Porsche makes a new hybrid, called 918 spyder. For $845,000 you get a v-8 500hp mounted with two electric motors. It will offer 16 miles of purely electric range when charged for about seven hours on a standard 110 outlet.Will deliver about 78 mpg and will from 0-60 mph in about 3.1 seconds. Rumored to be coming out in 2013.

Ever since the Evo IX came out I've been a fan, even like it better then the newest one. This car is extremely fast, talking from experience, handles well, but feels like you are in a aluminum can. But hey, for the price you can buy it, I would rather get it then a Lambo that will lose to it in a race, considering your paying $100k plus for a Lambo. This car for sure is a win in its class.

2011 Toyota Diesel Dually Coming Soon to USA

Edmunds.com has announced that the 2010 model Tundra will feature a 4.5L diesel engine as an option. Provided some rough fuel economy and performance numbers.

Estimated hp: 300 @ 3500 RPM
Estimated torque: 500 lb-ft @ 1600 RPM
Estimated MPG: 22 MPG (both city and highway)

Edmunds.com also announced that the HD Tundra will debut in 2011 or 2012, and that it will feature a 7.0L diesel. We were unable to confirm this. Frankly, it seems a little optimistic considering the current market. Still, it's intriguing information.
