tapped . LOL

We met at bugis junction as we wanted to go to Tom's Palette to slack before having our dinner.

I had a pleasant surprise !

We saw Michelle Chia as Barberella!!

It was 'EASTEL' DAY and there were some half naked guys standing around to promote galaxy tablet?

Bet Tingyu was drooling when she saw them. Hahahhaha.

So sad i didnt have a chance to take picture with her, but oh well.

I was not very happy of my posting, a Combat Security Trooper because I wanted other postings.
'Well the grass is always greener on the other side. '
Hopefully I can get a 8-5 job after the training at the new camp.

Coincidental or what?! Hurhur, Will be venturing on a new environment tomorrow.

When Kymm came back!

Kymm went to disney for 6 months attachment! && finally after 6 months i got to meet up with her and jay hehehehhehehe.
Didnt see my daughter for so long hahaha, and she came back with a stronger american accent looool.
My hair faded from the purple to a light ashy brown with purple hues here and there hehe.
Pretty unique colour.

Took pics immediately after she arrived hehehehe. We had a short lunch at plaza sing and went to macdonalds to slack!

UPDATE FROM NS

Well its been 3 weeks since my enlistment and so far so good I guess, except for the pimple break out from the field camp of 4 days 3 nights. It was as bad as I expected and I have nice platoon mates and section mates of course.

&& I think its pretty cool that I met 2 of kymm's poly mates in another section of the same platoon hahaha. Such a small world. I hope it doesnt get any tougher and I hope that i can pass my running. Currently im like 30 seconds to getting the 2 point mark, so i can pass my ippt.

OH YEAH. && im shocked that i cant do situps that easily now. I was like cramping my whole body up to get like the 30 points mark, to the point that the invigilator was laughing at my plight. && the worst part was that 31 was the passing mark. Not that far from passing thou :o

Another ippt next week, hopefully I can pass it all (;

Well , this should be on the day where my blog post is on time.
Its Halloween , YES 31st of October 2012!!!
Time to get craaaazy and dress up in whatever u want and not get judged hahhaa.
Couldnt really enjoy myself on the actual day of Halloween this year because im enlisting into the National army.

BUTTT, I did do my fair share of dress up by having EGA/EGL hightea with nette & eliz &&&& going to USS for the Haunted house ! Nothing is scarier than the Rides itself hurhur. Not really a fan of rollercoasters but i still got up on it. Not updating this 2 posts thouu HAHHA.

I did a photoshoot myself thoughhhh.

Yea so that's about it!! && I will be enlisting tomorrow and I feel kinda normal about it.

Idk why, but I dont feel exceptional sad nor happy. Just.. normal.

Maybe because i have yet to reach Pasir Ris and all :/ Im just a little uneasy because I have been running to the toilet , I hope that doesnt affect me making friend tomorrow :/

I will be gone for like 2 weeks~~ Wonder how life is like without internet .

I felt that NS is quite fair to me alrdy because it gave me 6 months' notice, which is quite a fair bit of time for me to do many things before i enlist.

I feel that i shouldnt complain and instead i should be appreciative of it (:

I have also successfully made a makedo Rainbow hair chart with my iphone! (yes i will miss u phone)

&& nope i didnt cry when i shaved botak, im not that much of a wimp please.

&& there are like additional colours like PINK and faded colours which i havent added haha.

People whom I detest.

In life, everyone is bound to meet people who they dont like.Some are really easy to spot, some reveal themselves over time and some are those that you realised from what they are doing behind your back. So basically this is like a summary of people whom i dont like.

1. HYPOCRITES.

Don't you just hate this genre of people? Like people who acts innocent infront of everyone but is in fact the biggest bitch? I don't like when people pretend that they are something they are not, unless its for the sake of role playing or for front-line service crew who needs to be really nice. It just irks me when you know just how fake that person is when you know they are not like what they are.

2. UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE

You do know that people have all the time in the world and alot of opportunities to do whatever they want. && when they do something for you, be glad that they chose you, and not anyone else. I put in effort to do something nice for you and all you do is complain about it. Fine, ungrateful people doesnt get anymore help or attention , because ....

YOU ARE NOT WORTH THE EFFORT.

I m not asking for praises, im not asking for you to worship my help but I think the most sensible thing is to not whine about the product. IF you want to, please give constructive comments so as to improve the situation and not just dissing it. Thanks!

3. BACKSTABBERS

Talking bad about people behind their backs, I guess everyone will have a little or many experience on this.But I think its too much if all you talk is about that particular person and NOTHING is positive. Well, its not as if you were the most perfect human being on earth either. I personally wont get to close to that person since most things that the person talks badly , could be you.

I m not a perfect human being either. I could or not fall into either of the categories, DEPENDING on how you treat me. Imagine, if you were really nice to a person, why would he/she be that nasty to you? Unless its a devil's incarnate or you are really that unlucky then, I have nothing to say.

The world becomes a clearer sight to me as my age increases. Nothing was like a fairy tale , or should I say there isn't such things as fairy tales. The world isn't as white as it seems, its grey. Covered with specks of black that it cant deny. Its really frustrating to fall prey to the black portion as it is a waste of happy emotions. Not feeling emo or really sad right now, I am merely writing my point of view on people who I won't necessarily appreciate.

