There are certain income types that are included in the new payment structure and others that are not. Your level is determined by your level dependent income in the given period. Check the table below for more details.

What are levels?

There are 6 levels in the new payment structure with different commission rates. The higher level you achieve in a period the higher percentage you will receive after level dependent income.

Do chargebacks affect my levels?

Chargebacks do not affect your current levels.

Can I level up during a private show?

Your commission for a private show is based on your percentage level at the time the given private show started. This means that even if you reach a higher level during the show it will be calculated according to the previous level.
However, if a new Member joins your room once you have levelled up, you will receive the higher commission after his spending.
As for the other income types you can get during a Private show (such as Surprise, Snapshot, Group chat action, Sneak peek) you will get the percentage of the actual level even if the private itself is counted according to the lower one.

What happens if I have pending, unpaid earnings from the previous period? Is it added to the current one to help me reach a higher level?

No, it’s not. You start every period from 30% even if you have pending payments from the previous period.

Can you give an example?

Sure things. Let's say you earned $1500 in this period so far. $1000 of this is level dependent income and $500 is level independent. This means you are at level 4 ($650 - $1500, Star) and you receive 45% of all your level dependant income. Let's say you have $1.99 per minute rate and someone takes you to a five-minute Private. This means $1.99 x 5 x 45% = $4.47. (After this Private your overall income would be $1504.47 out of which your level dependent income is $1004.47)
Note that this percentage only applies to the income you get while at this level. Income you got when at a lower level will have lower commission too.
