I had so much fun picking out Dish TV packages with my fiancé because we’re both so into TV. I love that he wants nothing more than to get home from work and curl up on the couch with me and the dog and put on Top Chef or something else like that and just unwind. I think TV is the perfect way to really let off steam and feel good about the day but sometimes I wonder if I should watch less and read more or something. I know that sounds silly but you know, there’s something to be said for feeling like you’ve got the free time to do anything you want to do and that’s what I’m going for. My job is really difficult and so is my husband’s so I think we both deserve the down time we get when we’re able to finally chill out and just relax together. I think spending time with my hubby has got to be my favorite thing in the world – well, except for watching TV!

I love being at home with my two boys watching a movie on direct TV or making dinner for our little family. Ever since we had Evan I’ve been nesting big time which is weird because I’m not much of a homebody, or at least I wasn’t before. I don’t know where in the world I got the gene that I’m now showing trying to be the model mom but you know, at the end of the day I love doing stuff for my family and my child. I can’t wait to have another baby although my husband says they’re so expensive we should really wait a few years but I want them to be close in age and so I’d like to get pregnant sooner rather than later. She broke her hand and that was a mess and then when that was all taken care of I got pregnant with my first child. There’s nothing you could have told me a year ago that would make me believe I was actually going to be living out here in Arizona at this time this year. I had always been a city girl but when my boss came to me last year with the promotion of a lifetime I really just couldn’t turn it down even if it meant packing up all my things and moving halfway across the country. My heart goes out to Amy Winehouse's parents. I was a bit shakin by this news. Her addiction was so severe, in my opinion, Amy thought she was better off dead. Her songs were songs about herself, Rehab, No Good, etc. Others young artists that were mention on various shows, like the view, have listed Tupac, Biggie, Cobain, Hendrix and Janice Joplin. Although circumstances were not the same as this list of artists, but she died young at the peak of her career too, God bless your soul too Aaliyah. Such young raw talent wasted.
