		<description>Hi there..........I thought  your article was great.  I have done numerous amounts of hours researching adaptogens and supplements/herbs as a whole. 
 
My son is 12 and has many oppositional defiant disorder issues as well as anger issues etc.  I'm trying to stay away from prescriptions to help his situation.  I've purchased many different varieties of herbs (mostly gearing towards brain activity, calming, anxiety, depression etc.)  and I dont know yet that I"ve seen any results.  Now maybe they take months and months to develop results, but I'd like a list, (thourough if possible) on what really really truely works.   
 
Do I need to follow the quantities on the bottle?  Or should I be increasing another pill per dose until the desired effects are achieved?  Now of course I know that some herbs have cautions and I've looked at that and of course take that into consideration when dosing him based on quantity and combinations. 
 
But what works and what's the ideal dosage???? 
 
I'm sure there's no real answer, but if you could provide me with any further information you may know, I"d really appreciate it.
