Dopo pensamenti e ripensamenti, giovedì scorso ho deciso di prendemi una giornata di ferie per godermi l'ultimo sole prima dell'arrivo dell'inverno.&lt;br /&gt;
Avevo voglia di fare la discesa sul sentiero 154, da monte Tenchia fino a Cercivento. Avevo anche voglia però di un bel giro lungo.&lt;br /&gt;
Decido di partire alle 8 da Cercivento. Prima salitella fino a Ravascletto poi in leggera discesa verso Tualis. Breve parentesi: qui si respira ancora aria di "delusione" per il recente Giro d'Italia che (non) è passato di qua. Sulle case ci sono ancora gli striscioni appesi con le proteste verso chi ha deciso che quel giorno la tappa doveva essere accorciata.&lt;br /&gt;

Da Tualis inizia la lunga salita asfaltata che mi porta fino allo scollinamento sotto il monte Crostis. Man mano che guadagno quota e la vegetazione si dirada si aprono sempre più vasti panorami e spesso mi fermo ad ammirare le cime lontane (e a prendere un po' fiato).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Giunto a quota 1980 l'asfalto termina dopo una leggera discesa ed ha inizio la traversata denominata "Panoramica delle vette" che prosegue su sterrato ben compatto fino al monte Valsecca.&lt;br /&gt;
Difficile trovare parole per descrivere i luoghi, se non ci siete ancora stati mettete in programma una gita da quelle parti per la prossima estate.&lt;br /&gt;

Arrivato alla fine dello sterrato, dove inizia la discesa asfaltata per Ravascletto, si imbocca il sentiero 152 che aggira il monte Valsecca e dopo un po' di discesa inizia a risalire dolcemente su fondo quasi sempre pedalabile.&lt;br /&gt;
Il discorso cambia poi quando al bivio successivo procedo sul 154. Vuoi per la pendenza e i massi sconnessi, vuoi per la stanchezza accumulata, mi sono trovato a dover spingere la bici per una ventina di minuti abbondanti.&lt;br /&gt;

La fatica ha però termine quando, superata la quota massima del giro, circa 2010 metri s.l.m. si giunge sopra la conca dei laghetti dello Zoufplan, dove, in questo particolare periodo dell'anno, ci si trova davanti un paesaggio quasi lunare.&lt;br /&gt;

Da qui si percorre un breve tratto di strada sterrata in buono stato di manutenzione e giunti circa a quota 1800 metri, in corrispondenza del tornante del monte Tenchia, si imbocca il single track dove prosegue il sentiero 154 che scende fino a Cercivento.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Non mi dilungo nella descrizione, che potete trovare (&lt;a href="http://calcarea.wordpress.com/2011/09/09/monte-tenchia-cercivento-discesa-sul-sentiero-cai-154/" target="_blank"&gt;QUI&lt;/a&gt;), oppure potete vederne il video (&lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Vv63q_2XYE" target="_blank"&gt;QUI&lt;/a&gt;), dico solo che l'ho trovata molto gradevole con la mia StumpJumper FSR 29: mai troppo tecnica se non in alcuni brevi tratti un po' troppo pietrosi, e comunque non diventa mai troppo veloce a causa dell'elevata pendenza. Sicuramente una discesa da riprovare quando sarà possibile.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Alla fine, il bilancio della giornata è stato di 46km con 1920 metri di ascesa totale: una sfaticata dalle innumerevoli soddisfazioni.&lt;br /&gt;

Perdonatemi il titolo del post, esplicitamente preso in prestito dal video di un "noto" biker sloveno, ma mi sembra proprio il modo più adatto per descrivere con due parole un giro come questo e in un particolare periodo dell'anno.&lt;br /&gt;Lo Skutnik, o Monte Guarda in italiano, è uno di quei posti dove mi sono sempre ripromesso di andarci sin da quando ho visto le prime foto in rete, quando ancora non "facevo la vera montain baik", e anzi, non concepivo nemmeno l'idea di andare in un luogo del genere in bici. Poi un paio d'anni fà comparse in rete appunto il famoso video sloveno... ormai non ce n'era per nessuno, a costo di farmelo a piedi per il 90% del tempo, ma dovevo andarci prima o poi.&lt;br /&gt;Fatto sta che ieri le congiunzioni astrali, meteorologiche e lavorative mi hanno permesso finalmente di essere lì con una giornata perfetta.&lt;br /&gt;
L'idea era quella di fare il giro "lungo" ovvero partenza e arrivo da Osseacco, con la traversata della cresta sul sentiero 731 dalla cima dello Skutnik fino al bivio col sentiero 734 e lungo quest'ultimo ridiscendere a valle.&lt;br /&gt;

