Profile information that you provide for your user profile (e.g., first and last name, picture, phone number). This information allows us to help you or others be 'found' on Yourwordss. \n• User Content (e.g., contents, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service.\n• Communications between you and Yourwordss. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

 Metadata:

•Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you post a confession) comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive.

Simple Registration

You are only able to take the leverage of the yourWords app by providing personally-identifying information such as your name, phone number, email .We also fetch your personal information like your country name, country code etc .  We consider that certain identifying information is important and would normally be considered confidential.

Why we want your information

We only want your valid email address because our team generate a password for you to check either that user is valid or not. No fake email address will enter in our application due to some security reasons. User can change his/her name but they have to provide a real and valid email address to us.

Delete and inappropriate option 

If any user doesn’t like any type of content so he/she can easily delete or report us. So you can easily remove it from your list. So that content never show you again in the future 

Hide the content option 

Your information is not visible to anyone. Your all data is only for us for some security reason. No one can see your real you unless you want to show them.

Permanent Deactivation Of Account

It also depends on you for personal information to check your personal records. If yourWords receive any complaint against any user regarding any criminal conduct or any other related act then after due enquiry, it may permanently deactivate the account of that user.

-          Deletion Of Wrongful Content 

We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purposes for which it will be used.  Though we do take appropriate steps to review and update the information that we store, we also ensure that it is accurate, complete, and current. Any content which is misappropriated, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, etc. will be permanently removed. 

-          Easy Way To Communicate 

You will endeavour an easy platform to communicate with the other user via comment. Your words provides a comment section where you can say to anyone and no one can identify you because your information is hidden automatically. Feel free to say anything to anyone without any fear. You can say whatever you want to say.

Privacy and safety: 

You words does not involve any third party banners for advertisement or campaigning. Therefore, whatever information you’re sharing is solely your words discretion. No third party can fetch your personal details from the application. It does not transmit data about the customer to anyone. All the data stored with your words is kept confidential. 

TPA takes all Privacy Policy seriously and regularly reviews its own compliance with these Policies.  Therefore, it keeps updating its terms and conditions and privacy policies with time to time.

How we Use your Information

We are assure you your account and your all detail like Id, Password it is secure here we are taking care of this.  Parties with whom we may share your information:  We are not sharing any type of your information to anyone.  What happens in the event of a change of control: •If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Yourwords or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. Yourwords does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.
