Been such a long time since i had the time to blog :/
Its like im neglecting this small space here ><
Really been busy everyday with attachment and 'Star Prince' project.

Its really fun and I would not give up any of it.
Although there were the hard times and days where i have to wake up early or chiong photoshoots, the experience is really an eyeopener. (;

I felt that i have let down my other friends/cousions whom i cant spend my time with during this busy period.
I have already missed junjie's birthday, and coming up would be audrey's, weiling's and felicia's 21st(harmee)
Im really sorry >< If you guys are reading this please forgive me )):
I would really want to spend time with you, I swear i would makeup the time lost with you guys (:

Being recognised, is not easy at all.
The hardwork you put in, can be flinged off by other people's words or actions.
This is the reality where I really get to see many of the 'Behind the Scenes' of Cosplay.
But would I stop whatever I am doing now?

NO! Because if i were to do so, those people would be smiling their asses off.
So to those haters, badmouthers, backstabbers, (whatever form you are) I will not lose out to you (:
I shall hone my skills (in any way) to be stronger and show you what I am capable of ;D
And i have appeared yet once again in Teenage magazine (:
In the October Issue(teenage semi-finalist), November Issue(Teenage Bigdayout) and December Issue(Haru Star Prince) heh heh :D

Life have been very interesting for me many ups and downs throughout this few months.

I didnt win anything for teenage, but i gained a chance, a character for a dancing boyband for cosplay.

Even the boss of Haru was shocked when she later realised that I am a cosplayer (:

I have to really thank her as she taught me many things and I always enjoyed the practice with the boys.

We are such a playful bunch of people but we are working hard to shine (:

Its really intriguing for me as people from total strangers a few days ago can feel like your really close friends, like after communicating for a short period of time.

Due to my hectic schedule, I have not been working at Sgpools or going out with my frens (i apologise ); )

&& to people who are interested in which anime we are doing, we are doing

The current me ! :D

I kinda like how much glossier my hair is because there is no bleach and I have been trying to style my hair differently.

School Life in t.p has unofficially ended, because my attachment will have to start next fri.

YES, who starts attachment on a friday, but me right?

And i have rehearsals on the night itself + I have competition on sat, and sun (if i scrap thru the semis)

I will be dancing goodbye baby leh. I have already thought of the worst case scenario possible, getting eliminated.

Im kinda excited yet at the same time afraid of the day approaching.

Well it could be a day that will make or break my fate (haha too exaggerating)

Anyway it will be very important day/s, performing infront of a crowd would be a very interesting experience for me at least.

Hopefully i can stand out from the 11 guys (yes, 1 dropped out which i 暗爽 abit coz hes a good dancer.)

I also really miss cosplaying you know, like putting on the costume and wig & makeup , and fussing for the 'here not nice' , 'there not good enough' but in the end still go out and take pictures.

Well I will be on 5 months' attachment to NUS, hopefully there are no nasty people there (:

On a really really random note, i was really glad to be chosen for the semi finals of Teenage.

So im 1 out of the 12 guys in Category B.

WELL, its SEMI-FINALS, that means dat there is another round of elimination.

This time we have to show our talents within 5minutes in front of the stage in Iluma!

Freaking scary, just to think about it.

As my throat is not in a good condition + I always supply it with KFC, i dare not sing.

Im scared that 1 off key/ cracked voice would leave me VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Thus i have decided to dance a full song to impress the judges! (:

But heres the catch, i have to dance alone in front of strangers & hopefully impress the judges.

Well, i aint awesome dancer + does not have an established dancing background.

BUT, I hope that my determination & effort AND HARD WORK will gain its recognition.

Yes, I have decided to dance Goodbye baby from Miss A . Alone! :o

That is the tentative plan which i have to submit by this friday.

Miss A have been my idol, especially Min with her strong explosive moves.

