The most complete collection of all currently existing updates and patches from Microsoft for 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 any revisions in all languages.

Installation can take a VERY long time to accelerate its time to turn off System Restore.

About the need to install (from Microsoft):
