&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Сварените  картофи нарязваме на малки кубчета. Нарязваме на много ситно  целината,чушката и киселите краставички. Добавяме ги към картофите, слагаме майонезата, горчицата, черния пипер и солта и разбъркваме.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
В голяма купа разбиваме маслото,захарта,сметаната и ванилията.След това довабяме брашното и какаото.&lt;br /&gt;
Разбъркваме хубаво и добавяме шоколадовия чипс.Слагаме сместа в хладилника да се охлади за един час.&lt;br /&gt;
От охладената смес правим топчета , нареждаме в тавичка на разстояние.Печем на 170 градуса за около 10 минути.&lt;br /&gt;
След като извадим от фурната бисквитките са доста меки ,&lt;br /&gt;
оставяме ги в тавата около 5 минути и след това ги вадим от тавата.&lt;br /&gt;

3-4 с.л.зехтин&lt;br /&gt;
черен пипер&lt;br /&gt;

Нарязваме&amp;nbsp; измитите и подсушени картофи.В купичка смесваме подправките и зехтина и ги смесваме с картофите.&lt;br /&gt;
Изсипваме картофите в тавичка и печем на 220 градуса за около 30 минути.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Начин на приготвяне&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Смесваме млякото и маята и оставяме около 15 минути. Намачкваме  картофите на пюре. Картофеното пюре, солта и олиото добавяме към маята и  млякото. Размесваме добре и след това добавяме водата. Постепенно добавяме  брашното и месим до получаване на еластично тесто. Слагаме в купа и  оставяме да втаса до удвояване на обема. От втасалото тесто правим 10  топки, които нареждаме във форма за хляб и оставяме на топло да  втасат. Печем в предварително загрята фурна на 200 градуса за около 10  минути и след това намаляме на 180 и печем още около 35-40 минути.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;*&lt;/b&gt;Тестото може да се замеси и в машината за хляб&lt;br /&gt;

В  купа размесваме брашното,бакпулвера,солта и содата.След това добавяме  олиото и млякото и разбъркваме.Местим тестото от купата и месим до  получаване на гладко тесто.Разточваме и намазваме маслото върху тестото и  режем на триъгълници.В широката част на триъгълника слагаме натрошено  сирене,завиваме и намазваме с жълтък.Печем на 200 градуса.&lt;br /&gt;

В  купа размесваме брашното,бакпулвера,солта и содата.След това добавяме  олиото и млякото(3/4ч.чаша) разбъркваме.Местим тестото от купата и месим  до получаване на гладко тесто.Разточваме правоъгълник с размери 30 на  15см.(приблизително).Намазваме маслото върху тестото.В малка купа  смесваме захарта и канелата и поръсваме върху маслото.Навиваме руло от  правоъгълника и нарязваме на филийки дебели около 2см.Нареждаме в  намаслена тавичка и печем на 200 градуса 15-20 минути или до леко  покафеняване.Изваждаме от фурната и ги заливаме с прясното  мляко(1ч.ч.).Сервираме топли.&lt;br /&gt;

Яйцата  се разбиват. Прибавя се киселото мляко, разбито със  содата,брашното и  ракията,за да стане кексово тесто. С помощта на  лъжица се изсипва по  малко в сгорещената мазнина. Пържат се до  зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

Паламудът  се изчиства от хрилете, вътрешностите и червената ивица по гръбнака и  се накисва за 2 часа в марината от оцет и подсолена вода.&lt;br /&gt;
Арпаджикът  се обелва и задушава в сгорещеното олио. Прибавят се виното, чесновите  скилидки, дафиновите листа. Получената смес се изсипва в тавичка. Отгоре  се поставя рибата. Около нея се слагат нарязаните ситно домати и  магданоз. Върху рибата се нареждат филийки от лимона. Пече се на 200  градуса, а накрая се запича.&lt;br /&gt;

Сервира се със свежа гарнитура, в зависимост от сезона.&lt;br /&gt;

Сиренето (изварата) се разбърква с 1 чйце и магданоза, нарязан на дфрребно. С тази смес се пълнят обелените и почистени чушки. Притискат  се с ръце напълнените чушки, потапят се последователно в брашно,  разбити яйца, царечично брашно или галета и отново в яйцата. Пържат се до зачервяване.&lt;br /&gt;

3-4 стръка магданоз&lt;br /&gt;
1 стрък целина&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 с. л. зехтин&lt;br /&gt;
2 кубчета бульон&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Ориза се сварява в посолена вода за около 8-10 минути.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Лукът и чесънът се нарязват на дребно и се запържват в предварително загрятата мазнина. &lt;br /&gt;
3.  Целината и магданозът се наситняват и се изсипват при запържения лук.  Разбъркват се. Пържат се 1-2 минути, на умерен огън. Стрива се едно  кубче бульон и се налива 1 черпак от водата, в която се вари пастата.  След това се изспива прецеденият ориз. Запържва се за кратко. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Камбите се почистват от семето, като капечетата им се запазват.&lt;br /&gt;
5.  Камбите се напълват с готовата плънка. Нареждат се в подходяща тава..  Налива се вода, която да стига до 1/3 на камбите. В нея се стрива още  едно кубче бульон. Камбите се затварят с капачетата си. &lt;br /&gt;
6. Пекат се в  предварително загрята на 180С фурна, около 45 минути. 10 минути преди  камбите да са готови, капачетата се отстраняват, за да се запече и  плънката. Щом са готови се сервират, като капчетата им се поставят  отгоре.&lt;br /&gt;

Тиквичките  се режат на&amp;nbsp; кръгчета/полу.. и нареждат в тавичка с капак - общо на 3-4  реда. Между всеки от тях се поръсва с нарязания на ситно лук и чесън -  разпределен на 3 части и се залива с по една чаша от пасираните домати,  или по-гъст доматен сок.&amp;nbsp; Отгоре&amp;nbsp; се посипват нарязаните зелени  подправки, затваря се с капак (или друга тава) и се пече около час и  половина на 200*. Когато се отвори, ако е останало сравнително рядко  (това зависи от доматите или сока), се запича още малко.&lt;br /&gt;

В  купа се смесват всички останали продукти без лимона.С тази марината се  залива рибата,като трябва добра да се намаже и от двете страни.Покрива  се и се оставя за 1 час в хладилника.&lt;br /&gt;
След това рибата се опича на  грил или скара/под които има поставена тавичка/ за 8-10 мин,като през  това време често се полива с маринатата.&lt;br /&gt;

половин връзка магданоз&lt;br /&gt;
100 гр.сметана&lt;br /&gt;
олио, хрян, сол&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Начин на приготвяне:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Морковите  се сваряват в подсолена вода. Напрязаните на колелца патладжани се  изпържват, след което се намачкват хубаво или се смилат. Смесват се с  настръганите сварени моркови. Добавят се нарязаните на ситно домати и  всичко се разбърква. В отделен съд се разбиват добре  сметаната, млякото, чесъна, хряна и солта. С този сос се заливат зеленчуците  и се поръсват със ситно нарязан магданоз.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Начин на приготвяне: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Патладжаните се изпичат във фурната,след което се намачкват или се скълцват на ситно. На  доматите се отрязват капачетата и се издълбават с малка лъжичка. В  сгорещеният зехтин се изпържват ситно нарязаният лук,нарязаната  вътрешност на доматите, чесъна и патладжаните. Посолява се и се подправя с  черния пипер и магданоза. Когато се охлади се добавят и разбитите яйца. С  тази смес се пълнят доматите,поръсват се със зехтин и се изпичат в  предварително загрята фурна.&lt;br /&gt;