I would really like to achieve that kind of standard and will try my best (:

I was kind of afraid how people would judge me because im dancing a girl group dance alone ,

BUT,

since girls does guy group dances, why not the other way round? :/

++ this set of moves are more like fierce then the super over cutesy kind for guys , so i think it should be fine.

& many kpop idols (males) also LOVE girl group dances ,like me, and i dont see why i should be laughed at.

Definitely, it would be a challenge to learn dancing (alone thru tutorials) and during the period of my final exams. Whats worse is that I have long limbs to add on to the visual distraction ( heh ); )

Shall try my best to impress the judges. Whether i do get into the finals or not, I shall let the judges decide (:

Still awed by the chio hair colour i had last time hehe :D

On the bright side my wiglike black hair has faded to a natural singaporean brown, so..... WOHU !!! (:

Recently made some major decisions in life that could change my life.

Whether it will work out or not, I will let fate decide and I dont think that anything would be put to waste.

In life we learn experience through goodtimes & badtimes, so not all things are bad.

Its just that we have to look things in a better perspective to sieve the good out from the bad.

&& admist the crazy months of tests + presentation + audition + reports I realised that i have excellent time management. I think if u always plan ahead , time management is not a problem.

Set minigoals for yourself and makesure u can accomplish it, even if procrastination sets in. (:

Dug out all these old photos that 80% has never been used before and photoshopped it.

There were like 50% of the pics in the album which couldnt make it hahha.

Guess its not easy for a guy to look good with that kinda length.

&& i think its easy for a guy to be mistaken to be a girl with that length.

Well I just realised that I was not selected for the finalist of Watson's You Awards

despite being shortlisted twice for the 'Friendly Male Face' Category.

I couldnt go for the face to face audition last year as I had tutorials to attend -.-

This year i happily went down at an early 9am dressed up and all & tried my best to impress the judges.

I guess I didnt fit the bill for what they were looking for (still felt that they despise people with long hair).

Or maybe i was too unkempt for their liking, ANYWAY there is still another chance.. somewhere.

Lets hope I get into it ><

I have bought my camera Lx5 for about a month now and i really loved it alot.

I bought it during the ITfair period, BUT at SLR Revolution at Funan the IT Mall.

Reason being its the cheapest there as its kinda like a warehouse for suppliers (:

I bought mine at 610 (IT fair price 800 or so) With some freebies (:

As i bought it at Funan Promo , i was entitled to Leather Skin Cover for freee wohu ;D

&& Lexy (My LX5) is my new Best fren now hahaha!

I cant remember how she passed away but i heard from my cousions that her body wasnt working well.

I remembered like she puked alot and my cousions took her to the vet.

She was scheduled to do a surgery bud she couldnt make it to the day of surgery.

&& it was really sad because she was such a dear, hyperactive and all but shes already gone.

You know, i feel that its never easy to raise a pet.

Idk if its lucky or not because my gramps house has many but Im never too emotionally attached to them.

I do feel sad and might sob over some sudden deaths though.

I would really love to have a pet most preferably a cat due to its lower maintenance compared to a dog (:

However, idk how will i react to its death (since it will come eventually right?)

Because its a very painful process to get through , imagine the food/toys/collar left behind.

I think my mood would be gone for the whole day or maybe week. :/

Oh no, i think i have just dampened the mood of this post but in any case

I hope that pet owners would pamper and cherish their pets (:

Hair colour update! (:

Hahaha its been awhile since my hair colour has faded

So heres the update.

I wanted to go full blonde, bud i think it would be really scary + damaging

(since my hair is damaged already)

I still went for blonde! But, blonde highlights heheh :3

Wooohu! Dam niceeeee right?

BUTTTT, i had to touch up my roots also, because i have roots already.

So i picked up a ashy blonde colour and heres the final results! (:

Jasmine say i look like key here LOL (:

The ashy blonde colour got absorbed into the blonde and it turned silverish and close to blue (:

So when it fades finsh, i would get back my normal blonde streaks :D

But it was a surprise because i didnt noe that my colour will turn out this way.

