font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1  łyżka cukru pudru&lt;br /&gt;1/2 łyżeczki soli&lt;br /&gt;150 g mąki orkiszowej typ 630&lt;br /&gt;krem kasztanowy, ok 6 łyżek&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;w misce utrzeć masło z jogurtem, dodać cukier, mąkę i sól.  z ciasta należy zrobić kulę i zawinąć w folię i do lodówki (najlepiej na noc ale mogą być 3h). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;ciasto podzielić na dwie części, jedną ponownie schować do lodówki, drugą  rozwałkować na placek grubości  ok. 3 mm, posmarować  kremem kasztanowym (to nie jest łatwe). ciasto pokroić tak jak pizzę, na tyle części ile komu się za chce (ja kroję zazwyczaj na 12). zwijamy zaczynając od brzegu do środka. pieczemy ok 20-30 min w 180 stopni. oczywiście owa procedura dotyczy też tej części ciasta co ponownie wróciła do lodówki.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;inspirowałam się przepisem na rugelah z orzechami laskowymi z książki ''&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;kuchnia żydowska" c. hyman&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2709928665774626646-584216694549974378?l=zapraszamdostolu.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

(nigdy ne pamiętam by zmierzyć ilość wody. trzeba dolewać malutkimi porcjami. jakby wyszło za rzadkie zawsze można dosypać mąkę.)  rozwałkować, wyciąć koła. umyte truskawki, pokroić na ćwiartki, zostawić na sitku, żeby zredukować sok.  małe porcje owocu nakładać na ciasto, zalepiać. wrzucać na wrzątek, o wypłynięciu gotować ok 5-7 minut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/2709928665774626646-5789763035582949582?l=zapraszamdostolu.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
