"Here we see the band Seals&Crofts and Einar Ágúst. Einar Ágúst as we know played for Skítamórall but now works solo. The duet Seals&Crofts was best known for their songs Summerpriest and Diamond Girl wich were popular at the beginning of the '70. Seals&Crofts played in Iceland in 1971, the concert was held in Háskólabíó. Admission was free since they were here by invitation from a religious group. 	McDonalds leaves Iceland - What happens if I keep one for a year I heard this story the other day that a guy had bought a McDonalds hamburger and forgot it in his backpack. Then he left the country for one year and when he came back it was still fresh. Talk about un unhealthy food. Since it was the last day of McDonalds in Iceland, I thought I'd find out if the myth is true. Will a McDonalds hamburger stay fresh after 1 year of storage. I'm keeping it in a shelf. 	World Fair Trade Day 2009 Reykjavík Fair trade is an organized social movement and market-based approach that aims to help producers in developing countries and promote sustainability. The Fair Trade day is celebrated all over the world on the second Saturday of May. Markmið Fair Trade er að framleiðendur í þriðja heiminum fái sanngjarnt verð fyrir þær vörur sem við kaupum í búðunum hérna heima. Eins og staðan er í heiminum í dag fá fæstir bændur í þriðja heiminum nóg borgað fyrir þá vinnu sem þeir leggja í framleiðslu vöru sinnar en mestur hluti söluvirðisins fer til ótal milliliða, td til þeirra sem flytja vöruna og selja. 	New camera So, the audio is not that great, but now I can stop making endless boring videos, and do some more interesting videos. Today 1 USD = 146 ISK So 14.000kr is $82 A few months ago it was 1 USD = 62 ISK So 12.000kr was $193 For me the price of the camera hasn't changed, but for you it seems very cheep today compared to what it was.
