Settled on this play-through around the same time as my Skyrim Ohmes-Rhat run, I was just waiting for some of the mods to be ready. This playthrough is using Retro-Rendering mode to be MUCH closer to the original Elder Scrolls 2 Daggerfall while using the Retro frame for the rest of the widescreen layout.

This is a Thief character with magical aptitude but only minors in two magical skills, this will allow me access to a Divine Temple and Mages Guild respectively, since those are skill sensitive factions.

This Skyrim Loadout uses the Lost Legacy from 2023 as a prefab and then injects several mods including Dac0da and custom race presets to allow me to create my silly Khajiit character. This is a Legacy of the Dragonborn Megapack with tons of supported quest content. Make no mistake, while it is huge, it's also supposed to be VERY silly.

The Enhanced Edition Trilogy or EET combines Baldurs Gate 1, Siege of Dargonspear, Baldurs Gate 2, and Throne of Baal as a single, uninterrupted campaign. Various mods change the experience further.

Install Baldurs Gate 1 and 2 Enhanced Editions. Copy your Baldurs Gate 2 install, create a second one.

Open Project Infinity Mod Installer - https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/74335/project-infinity-mod-manager-for-baldurs-gate-icewind-dale-planescape-torment-and-eet (Windows Defender active shield may interfere with it due to how it mass executes files.)

In the Project Infinity Settings, Point Baldurs Gate 1 and 2 to their folders. Point SoD to Baldur's Gate 1's Folder. Point the EET to the copied version of Baldurs Gate 2.
Click the mods icon, download the mods you want. Make sure the mods you want installed are checked.
Click on Set-Install Sequence. Follow instructions, click and drag your mods to the order it instructs you to. Click Set-Install Sequence again. Continue following instructions until it says the order is OK.
Click Star-Installation. Follow instructions in bottom-right corner, use box to select options. If it fails, Abort-installation, Uninstall-Everything, fix the problem and try again.

The base Oblivion isn't too bad, but the best functional mods also have a tendency to crash it. But every few years I get it in my head to try to play it again, admittedly without my favorite mods. In Elder Scrolls 2: Daggerfall we are going to run a Mage Character. This run just happens to start doing two major releases. First, a Meaner Monster Overhaul for the Enemy Expansion mod. Second, a monster-horde mod.

My first instinct was to make a male character as my previous one was female, however there are almost no male clothing mods available, where as outfits for female characters are aplenty, so until that is corrected it will likely be female Daggerfall characters.

X4 Foundations (Kingdom's End Expansion) Mod List for Casual Play

(It requires all the expansions up to and including Kingdom's End. You can likely pick out individual mods from the list that do not.)

For those wondering why I'm playing this the short answer is Starfield research, playing other Space Games. I'll eventually get to streaming Underspace and Freelancer. But mostly I'd like a varied set of experiences going into Starfield able to compare and contrast features and be disappointed and/or delighted by the comparison. This is because I'm a crazy person.

Some background for folks: The Developers of the X-Series are well known for competing with the Gothic series for the king of Euro-Jank. X2 and 3 have a much larger scope and scale with a massive universe. X4 Foundations scales that down, a LOT with an in-universe event that shut down all but a few of the faster than light travel gates. This smaller universe has a tighter focus on fine detail, but make no mistake, it's still euro-jank and it'll show.

Fallout: Tale of Two Wastelands 3.3 for 2023

This Mod Loadout for Fallout New Vegas combines Fallout 3 and New Vegas into a single video game. You will start off in the Capital Wasteland like normal and play through Fallout 3 and it's DLCs. While Fallout 3 will benefit greatly from Fallout New Vega's feature set and additions, it will remain Fallout 3 and the goal of it will be to travel to New Vegas once your job in the Capital Wasteland is complete.

After you finish up and take transportation to Nevada, there will be a time skip. You will be shot in the head, reset to level 1, have your gear stolen, and start Fallout: New Vegas as the Courier. You will keep all Quest Based Perks, Cyberware Enhancements and so on and you can earn your stuff back by confronting Benny, the goal of early New Vegas.

Strictly in New Vegas content, the Living Desert and Functional Post Game Ending mean that New Vegas will continue after it's ending, change based on your decisions, and the DLCs can be better accessed then as Epilogue to the courier's story.

Additionally, the following manual tweaks have been implemented:

144 FPS Gameplay, to match the monitor refresh rate. Viewers will only see 60 FPS, the game normally runs at 30. Cutscenes will run at 30 to prevent glitches.

Master Mode is on, but all features of Master Mode other than Enemy Spawns have been disabled, this means that other than stronger enemies all around the world, the game is in regular mode. The Master Mode Triforce Icon in the corner of the screen has been removed.

Weapon Durability is a flat 10x more than vanilla. This does not remove the durability system, merely reduce the rate at which weapons break.

Length of Days are doubled, that is increased from 24 mins to 48 mins.

Button Prompts for X Y A B have been switched around to match my custom controller.

Bloodmoons are more frequent as a way of cleaning up the world, a sort of soft reset.

Today we are running a modified version of the masochistic modpack, RLCraft. We've modified RLCraft with a setting to keep our inventory on death, server cheats so we can kill ourselves instantly when we spawn in a bad place and teleport out of horrible situations that didn't kill us, and we added a Minimap. RLCraft does have it's own map, but it's infinitely worse (on purpose).