Vista la stagione decido di partire all'alba per avere un paio di ore di luce di margine al pomeriggio. Sono in sella alle 8.00, la val Resia mi saluta con una brina da favola e un clima decisamente freddo che mi accompagnerà praticamente per tutta la salita fino allo scollinamento, dove vedrò finalmente il sole e l'inversione termica mi allevierà le sofferenze.&lt;br /&gt;La prima parte della salita è tranquilla con un paio di saliscendi, poi passato Coritis pian piano la pendenza aumenta, fino alle rampe cementate che arrivano a casera Coot.&amp;nbsp;Da lì so già che mi aspetta più o meno un'ora a piedi sul sentiero della salita, quindi mi armo di tanta pazienza e piano piano salgo lungo il sentiero scorgendo tratti sempre più vasti della cresta che da li a poco andrò a percorrere.&lt;br /&gt;

Gli ultimi tornantini sono sempre più ripidi e scalinati e costringono a farli con la bici in spalla, poi all'improvviso scolline e non riesco a trattenere lo stupore nello scorgere il panorama che si apre verso sud, praticamente mi dimentico tutta la fatica fatta per arrivare fin lì e con ritrovate energie salgo le ultime rampe verso la cima situata una trentina di metri più in alto.&lt;br /&gt;Una lunga sosta rifocillante a base di barrette, panino, fotografie mi permettono di recuperare un bel pò di energie, e non prima di aver firmato il libro di vetta inizio la traversata.&lt;br /&gt;

Si... la traversata... non la si può considerare certo una passeggiata. Dal punto di vista tecnico, a parte qualche raro gradino, non ha nulla di impegnativo, però ci sono alcune cose a cui bisogna stare attenti. La prima parte si fa su un sentiero un po' stretto ed esposto a sud dove è necessaria un po' di prudenza. Vi sono poi alcune risalite piuttosto fastidiose e ripide che, almeno per quel che mi riguarda, costringono a scendere un paio di volte e spingere la bici, tanto che in alcuni momenti mi viene quasi da pensare "chi me l'ha fatto fare".&lt;br /&gt;

Per fortuna dopo qualche km iniza la parte più gradevole: si entra nel bosco in un bel sentiero da favola e la maggior parte si percorre in discesa, incrociando i due bivii con i sentieri 732 e 738 che scendono a valle. Vi è poi l'ultima risalita, quella un po' più impegnativa, che aggira la vetta del monte Stregone: sono circa 200 metri che con le gambe affaticate da altri 1600 metri già "scalati" sembrano non finire mai...&lt;br /&gt;
Superata quest'ultima difficoltà finalmente arrivo al bivio col sentiero 734, mentre saluto il 731 che scende a Sella Carnizza&lt;br /&gt;Dopo un tratto di traverso in leggero falsopiano inizia la discesa vera e propria che scorre quasi completamente in un bosco. La prima parte, interamente a zig zag, sarebbe facile ma si tratta di un sentiero abbastanza esposto su un versante ripido dove una distrazione potrebbe portare a conseguenza disastrose. Lo affronto con cautela senza perdere la concentrazione: i tornantini sarebbero perfetti per gli amanti del nose-press, io preferisco farli normalmente, oppure dove non ci riesco scendo e giro la bici a mano...&lt;br /&gt;La discesa però cambia decisamente dopo stavoli Provalo: si rimane sempre nel bosco, con un bel letto di foglie, ma il percorso è di gran lunga più divertente e alterna tratti veloci ad alcuni più lenti e tecnici... senza nemmeno accorgermente arrivo alla sterrata che porta in paese, mollo i freni e sfreccio in mezzo alle case con sul viso dipinto il tipico sorrisino da ebete che ho quando ho appena finito un bel giro!&lt;br /&gt;
Alla fine il gps ha segnato 31 km con 1944 metri di ascesa per 6 ore abbondanti&amp;nbsp;(soste comprese)&lt;br /&gt;Non c'è molto da dire se non tanta fatica giustamente ripagata dalle bellezze dei paesaggi.&lt;br /&gt;

1680 metri di dislivello in discesa.&lt;br /&gt;
Quasi tutti percorsi su single track sempre ciclabili.&lt;br /&gt;
Un'esperienza di quelle che non te ne dimentichi facilmente, di quelle che mentre sei li che guidi da solo in autostrada per tornare a casa ti si dipinge sul volto un sorrisetto da ebete.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Domenica è andata così, siamo andati a percorrere i sentieri del Pordenonese&lt;br /&gt;
Una prima lunga salita da Aviano alle antenne dell'Ornedo seguita da un'altrettanto lunga discesa composta da tratti ripidi, altri veloci, altri più tecnici.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Poi una seconda risalita fin sopra Mezzomonte per imboccare il Troi Trek e a seguire il Picchio morto fin giù a Gorgazzo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
La giornata perfetta, nè troppo fredda nè troppo calda, il terreno compatto e asciutto, la voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi hanno permesso di sopportare l'immane fatica delle salite e delle discese.&lt;br /&gt;
Alla fine oltre 6 ore in sella non sono poche, ma ne valeva la pena.&lt;br /&gt;