I was alil disappointed in the beginning but realised that i can have different hair colour as i wash my hair

DOESNT THAT SOUNDS FUN? LOL.

Okay the horrible part was when it faded to like a dirty green omg.

I used a redken blonde shampoo to accelerate the fading. (:

This was like the final fading, very platinum blonde due to the shampoo.

SO i stopped using the shampoo from daily to maybe 2-3 times a week to get a blonde shade.

Because platinum blonde looks like white hair and

i have brown hair with white highlights is like WHAAAAAAT?

I love my highlighted sideburnsss! (:

The colour reminds me of peanut butter with nutella or something hehe :D

Thats kinda platinum blonde hehe.

So when i feel like going a little whiter(the hair) i use the shampoo more often.

And when it gets too white, i can stop and let it 'yellow' until i dont like the colour Hahah! (:

Its amazing how i can control my hair colour with the shampoo :D

On 5th march (saturday) Ginnette, Tingyu & me decided to dress up for ComiFest 2011 (:

We met in the morning at Nette's house to do makeup & all.

Random outings during the holidays

I remembered that Clarisa and I went to Tionglin for dinner after his work (ITP)

We went to bugis food court to have lunch (:

There werent many empty tables and we took rather long to find one.

There was this particular table with 2 packets of tissue and clarisa suggested to sit there.

But i felt that it was quite mean to take people's seats (you know singaporeans do that to kop seat)

As we were about to sit there I found another empty seat so we moved.

In anycase tionglin reached and we went to buy our food.

I used to like the omelette curry rice there, but idk if it moved/ closed down.

Cant find it anymore, so i bought chicken cutlet omelette rice with chawan :3

How to make a 5 minutes cheesecake (:

INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD NEED.

7 Marshmellows ( per cup)

1/16 Tofu ( used to balance out the sweetness i tink)

1/8 of a Philadelphia Cheese (or less if u want it less chessy)

2 Digestive biscuit (for the base)

&& LASTLY

Some milk to coagulate the base abit

LETS START COOKING ! :3

The first thing you do is to pop your marshmellows, tofu and Philadelphia cheese into a microwavable plate/container and microwave for around 30 seconds odd !

Cheese and tofu cut & ready to be placed with marshmellows later

Pop the whole thing into the microwave

AFTER 30 SECS OR SO :3

Your results will be like that

You will need a spoon or a stirrer to stir this mixture as best as you can.

If it is still very chunky you can microwave for another 20seconds and stir it.

Dont worry if you have some cheese chunks here and there.

If you noticed i place my digestive biscuit in a plastic bag , this is good for pounding it.

After that you pour a small amount of milk to wet the base alittle so that they can form a nice flat base.

(CAUTION, dont pour too much milk or it will taste like wet biscuits which you would not like )

Scoop your biscuits into a cup like container and make the surface flat with your spoon.

Then, pour your marshmellow mixture into the cup and it should look like this !

Hehe

See i never set it nicely, but oh well it will still taste nice

&& GUESS WHAT YOU ARE DONE!

SURPRISEDDD?

Okay at this stage you can either eat a hot cheesecake, or chill it for a few hours before eating it.

Well, i prefer cold desserts so if you are adventurous enough you can try the hot 1 lol.

(okay im just joking , who eats hot cheesecake 1. Somore still in liquid form lol )

Well the 5 minute cheesecake doesnt include the chilling part la. But u can submerge the cup in a basin of ice with salt to accelerate the solidifying process if you want to eat it in 5 minutes.

&& guess what the ingredients costs less than 15 bucks altogether.

You can make like close to 6-9 cups of cheesecakes.

You can also make different flavours by adding your desired flavours

at the mixing part at the microwaved marshmellows :D

Why do people not like guys with long hair?

Just kinda bothered by this topic WHICH i have many first hand experience with countless of times.
Guys with long hair (or medium-length) always get talked about, and sometimes shunned.

Like wtf?

