Just went and looked at them the other day. Still plenty of units left at reduced prices $175,000-$205,000 for 2-bedroom, 2-bath. Heat, air conditioning and parking is included. All in all, I think, based on location, it's a pretty good deal…

Lake Point Tower has a larger deck.

Aqua's is the largest of the new construction buildings.

i'm supposed to be on the 25th floor. i've never had any communication regarding my closing date. very unprofessional but par for the course it seems.

Stupid and ugly maybe, but if its good construction, those are really good prices for new construction mid-rise living. If you need to live north or enjoy the lake, that's a very affordable option.
Broadway has enough going with restaurants and shops on to keep things interesting, the lake is great, Red Line is right there and you're close Andersonville. Evanston is easy to get to as well.

This is one of those deals where I actively seek out buyers specific for the project and see if its a fit for them.
I have clients who bought a house a block southwest of there in Edgewater Glen and they love living on the lake and going to the local retail/eateries (especially for the price and amount of house they got).