sembrare non ciclabile, a causa delle rocce e dell'erosione, ma poche centinaia di metri inzia ad essere praticabile in sella. Sempre un po' impegnativo a causa del tipo di fondo, non concede mai la minima distrazione. In pochi e brevi punti si deve scendere dalla sella a causa del fondo costituito da pietro troppo grandi e smosse.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Il primo tratto ha termine verso quota 700 metri s.l.m. dove si sbuca in corrispondenza di uno dei tornanti della strada percorsa in salita.&lt;br /&gt;Dopo un centinaio di metri per&amp;ograve; il sentiero si stacca nuovamente dall'asfalto e riprende a scendere nel bosco, fino a quota 500 circa per finire nuovamente sulla strada.&lt;br /&gt;Dal tornante successivo inizia un breve tratto di strada forestale che porter&amp;agrave; alla picchiata finale in un singletrack roccioso e ripido fino alla fine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Complessivamente un bel giro da 4 stelle: come sempre, bellissimi i posti visitati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Difficolt&amp;agrave; salita: 3/5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Difficolt&amp;agrave; discesa: 4/5&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/835798573710252207-8112809570547214262?l=spargher.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;Qui, nascosto nel bosco, a sinistra dopo la malga, ha inizio un bel single track lungo una vecchia mulattiera che porta a Planina Crce, dove il sentiero si allarga e siamo ormai in vista della chiesa austro-ungarica Javorca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
L'ultima parte divertente parte dal tornante subito sotto, dove non sembra esserci nulla se non un pascolo, ma attraversandolo si trova il single trail che in breve ci porta sulla strada che da Zatolmin va verso Planina Polog&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A questo punto non resta che pedalare per circa 5 km in direzione di Zatolmin lungo la valle della Tolminka. Quando siamo in vista del paese, all'altezza della chiesa di Sv. Peter, si prende il single track sulla sinistra che scende lungo il pendio fino alla strada sottostante.&lt;br /&gt;

Complessivamente un giro da 5 stelle considerando la bellezza dei posti visitati e per l'impegno ciclistico richiesto&lt;br /&gt;

Dopo la dovuta sosta inizia il tratto a spinta: si prende il sentiero roccioso che si dirige verso la cima del Planica. Dopo qualche decina di minuti si arriva nel punto più spettacolare del percorso, dove il panorama si apre verso nord.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dopo un breve tratto in discesa con bici in spalla, poi ricomincia il sentiero verso il Planica. Purtroppo l'erba alta in questo periodo della stagione ci costringe a spingere ancora fino all'inizio della discesa. Molto probabilmente in primavera o in autunno il tratto risulta ciclabile.&lt;br /&gt;

Dalla cima la prima parte della discesa scende lungo un pratone in direzione della cappella italiana dedicata al generale Bes, quindi ha inizio il tratto da adrenalina: un single track, inzialmente un po' ripido per poi diventare leggermente più pianeggiante e dal fundo molto compatto. In men che non si dica l'alta velocità ci porta direttamente a Dreznica senza quasi accorgersene.&lt;br /&gt;

Usciti dal paese di Dreznica in direzione Kobarid, si prende una stradina sulla sinistra che poco più avanti si trasforma in sentiero lungo la valle del torrente Rocica per la picchiata finale fino a Ladra&lt;br /&gt;

Giro da 5 stelle, uno dei più belli che abbia mai fatto&lt;br /&gt;

Alla fine finisco in una&amp;nbsp;mulattiera dimentacata dagli uomini fatta di pietre scivolose, ricoperte da foglie scivolose e qualche tronco di traverso ogni tanto...&amp;nbsp;ma si scende praticamente fino al ponte di Miscek.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/tbody&gt;&lt;/table&gt;La discesa si fa lungo il sentiero CAI 748.&lt;br /&gt;
Il primo tratto fino alla chiesetta dei 3 re è sterrato e cementato, poi inizia il sentiero. La parte iniziale è&amp;nbsp;scalinata e non ciclabile (per me ) ma poco sotto diventa molto scorrevole e divertente fino a&amp;nbsp;Fragielis.&lt;br /&gt;
Da qui è possibile fare ancora qualche piccolo tratto su single track tagliando i tornanti asfaltati fino alla strada a valle.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Segue un breve&amp;nbsp;trasferimento fino a Dolegna e siamo al punto di partenza con 43km e 1300 metri di ascesa&lt;br /&gt;

Valutazione complessiva: 3 stelle, da riprovare con terreno asciutto, meglio in autunno con poca vegetazione&lt;br /&gt;
