Lutron Continues to Shine!!

Last week, I had another awesome training in the world of Lutron Lighting and Sevoia window shades. We had the trainings in the awesome confines of Invesco Field at Miler Hi in Denver, and as always, the traing was excellent! there are so many options avaialable to you in the Lutron world, such as Electronic Lighting Controls, Sevoia Window Shades (the world's quietest), and Custom Satin colors for all of your wallplates. I have been a Lutron Dealer for quite some time, and continue to be amazed at just how much of a difference Lighting can make in out lives. Changing lighting scenes at the touch of single button, while maximizing Seurity and privacy at the same time? Check it out! You'll absolutely love it!

It is my pleasure to announce that, in partnership with Regester Custom Homes, Electronic Lifestyles will be doing a Parade of Homes entry into the 2007, Summitt County Parade of Homes. I always love doing Show Homes, as it is a true opprotunity to realy showcase just what is possible in today's homes. I have worked with Lori Regester on many projects, and her willingness to be a visionary in the custom Home market will make this a fun project. And it is out joint intention to not only participate, but to win as the People's Choice for Best of Show!! A lofty goal, but I know we're up to the challenge. Spring is Upon Us!!

Well, it's already March, the heavy snow seems to have taken a break, and even though it's a bit early, Spring Fever seems to be creeping in. Builders are gearing up to what appears to very busy year. At Electronic Lifestyles, that means many projects are in the design stage, and it looks like my clients are really getting savvy to all of the new technology available to them. I'm getting some really good questions, not only about Home Theater, but also about putting Speakers on the Patio or by the Hot Tub, how to use Lutron Lighting to light a path to these areas, and about installing Lutron Sevoia window shades to provide security, as well as protect from furnishing from the Summer UV rays. "Smart Home" automation is of very high interest, and as these system continue to become more affordable, I suspect this to be huge in the remainder of 2007. Wow! Hard to believe that January is almost gone! In spite of a huge abundance of Colorado Snow, I sense a high level of excitement and optimism in the housing and Building market. And combined with some of the new advertising and exposure venues I have put in place, it definitely looks like a banner year coming! Look for us in the Colorado Homes and Lifestyles magazine Industry Publication, listed as an Associate Member of ASID,and in the Fall at the Parade of Homes (including one in Breckenridge). I also am getting very excited about branching out into some new markets, to get a true, local focus on some of the Custom Log Homes that Electronic Lifestyles specializes in. So thanks for visiting, and I'll look forward to hearing from you soon to put the "Electronic Heartbeat" in your Home or Business.
