	How to Root HTC Desire HD In today's episode of XDA TV, Sam takes you through the steps required to S-OFF, root, and flash a custom ROM on your Desire HD, as quickly and simply as he possibly can. Steps for this process: 1. Download the Advanced Ace Hack Kit 2. Extract the files 3. Install Desire HD drivers in /tools/windrivers/ 4. Connect the device via USB and turn on USB Debugging in Settings-Applications-Development 5. Run the hack-ace.cmd as Administrator and start the process by typing "1" and "Enter" 6. The process will run and will take about 5-6 minutes to complete 7. Download your ROM of choice, do not extract it, and copy the .zip to the device SD card 8. Rename the file to "update.zip" 9. Power off your device 10. To boot in the bootloader, perform a battery pull, reinstate the battery, and hold the volume down and power buttons 11. Using the volume buttons to navigate, and power button to make selections, boot into Recovery, clear the cache, and select 'install update from sdcard'. 12. When the flashing process has completed, reboot your device and wait about 3-4 minutes for it to boot fully 13. 	Coin Drop for Android [SassiBoB Review] Today on the BoB Only Show, BoB proves how true marketing taglines can be. Coin Drop is a physics-based puzzle game made by Full Fat Productions. Its tagline is, "So addictive it will drive you mad." At it's core, this is one of those arcade games where you stick in a quarter, and the quarter falls, hitting pegs along the way. You try to get it in a specific hole at the bottom. With cutesy graphics and nearly too-much-to-bare girly sound effects, this game's storyline is lost. It has something to do with evil pennies, aliens, spaceships, and giggle stars. It's 20MB and needs location and Internet permissions granted. 	Custom ROM Tutorial Using unrevoked - XDA TV What you're going to want to do first, as I mentioned, is go to your devices specific forum and read up. You can make this easier on yourself by going to forum.xda-developers.com, and using the control+F buttons on your keyboard to activate the "find" bar in your web browser of choice, and then typing in your phone model in the box, and hitting enter or clicking search. That will get you to your device specific forum. Once there, even if you do not understand it what they are saying, read the sticky posts and a few others to try and gain a general understanding of whats going on. Repetition is key here. Now you're going to want to find the ROM of your choice. Within your devices forum, look for the development sub-forum, and then look for posts with the [ROM] header to get yourself started. Look at pictures, read replies, and thoroughly read what's working and not working so there are no surprises. Download the ROM you choose, and place it in a folder on your desktop, we can call this "root". Now you're going to go to http and download unrevoked for your operating system of choice. Once that is done, visit the unrevoked wiki to get the modified HBOOT drivers for Windows (not every PC requires this download, but just for good measure).