On the bright side, i DO like

People who are funny (Humour is IN for sure)
People who likes cats & dogs :3
People with good fashion sense
People with same music interest as me

Graduation Day 2012

My graduation day in Temasek Polytechnic was somewhere in May.( Gonna be a super lengthy post!)
Sorry for the sequence because that was before i have purple hair (:
&& Yes I am a Student in Biotechnology who graduated with a GPA of 3.38 ( not exactly fabulous :/ )
My graduation was at 6pm ... the latest slot! But i took too long to do my hair and thus I had to take a cab!

After that I walked to the convention hall and it was a long walk. Not to mention the horrible weather :/

Last Picture

This marks the end of Temasek Polytechnic in my life. It was really fun and sad at the same time.
I would dare say I matured in this 3 years as I sort of realised how the real world is .

I will miss..
Gossiping about lecturers, playing with their slang and always drawing on each other's Lecture notes.
Rushing to print notes in the morning, running to get seats during lunch time and surprising each other during birthdays. Rushing to board 65 and 23, always running to get on 23 at the deadly turn.

Waking up at 6am to get ready for a 9am class, styling my hair everyday.(duh) Predicting when to bring jacket for tutorial days, playing badminton on unexpected days. Gossiping about people on 23, meeting weird people on 23 (i always bump into weird people :/) Thinking of what clothes to wear everday and making sure I have at least 1 week before i repeat a certain clothing.

There is just so much going on my mind.. I cant put them into words.
Those 3 years were spent fruitfully!
All those people i've met, those lecturers that taught us i wont forget them.

Plastic/ Cosmetic Surgery/Correction

Okay here is my random thoughts on Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery /Correction.
Recently I realised that many people had done surgery to themselves!
Many celebrities, bloggers and even my friends.
As far as cosmetic surgery is concerned (this is my opinion) even braces are considered cosmetic surgery.

These corrections are done to enhance a particular part of your body you do not like.

Yes braces may not be a real surgery where you cut out bits and pieces of flesh, BUT you do have proper teeth that are functional which you do not like the form. Thus, you changed it to the society's definition of pretty teeth which is straight teeth. & that is a correction of form which is regarded as cosmetic correction.

Not just braces, even lasik is a form of cosmetic correction.

I actually had thoughts of doing cosmetic corrections.

Here is a photo of me with only the lightings adjusted.
If I was given a chance to do surgery, i would have double eyelids and a more define jawline .
Because my tapered eyelid are really small, they look like single eyelids.

Horrible attempt on double eyelid and with jaw line defined!!

I dont know but i feel that i dont suit parallel lids, maybe i shouldnt have made it so high hahaha.

But i still think that the eyelid surgery would be nice because people with small pupils like me without contacts , will look like they have even smaller eyes without defined double eyelids!

But there are many concerns when it comes to this kind of operations. I am afraid that it wouldnt turn out well , or there might be implications or getting more surgery since im no longer 'Natural'

In my opinion most people who does cheeks or head implants sort of have the similar look after the recovery period :/ Most of them would look like.. Park Bom?

Its a pretty egg shaped face with chubby cheeks after some cheek fillers.

That is pretty weird because some people look kinda similar even though they are of no blood relation lol.

Well in summary, i feel that plastic/cosmetic corrections are amazing technology that enables one to change or correct their form. But I guess only if there is a need to or you are really wealthy then you should do it.

Otherwise... Photoshop is always good hahahaha.

And i partly feel that photoshop is one of the main cause, for the start of having plastic surgery thoughts. Because you would know what are your flaws already! How I wished that my face could sharpen with just a brush in real life, LOL.

Well I have been on hiatus since last year november but I finally have more time to myself!

Okay me and corey went back to T.P to help out with the Second Life workshop with the freshies.

On the bus back~~ (omg i still had purple hair then, really loved it!)

Its an one hour ride back to school. so I had to freaking wake up at 630 am just to reach school at 9am.

Anyways there were other classmates like aaron,rehka,jiajie, vernier and zhihan there to help too.

Basically we had to facilitate the freshies in building and decorating their Second Life's room.

I always wondered how building and decorating an online room has anything to do with orientation.

So Corey & I had some free time and we started to camwhore, and please he took more pics of himself then me.

My hair was really damaged when i went platinum blonde, thus the condition of my hair

Been such a long time since i had the time to blog :/
Its like im neglecting this small space here ><
Really been busy everyday with attachment and 'Star Prince' project.

Its really fun and I would not give up any of it.
Although there were the hard times and days where i have to wake up early or chiong photoshoots, the experience is really an eyeopener. (;

I felt that i have let down my other friends/cousions whom i cant spend my time with during this busy period.
I have already missed junjie's birthday, and coming up would be audrey's, weiling's and felicia's 21st(harmee)

I would really want to spend time with you, I swear i would makeup the time lost with you guys (:

Being recognised, is not easy at all.
The hardwork you put in, can be flinged off by other people's words or actions.
This is the reality where I really get to see many of the 'Behind the Scenes' of Cosplay.
But would I stop whatever I am doing now?

NO! Because if i were to do so, those people would be smiling their asses off.
So to those haters, badmouthers, backstabbers, (whatever form you are) I will not lose out to you (:
I shall hone my skills (in any way) to be stronger and show you what I am capable of ;D
