Mutant Games is proud to announce the development of his next incoming game for the iPhone: Farts VS Zombies.

Colonel John Farter is an American officer who spent seven years in a North Vietnamese POW camp, then escaped. He just recently came back, and discovers that his town is full of zombies and his only weapon is his ass. He mets up with his old friend Banana Max and together, they will launch a mission to free the town from The Evil Unicorn and his army of zombies.

In Farts VS Zombies you have to kill zombies with farts, you draw with the finger the path of the farts and direct them to their faces. The game goal is to protect the japanese schoolgirls from the attack of the zombies as much time as possible. In fact, zombies hate farts, it’s the only thing that can kill them, well… not the only one really. But the game is more than that, you can do Fart Combos, use funny Special Attacks and items and compete in online rankings with your friends to see who is the best farter!

Farts VS Zombies puts together many different elements and mixes them into a crude, vulgar, absurd but also a really fun, entertaining game. You will laugh like crazy! This is our contribution to the popular Zombie genre and also a kind of criticism, parody and tribute to the App Store. The project has been frozen during the last months but now we’re working on it again and we hope to release it soon.

Valve have teamed up with Gaming Heads to provide collectors with 12″ and 18″ ‘statues and replicas’ aka ‘toys’ of their favourite Valve characters.

On Friday pre-orders for their newest creation, the Left 4 Dead Tank will go live, and although the image above is a blurry tease, it does look pretty cool and very detailed.

Be warned though, if the Heavy from TF2 is anything to go by, you could be looking at almost $250 to own one of these little big guys.

Play.com have revealed that gamers who pre-order from them can zombify themselves and star on the cover of upcoming Capcom game Dead Rising 2.

Pre-order Dead Rising 2 from Play.com and receive a code to gain access to the exclusive ‘Zombify Yourself’ cover offer. Upload your own picture to MyDeadRising2.com (coming soon), morph yourself into a zombie and then add yourself to the official Dead Rising 2 game cover! You will then be sent your customized cover in exactly the same size and quality as the standard game inlay. Codes will be emailed the week of release.

Not sure what this will do to your trade in value, but in ZC Barry’s case it’s likely to devalue it significantly.

While it was never ‘officially’ Michael Jackson, everybody knew that the red jump-suited zombie was a homage to the late King of Pop’s Thriller and watching him dance in Plants Vs. Zombies has delighted fans everywhere.

It seems that not everybody agreed though and after objections from Michael Jackson’s Estate PopCap have had to remove him and replace him with a Saturday Night Fever zombie.

A PopCap spokesman said:

After receiving this objection, PopCap made a business decision to retire the original ‘dancing zombie’ and replace it with a different ‘dancing zombie’ character for future builds of Plants vs. Zombies on all platforms. The phase-out and replacement process is under way.

Poor Wentworth Miller, it seems as if he just doesn’t have the same draw as Milla Jovovich in Deutschland and is relegated to a small reflection in a shard of glass on the German Resident Evil poster.

The theme park ride turned cinematic cash cow, Pirates of the Caribbean, have somehow managed to greenlight a fourth film due out May 20th 2011.

This new Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides does have the promise of zombies though, from none other than Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow.

Despite the last outing being particularly boring, Captain Jack vs zombies is a film that we can get behind.

The creators Firebongo have now put Horace as well as these Zombees up for sale, so now you can have your very own!

Fork paper shooting targets are individually designed from the ground up. All our target designs start with a rough character concept and basic outlines and compositions for the targets are done on the computer. The guide lines are then printed out and transfered to 18×24 drawing paper where the targets character image is hand drawn and rendered with charcoal. Once the targets charcoal drawing is complete, it is photographed and downloaded into professional digital imaging and graphic design software where finishing touches are added along with “Bulls-Eye” style circle guides for a focal point on the target and also to measure accuracy. Every shooting target has a record keeping area for the shooter to record basic information of the shots fired, type of gun used, ammunition, etc.

Undead in the Head are looking for authors and artists to contribute to a Christmas themed zombie anthology later in the year, with all proceeds going to Hugs Foster Family Agency

I am seeking Christmas/holiday themed short-stories ranging from 3000-10,000 words. The stories should have strong holiday themes and must contain zombies. Other then that it is all up to you. Be as gruesome as you’d like but keep in mind, the big kids at Hugs Foster might find a copy of this anthology in their stockings. Original stories only, please no reprints. Multiple submissions are fine up to three stories.

This anthology is for charity. There will be no payments and no contributor copies. This project for exposure only, and to help the foster kids at Hugs Foster Family Agency have a joyful holiday season this year.
