didn't get much sleep last night... got around to watching passion of the christ and needless to say it was one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen. I'm kind of in between on whether i should recommend it or not to people but if you are in for a game changer I would definitely say it qualifies as one. Just be warned..

went out to graville island this afternoon for a relax hangout with eden. I have not seen him in weeks! awesome sunny day. short, rolled up shirt, the smell of fresh produce and ocean salt. nothing beats it! I must say though, back sweat is probably the least sexiest thing to have when you are talking to babes on a hot day. when will the snow come?

bumped into a friend yesterday at the student union building and it reminded me to check out his photostream! he's got some pretty awesome photos and I enjoy reading about how he achieves these shots... can't get enough of the vintage, dark feel. its a little eerie but quite comforting at the same time! brew a cup of kaffe, open up a beer and have a look?

work is all done for the summer! time to relax a little for a few days before school kicks in! heading across the strait in a few days to visit the island for a mini vacation.. just finished up working out in the middle of the night and freshly showered and no better time for bed than a cool autumn night. winter is coming!

quick trip across the border to restock the pantry a bit and enjoy the road. then headed out to the backstage lounge for my friend connor's cd release party! what a show! definitely proud of how far that man has come in his music career.

recently been completely unmotivated to do anything. school is just around the corner and I'm not stoked to be rotting away in classes

what we've seen

2012-08-10T00:23:00.002-07:00

no time to do much of what i really want to do this summer, even blogging really. just been working around the clock lately and it does get pretty irritating and lonely in some ways! I find comfort around the awesome people at work who help me get through some pretty shitty times. I might look back at this post and regret this but I miss school and I can't wait to get back to it in a few weeks! hahah but for now, just dig in and hope for a change..

mumford and sons, the best band of all time, is releasing a new album in sept. 24th! check that video below, it might be a little too folk for some, but to me it is like dipping into a cold river and feeling that snap in my mind. they really have helped me get through some tough ruts and will always be one of my favorite artists.. :')

enjoy the sunshine!

I haven't seen him in two years and it feels oh so great to catch up! weather was super warm these past few days and I couldn't have asked for a better setting to show him the city... have a safe flight back to the east coast mannen and hopefully we wont have to wait another two years to hang out again :')
