Despite the fact that they are not making money many Internet home business owners refuse to quit a particular affiliate marketing program. Some affiliate marketers would rather loose money in the misguided belief that “a winner never quits”.

After all, in an industry where more than 95% of people never make any money at all, and quit before they have given themselves a realistic chance to succeed, persistence would seem to be a highly prized virtue.

1. Find a lucrative niche market . (Most people start with the products. That is the wrong technique.)

For example, you may want to check your e-mail as soon as you log on, but if you click on one enticing link in one e-mail you can easily be lead away from your objectives and spend the rest of the session reading and clicking, without getting any of your tasks done.
