They of course may vary when taken in person, but this way if I do not get to see you in person you at least have a way of getting your yoga on at home! All kinds: rock, blues, soul, pop, world, rap, etc.So, as part of my class I take great pride in composing a monthly playlist (which takes a while because I really  make sure I achieve the flow of the class musically).Now, what I have noticed is that for the most part my classes enjoy the music selection. And in some cases it actually draws people in based on

Technically my mom always had us (my brothers and me) doing yoga from a young age. We would do headstands, etc. because at that age you have no fear! I thank you mom, because to this day I do not have to worry about that fear of going upside down :)2. Other than what I did as a tike my first class was ironically at Baylor with Rosario during my sophomore year (2000). Rosario was into using the
