when I got to our house we found out it was being occupied.... By ants!! In the states we don't see bugs in the winter they hibernate like we do so when spring comes around we know to fumigate and we prepare our homes. But here it's an all year round battle. As soon as I walked in I was grossed out I just couldn't imagine myself eating or sleeping there. We RAN to walmart and bought over $50 worth of anything-that-kills-bugs. We bought masks and gloves. We prayed and got to business! The first room we did was our bedroom they can do what they please as we sleep outside our room but as long as I am sleeping I want to feel nothing on me but my sheet. I can't tell u how many times I checked the bed and surroundings before I can lay my head on that pillow but as soon as I fell asleep I stared dreaming about them or I should say having NIGHTMARES about them........<br />

I lived in Detroit almost 20 years before deciding to move to puerto Rico. I was not an easy decision but I wanted change and there was no way I was going to move somewhere where I knew no one so this was the place. I can tell u all the good and bad so far but one thing at a time. Even the whole year it took me to plan this move didn't prepare me for this.. <br />
