Briana Perry is a 20-year-old rapper from Dade Country Florida who scored a hit with “Marilyn Monroe” late summer 2011. The ladies anthem came off her mixtape, Face Off. As Ms. Perry channels her inner Marilyn in the video, you can’t ignore the great production and catchy chours line. LA California's own Casey Veggies caused quite a stir once he released the popular "Euphoria II" visual off the Sleeping In Class project. With the creative minds credited to John Bollozos from Clement & Co and the open mind of Casey Veggies, the art of the popular split screen shot relayed slightly different points in which viewers watched closely for differences. The video now receives a nomination for the 2012 Music Video Competion through South by Southwest. The video will be featured and screened for the Jury Award at the SXSW. This video nomination is the ONLY hip hop genre video up for the award. We send our congratulations to Casey Veggies and the good people at Clement & Co and hope for the best!
