IPAD effects JOURNALISM

The Apple IPAD launched this past Saturday, April 3rd 2010. With it’s sleek design and killer graphics it is seeming to raise a question for journalists: How will this change the face of journalism?
Well, with the avid bloggers and twitter-happy folks, it seems we feed off of the “now” factor. We need to know news, gossip, trends “NOW” and Ipad will cater to this frenzy. We want our “now” news free which is why social media is so popular. Magazines and newspapers may become archaic or something a select few purchase.
I feel IPAD will improve journalism by allowing faster news posts anywhere in the world. The global market will become even smaller. It is the future but, me, I enjoy cozying up to a good book myself rather than a flat little computer screen.
