This may not come as a surprise, but Trent Reznor is coming back for an encore performance with director David Fincher.  Trent and collaborator Atticus Ross were first hired to score Fincher’s The Social Network, which they completely knocked out of the park.  They’ll now be moving onto darker material (no trouble for the NIN overlord) with The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.  The adaptation of Stieg Larsson’s mega-hit, and remake of the excellent Swedish trilogy, is a perfect fit for the director and musician.  The film is scheduled to be released Dec 21st.
