I know it's not even Valentines day yet but I have been busy! I am blaming it all on Pinterest. I could spend hours on that site finding ideas. So here are a couple of my St. Patrick's day decorations. The plaques are $26.00 which includes shipping price. Of course they are cheaper if you don't need them shipped.

We also are making framed glass. These are our frames with just a glass sheet in it. I love how this one turned out. My hubby even placed an order for one. We can make them 4x6 to 12x12 and I can add any fun saying you want. I can also make them for other holidays. These frames start at $17.00 and go up (shipping not included in price)

Here are some of my Valentines projects I've been working on this month.

Subway art is so popular right now I thought I'd make my own for V-day. I really love how it turned out. I made one with vinyl lettering and then used the stencil and painted a second one.

I hope everyone is having a great Holiday Season. I know I am! I actually took a week off work and have enjoyed being with my family. I have also been taking this time to catch up on some projects I have been wanting to make on Pinterest! Oh how I love Pinterest. So really this post has nothing to do with frames just some things I wanted to share with you that I thought everyone would enjoy making.

The first project I made were these cute frames. "I Love You Because..." click here to see the original pin. I actually had these old frames from ikea sitting in my garage. The only thing I did was paint them white. Talk about easy! The next step was to create the words. I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut out the shapes with vinyl but it would be just as easy to print something off your computer.

Then with a dry erase marker you can write on the glass the many reasons why you love your family. I made one for my hubby and one for my son.

My next project was to paint my son's table in his toy room! Boy did it need a new paint job. I decided to paint just the top with chalkboard paint. Easy and he loves it.

Last I made a Christmas tree using my son's hand prints. We both had fun making this one! I used an old piece of wood painted it brown first, let it dry then painted the top coat white. I distressed it using sandpaper and then just stamped my son's hand. This project will be great to look back at over the years. Click here for the original pin. They used canvas.

My First Pinterest Project

Here is my finished project. What do you think? I just took one of our photo plaques, painted and de-stressed it. Then used vinyl letters. If you are interested in ordering a plaque you can email me at red8car@aol.com. They are 11 x 13.5 and are $26.00 shipping and handling included in price. I hand paint and distress each plaque so each one will look slightly different.