Why do people always associate guys with long hairs to gangsterism, no manners, looking messy, a dropout or worse an ingrate. We havent even utter a word and you label us because our hair are 10cm or longer then the average man.

We can still do work like any other people and just because our hair moves more when the wind blows, you hate us?

I think its about time that we should get some justice from you judgemental people.

Sometimes i reallly cannot take it, people criticize, despise... forget it. But to stereotype?

Who do you think you are?

I have had short part time jobs in the science, service, food and sales industry

and they only accepted me reluctantly.

I know that being neat with crew cut hair is the best, but it doesnt show my personality.

Common lor, if all the guys do that, wouldnt that be extremely boring?

&& why dont u mock girls for cutting their long tresses?

IF girls can have short hair, why cant guys can have longer hair? Sexist idiots.

Thus i think these are the few reason why some people do not like guys with long hair.

1. Your hair is better than theirs

SILKY SMOOTH

Well they always say that 'The grass is greener on the other side.'

So 'The hair is always silkier/shinier on the other scalp.'

AGREED?

These applies to those people who had a shitty colour/dried like straw hair and is envious of your nice hair.

Because they are too lost for words that a like guy you can actually have such nice-smelling(abit kua zhang), long & conditioned hair that they go all personal and verbal attack you with threats.

Well i guess it sucks to be them to have shitty hair.

Go get some treatment or some good hair mask la, criticizing people's hair will not magically repair you hair right? TSK.

2. They cannot grow until that length

They are apparently jealous of your length!

If not comment so much, disturb you and force you to cut your hair for what?

This condition normally applies to ladies with screwed short hair cut or guys with short hair.

Because they are jealous of your length that they cannot humane-ly reach or sustain so they kajiao u.

So they make mean comments like your hair is like shit (maybe theirs are like diarrhoea? since L.S is always worse than B.S) , you look like a girl/tranny , your hair is ugly and blahblah blah.

So guys, if their hair is much shorter than yours and they make such mean sarcastic comments.

Just dramatically flick your hair and walk away LOOOOL! If that is too dramatic for you , you just turn your head to the right/left (any direction) violently to whack them with your hair.

They will know that they have lost, heh heh.

3.They just have nothing to do

Since they stereotype so many kinds of people im not surprised if they ran out of ' types ' to gossip about.

It just unlucky of us to have longer hair length than them so they make a topic out of it.

My hair is attached to MY scalp, how is it of any inconvenience to other people?

As an average human drops 40-120 strands of hair daily ,i think i will only burden the cleaners that have to sweep the floor. SO other than them no other people are allowed to insult as they are not in any way inconvenienced.

4. We are better looking than them

Due to many countries influence, more guys are having medium- long hair length.

So im not surprised if longer hair suits different faces.

Different hair length hides/cover flaws and boost your facial features what.

So as they are the plain-TOMs on the streets they ought to put you down to their level so that everyone look like plain TOMS-es.

What kind of world are you living in if everybody has the same hairstyle,hair colour and face.

That is why we longer hair guys differentiate ourselves from this mundane mainstream looking kinda guys.

Well im not trying to say that all guys should start growing their hair to hip length now && saying that long hair suits everyone. Im just trying to say that some people in this world should just stop being so judgemental.

Short hair is good for different people too & short hair guys do not get criticized for cutting their hair short right?

Thus, theres always the longer hair guys getting targetted and being ridiculed at.

E.g if you dont like my hair, so be it.

Its not like the hairstyle will determine my EQ OR IQ right?

Must you be so critical to pinpoint my every mistake and make it seem like im a total loser

We need to shave botak, wear grass coloured uniform and go for harsh training.

NONO, i m not talking about myself, i have 2 j.c friends who have enlisted.

So i spent went out with them on their last few days (of freedom).

#1.Jason Han Wei Yuan . LOL

Met him at dhoby and ate jusacia, den we bused to tanglin mall.

He bought expensive daily contacts at like 53 bucks lor. MADNESS.

