A teacher is one who simply teaches, but a Guru is one who guides also. A teacher is one step lower than a Guru because a teacher gives you information or teaches you skills, but a Guru is one who makes you reach your destination.

Any day that you are disturbed, instead of yelling and screaming and shouting at other people here and there, blaming other people, have you ever said, "Oh, I want to do more chanting, and let me sit. Today I feel disturbed so let me go and love more people around me." Have you ever done that?

Wisdom is: de-link the event with the emotion, and de-ink the emotion with the sensation. Ignorance is: if you have a some sensation, some sadness, feeling, link it back again to the event. That makes you more miserable, and sets the chain to go on and on, and on.
