So as I was browsing around the &lt;a href="http://yoga.gotop100.com/"&gt;Yoga Sites Directory&lt;/a&gt; I found our newest member &lt;a href="http://thailandyoga.net/"&gt;Blooming Lotus Yoga&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Can I just say how badly I would LOVE to go to Thailand and learn in such an amazing environment!&amp;nbsp; Living in New Jersey we only have small pockets of paradise along the Jersey shore or in the mountains.&amp;nbsp; I need not continue how it can not hold a candle to places like this.&amp;nbsp; If you CAN go abroad, do it and do it at a place like this!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;

Now an ex-smoker she was blessed with early detection and is cancer free. After surgery, chemo and radiation she is now back at work, growing her hair back and slowly getting back into exercise. I suggested yoga and her first response was "no, I can not balance." She spoke with her doc on my urging and of course he thought it would be good for her.
