Woohoo! The day is in sight! The Zeekrewards Receiver is beginning the claims process on or before May 15, 2013! The claims must all be submitted by September 5, 2013 in order to be considered.

Do not submit claims before the portal opens. All claims submitted before the opening of the portal will not be accepted! ONLY submit your claim on zeekrewardsreceivership.com during the allowed time frame.

According to the timeline Ken Bell posted on the receivership website, we should be presented with a claim form very soon! I'm hoping we can get this a little faster just because of how much you, and I, lost in this mess. I know God is faithful, and will work everything out for good. Just a question, did you get your own lawyer? or are you waiting? Let the conversation begin!

December 2012 Update on ZeekRewards

Hello fellow ZeekRewards victims. I now have a new update for you! I have listened to an audio recording of a live chat with the Receiver, Ken Bell, and it helped to alleviate some of my anxiety and answered many of my questions, as well.

I highly recommend that all affiliates listen to the recorded chat. To summarize the most important information, I have a bulleted list, located below, that will hopefully answer any questions you may have. Remember to stay up to date by visiting http://www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com/ for the latest news concerning the Zeek Rewards case.

Over $300,000,000 recovered so far

If Paul Burks pulled out more than he "put in", then he needs to pay the receivership just as anyone else who profited from the ZeekRewards

Receiver states he will have a proposed claim form submitted to the court by the end of January 2013

The court will take some time to make sure everything necessary for valid recovery of funds is included on the form

The court will approve a form and will hand the form over to Ken Bell for him to display on the receivership website so people can start to gather necessary documents to prove their claims (may be a couple months)

After everyone submits the claim form with the financial documents, then Ken Bell, the Receiver, and his team will verify that those are valid claims (will also take some time to do this)

Then he will go to court to ask permission to start making payments

Then after they recover the rest of the funds, they will make a final payment to victims (total payment may be around 2/3 of what you put in )

"Many of you are asking what the Receiver has been doing since August 17, 2012. Among a great many other tasks required by the Court’s Order, we have made it the first priority to secure Receivership Assets. As of today we have secured nearly $300,000,000.00 in Receivership Assets. There may be tens of millions of dollars more of recoverable assets. This process will take time, and I ask your patience while we seek every recoverable dollar for victims of Rex Ventures Group LLC. While many of you are understandably anxious to begin the claims process, we simply can’t do that until we are reasonably certain we have recovered all assets from which victims can be compensated. This process will take months, if not longer."

Who Is Ken Bell?

Who is Ken Bell? Kenneth Bell is the ZeekRewards receiver, but many of you want to know who he REALLY is. He is a lawyer that works at McGuireWoods LLP. He currently works in the Government, Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Department, in which he currently represents clients that are being investigated. Normally, those clients are Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Kenneth Bell seems to be very highly respected and acknowledged in his field. Among many other achievements and honors, Mr. Bell was named "North Carolina "Super Lawyer," 2010-2012". His experience as a lawyer dates back to 1983, so he has been "in the business" for a while now.

Even though we have not been informed of any further dealings with the ZeekRewards information that he has acquired from the court ruling, I think we can trust that he will continue to support those that have lost money in Zeek. Mr. Kenneth Bell will continue to post updates on the Zeek Rewards Receivership website. Please do not contact him personally. Only contact him on the appropriate site so your questions can be addressed correctly and not be lost in the shuffle of all the other work currently on his plate.

In a portion of the letter, he states, "Due to the sheer volume of messages I have received from victims, I am unable to respond to individual questions so I encourage those affected to email

Quibids better than Zeekler?

Have you bid on the Zeekler auctions? How much did you spend before actually winning? Some bidders didn't realize they were paying for bids, then paying for the item if they won it. You can sometimes score good deals on penny auction sites, but I rarely heard of anyone actually winning on Zeekler.com, before they were shut down, without spending a LOT of money. If you like penny auctions, and want to try one, the best one I've found is Quibids. If you sign up and purchase the first bid pack, they usually give you some free bids as well. If you decide to try it out, make sure you do your research on the item and the bidders before you jump in expecting to win. Happy bidding if you decide to try it. Again, remember to be careful and always spend time investigating before bidding on Quibids!

NXPAY Has Issued an Alert!

NXPAY sent out an alert for affiliates!

They informed affiliates to NOT initiate a charge-back with your financial institution (bank), or the affiliate would be in DIRECT VIOLATION OF A FEDERAL COURT ORDER. They also state the affiliate, if going against the court order, would risk being criminally prosecuted for fraud

They also stated in the most recent email that the official claims process hasn't yet been completed, and when it is completed, Kenneth Bell, the Receiver will administer the claims process, not NXPAY.

NXSystems says they are continuing to cooperate with the SEC, Temporary Receiver, and US Department of Justice to help make the process as accurate as possible.

*Important*
If the affiliate never purchased bids with their funds, NXSystems is placing a great amount of effort to help account for those funds, and return them to the affiliate. They are not guaranteeing 100% financial return, as the decision is in the hands of the Receiver.

Also, there is no ETA as to when funds will be available, released, or made available by Ken Bell.

Remember to check www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com and the SEC website www.sec.gov for updates.

NXSystems asks that affiliates remember that ZeekRewards was charged with fraud, and that the SEC can come after some/all moneys and people that might have benefited from Zeek's fraud.

They are advising you NOT to close your NXpay account so they can focus on locating any funds.

SEC takes $4 MILLION from Burks

The money that the SEC took from Burks should be given back to the affiliates. If the SEC is fining Paul Burks for the scam, then the SEC should NOT be profiting from Burk's scam. That money, if everyone wants to be honest, should go back to the affiliates that were scammed by ZeekRewards. Anyone else agree?

Currently the NCDOJ has issued a new website called ZeekRewardsReceivership.com FAQ which will provide the way, when available, for you to submit your claim. See the below description indicating that there is NO claim form available at this time that has been approved by the Court. Further down is a direct quote from the site. Make sure not to put your information anywhere else unless you are seeking out legal counsel.

How Will the Claims Process Work?
At this time there is no claim form available nor has a formal claims process been established and approved by the Court. However, the process of verifying and validating or rejecting claims typically involves comparing the information submitted by the Claimant to the information available to the Receiver, and reaching a conclusion in light of the available information and the applicable law.

Troy Dooly says he is in connection with attorneys Kevin Thompson & Walt Burton, who claim to be in connection to Ken Bell.

Ken Bell has been as been appointed as the receiver of Zeek assets, in order to distribute them accordingly. I have a direct quote from a great person (KsChang) that is helping Zeek Rewards people understand all that is going on. "A trustee either has been appointed or will be appointed soon. The trustee will take inventory of all the assets RVG has, and take back all the money in foreign eWallets. Once they are all in his control, he'll then start a 'restitution program' where all people who lost money will submit request. The time period will be limited. If you don't submit a request you won't get anything back. Then your request will be verified, and once they tally up the total the assets will be divided up and you get paid. This process may take two to three YEARS."
