The school supernatural fantasy centers around Harutora, a boy from a branch of the Tsuchimikado family of onmyōdō occult practitioners. However, he lacks the ability to see spirit energy, so he is now just an ordinary high school student. Natsume, a girl who was Harutora’s childhood friend and the next head of the Tsuchimikado family, reunites with Harutora and changes his future.

The “symphonic school battle action” story follows a boy puppeteer named Raishin Akabane he travels from Japan with his female automaton Yaya to study at the highest institution for “Machinart” (the craft of making automatons). A combat tournament at this Walpurgis Royal Academy in England determines the top puppeteer or “Maō.”

The anime will premiere in Japan this autumn.

Plot Summary

Bookworm Shizuku Mizutani has few interests besides her grade and future career. Requested by her teacher, Mizutani brought handouts to Haru Yoshida, a boy who should have been seated next to her but was suspended due to injuring another student in a fight on the first day of school. Because of the favor, Yoshida now considers Mizutani a friend, and she also learns that Yoshida is in fact a very nice, gentle guy.

She is bribed by her teacher to deliver homework handouts to Haru Yoshida, a boy who should have been seated next to her but was suspended due to injuring another student in a fight on the first day of school. Because of the favor, Yoshida now considers Mizutani a friend, and she also learns that Yoshida is in fact a very nice, gentle guy has no social skills and who is prone to violence at the drop of a hat. Mizutani has to decide if she will let Yoshida into her life to be friends, or perhaps more than friends.

1. Production and broadcast of a brand-new anime-only spinoff episode has been green-lit. The spinoff episode will air the week after the 12th episode of the main series airs.
2. Production on a separate new original video anime has also been green-lit. This video anime will be bundled in the limited edition of the tentatively titled Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. PlayStation Vita game this summer from 5pb.

Watari himself is writing the scripts for the anime spinoff episode and the original video anime bundled with the game. Both will depict stories that were not in the original light novel series. This will mark Watari’s anime screenwriting debut.

Watari’s romantic comedy revolves around an antisocial high school student named Hachiman Hikigaya with a distorted view on life and no friends or girlfriend. When he see his classmates talking excitedly about living their adolescent lives, he mutters, “They’re a bunch of liars.” When he is asked about his future dreams, he responds, “Not working.” A teacher gets Hachiman to join the volunteer “service club,” which happens to have the school’s prettiest girl, Yukino Yukinoshita.

Plot Summary

In 2019, Kaito Yashio and Akiho Senomiya are the sole members of the Robotics Club at Central Tanegashima High School in Kyushu, Japan.