I keep suaning him because he couldnt say no to the salesgirl, too kind to a fault lol.

&& i was looking for blonde hairdye there, BUD TO MY HORROR

TANGLIN'S WATSONS DOES NOT HAVE HAIRDYES!

I was really stunned lor, like which watson got no hairdye 1.

The people there no need dye hair 1 meh?!

Well, probably they are too rich for diy hairdyes and go to salons T^T

We walked from tanglin to qtss to look for more hairdyes but to no avail and slacked at some random HDB.

He act fierce only (my hair colour looked kinda light heere, I RIKE) :3

Why do i look like i have highlights ? I havent processed my hair then.

I was kinda pissed with my camera because it kept taking blur shots. (thus the quality)

I was proving to jason how my stupid cam is sensitive to black stuffs (that gives it false impression dat it needs flash)

#2 Ho Ka Chee

Kachee invited our clique to his house for dinner on a sunday.

I finshed work and chiong to weiling house to do his farwell card.

Drew a kacheek for his cover of the card

Sketched out the kacheeek

The marker ran out of ink and so i used colour pencil

The kacheek was dam gross(above) thus i covered it with a coloured paper and drew a small kacheek instead.

We then bought a cake at Hans and went to his house.

We lazed around his bedroom before his mum started cooking. Joash & kachee did help in the dishes too.

Okayyy, after the NAAAN (post below) i met up with weiyi, weiling, tionglin ,junjie & Kachee (:

We met at weiyi house to prepare to surprise clarisa .

Her birthday was the day before && i couldnt make it (cause i had my last exam paper the next day)

So the plan was for us to hide in weiyi's room so when weiyi brings out the present we will surprise her.

&& She really take her time lor,

ask her take her time, she talk to joash for like 1 hr plus den slowly bathe.

THEN AFTER THAT, slowly come down . LOL.

CNY day 4 2011

Anyways, on Cny Day 4 i met with clique to have steamboat at weiling house.

Me, weiling , kachee and clarisa was like discussing the ingredients and kachee was like 'over helpful'

He like wanted to do all the buying + setting up + marinating himself lor :/

(in the end he sort of did*) but thats not the point.

&& we dont like YOU. (inside joke hehehe :3)

(fast forward)

I reached weiling house and kachee got all the ingredients (or more than enuff ;o)

I helped out in cutting the salmon (cut too thick i think) and enoji mushrooms :3

Basically helped to prepare the steamboat food . Clarisa and bf came to help when they arrived.

We were dam hungry waiting for the rest to come so we started eating first. HAHHAHAHAHAH

Messy room :x

Okay woke up early on the 2nd day, like 9am? ));

Bathed, styled my hair and rushed off to 4-5 different places.

Visiting was fun as usual, GET MORE ANGPAO :3

There wasnt steamboat at my 3rd aunt's house which was kinda disappointing somehow.

Although i hated it normally in the past years, i kinda long for it this time round :x

There was this ala carte buffet thingy and there was this long octopus lookalike thing.

I didnt wanna take it because it looked weird.

My elder sister slabbed a pile for me && to my disgust it was salted vegetables.

WAIITTTTT!

Im not against salted vegetables BUT, this 1 was super SALTY.

As if there was like 4 scoops of salt in every mouth, so bad u eat tofu & it still tastes like seawater.

I thought i was the only one who felt this way but i heard some relatives and my family feeling the same.

SO,

i deduce that the salted vegetables are not safe for human consumption LOL.

Then i went to gramps house and being bored, i started camwhoring :D

As i was camwhoring on the old seesaw, a spider dropped on me.

I flicked it away and went out of the seesaw, inspecting the sides.

To my horror, i realised it was infested with spiderwebs & dead flying insects.

Well i didnt do anything on the 3rd day because, there was nothing to do.

So i stayed at home and studied, yes the final papers were near the corner then.

I was in like pajamas and when some relatives came.

I panicked and stoned , luckily my sister opened the door and i changed into better looking clothes.
