I have had this obsession with earring ever since I cut my hair really short and dyed it blue. I go crazy for any kind over sized and statement with vintage ones the ones I make myself when I get a moment of creativity during my busy schedule. My ultimate goal is to take jewelry making courses and learn to make my own silver designs and sell them in little shops in Montreal and online via etsy or any other platform that will exist then. This is my third Monday in a row I have been outfit posting, I feel like I am on a roll, I really look forward to this weekly outfit sharing. This week I was inspired by the color combo of light blue and bright red, I really love these two colors together. The highlight has to be my new boots, I scored these Swedish Hasbeens boots during there online warehouse sale, it lasted for just a few days, I am glad I snatch up this pair it will take me quite sometime to break them in the leather is so stiff any suggestions? I have been eyeing their site for a while now, the time was right. My outfit was pretty simple and cozy today since I was shooting for my vintage shop, I wore an Armor lux cotton over sized sweater and boyfriend patch jeans, my coat is from Mango from last Winter and blue scarf for Chinatown.

About a week and a half ago today we adopted a Persian kitten named Dingding, I love her to bits, words cannot express my love for this little one. She has been keeping us on our toes and purring like a little motor. I can't wait to see her grow up ;) These are the first pictures I ever took of her with my dslr she loves posing for the camera.

I am so happy to share with you all my newest look book for my vintage shop Yeye Vintage, shot by the amazingly talented Mary Elam. This shoot was so much fun to style for, I love Fall so much and laying and mixing prints is my thing. I saved pieces for months and putting everything together was like magic in the making. We shot at the beautiful Westmount park and inside the greenhouse , I really like the unintentional Wes Anderson vibe going on and the dreamy lighting that makes the outfits come alive.

Hiya folks, did you miss me? Well it has been crazy beautiful here in Montreal and I found time in my busy schedule to take outfit post photos. I love this kind of weather, I wish it was like this year round. I received this cute little dress a few weeks ago from eShakti.com when my hair was still the reddish orange color and it just did not go well together but last week I decided to go back to brown and it went so well together I had to photograph it right away. I am glad I got that hair color out of my system, it was fun for Summer but brown is me and is here to stay and so is the bob, my hair is just to thick for really long hair.

The dress is fun and flirty, a little girly but I love the fun print and that it has pockets, buttons up the front and the bow. This company that sent me this dress to review also offers to alter the length and change other parts to your body type, this is included in the price of the garment. I really like that idea it justifies the price of the dress. What do you think? I paired it with some fun bright cobalt blue tights and some 90's black suede mary janes that are still available in my shop here.

I can't wait for this weekend, I am teaming up with local photographer Mary Elam to shoot an other look book for Yeye Vintage for Fall/ Winter this time. I am so excited I love Fall so much. I can't wait to share with you next week!

NYC part 1

I am finally back after my week long vacation in New York city, I already miss the craziness and the bad smells! Just kidding about the bad smells, haha

I had such a blast on this trip with my lover we ate so much good food and both did way too much shopping. We took advantage of our unlimited subway pass for the week and went everywhere from Brooklyn to Harlem, I walked my poor little legs everyday for 8 hours but it was so worth it. I love New York, it's even better at night everything changes and becomes like a Woody Allen movie, speaking of Woody we saw his newest masterpiece Blue Jasmine, it was amazing in my taste a definite must see if you are a fan. Here is my first set of snap shots taken with my iphone because I did not feel like lugging around my huge camera everywhere.

I stopped by Mood fabrics because I knew they had a great selection of silk jerseys and I have been wanting a silk jersey top for ages and now I get to make my own with this glorious printed fabric. Do you like?
