I've been trying natural deodorants for years and had yet to find one that actually worked. One day on Instagram, I stumbled on Meet Blume - a website selling safe & sustainable products for women. Finding hair products you love can be a challenge. I've tried so many brands in the past that end up not working for me, or have terrible smells, etc. A couple months ago I picked up Ouai's Wave Spray and immediately fell in love with the scent, only to discover that the product itself was amazing for my hair too! As a girl who's pretty lazy when it comes to curling hair-- the Wave Spray makes it so I only need to add a few curls around my crown and let the spray do the rest. From that obsession, I purchased the Leave In Conditioner-- which has done wonders for me in hydrating and protecting my hair out of the shower + the Rose Hair and Body Oil-- which I use right out of the shower on my body for the prettiest rose scent + on my hair after blow drying to tame those fly-aways. What's great about the oil is it doesn't leave an oily residue and completely dries up!

Ouai was kind enough to send me a package (shown below) of some of their products! First off, a back-up Wave spray (!!!) -- and their Texturing Spray and Hair Oil. I've only tried the last two twice now, but so far LOVE the Texturing Spray. The hair oil smells nice, but I'm already so loyal to the Rose Oil that will probably stick to that one!

I know everyone says this-- but I don't take on sponsored posts that I don't truly believe in. Which might be why you rarely see them around here or instagram. But when I was contacted by Floyd to try out one of their side tables, I was really excited to receive one! Upon opening the box, it must have taken me one-two minutes to put this simple table together. I've been living in this simple tank, vintage Levis & my new Everlane Day Heel Mules. If you look at my instagram regularly-- you probably usually see me wearing my Everlane Day Heels or Paloma Wool mules. Speaking of which-- the shop is getting a shipment of beautiful shoes by PW soon!

This is a little late but last month we had some photos taken to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary! It means so much to have these to look back on in the future... ten years together and we only started having photos professionally taken after we were engaged. One Year

It's hard to believe this was a year ago-- the 22nd to be exact. I still look at the photos feel overwhelmed by the love from that day.

We wrote our own vows and David included this love letter that Johnny Cash wrote to June Carter-- it's such a beautiful letter, so I thought I'd share it here!

"We get old and get use to each other. We think alike. We read each others minds. We know what the other wants without asking. Sometimes we irritate each other a little bit. Maybe sometimes take each other for granted. But once in a while, like today, I meditate on it and realize how lucky I am to share my life with the greatest woman I ever met. After 10+ years of growing out my hair -- I finally had the guts to chop it! I've wanted to do this for SO long, but had no idea how I'd look with a lob or if I'd like it. Turns out--- I LOVE IT! I wish I had done it sooner! My friend Hannah did such a great job. So ready for summer now. :)
