Yağ ve&amp;nbsp;sütü ekleyip çırpmaya devam edin. Un, kabartma tozu ve vanilyayı ekleyin. Karışımı ikiye ayırın. Birine, 2 yemek kaşığı kakaoyu koyun. Yuvarlak tepsiyi yağlayın. Tam ortasına bir kepçe kakaolu karışımdan koyun, onun&amp;nbsp;tam ortasına sade karışımdan bir kepçe dökün. Bitene kadar bu şekilde devam edin.&amp;nbsp;Kürdanla ortadan yanlara doğru çok bastırmadan&amp;nbsp;çizgi çekin. Ben ilk denemem olduğu için fazla bastırmışım. O yüzden kek pişerken çatladı. Yağlanmış kek kalıbına boşaltıp önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında pişirin. Görüntüsü&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;de tadı da güzel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ayrıca süt yerine ılık su da koyabilirsiniz. Yarı süt yarı yoğurt da kullanabilirsiniz. &lt;br /&gt;

Unu ve kabartma tozunu ekleyip yoğurun. Kulak memesi kıvamına gelen hamuru un serpip (yarım cm. inceliğinde) merdaneyle açın. Bardakla veya kurabiye kalıplarıyla kesin. Bol kızgın yağda iki tarafını da iyice kızartın. Peynirle beraber çok güzel oluyor. Soğanı da robottan geçirin(veya ince doğrayın)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayrı bir kabın içerisinde 2 yumurtayı çırpın. Yoğurt ve sıvı yağ ilave edip biraz karıştırdıktan sonra tuz,  kırmızı toz biber, karabiber, pulbibiber, ince kıyılmış maydonoz ve dereotunu da ekleyin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patates ve soğanları da ekleyin. En son 150 gr unu ve kabartma tozunu da koyup hepsini iyice karıştırın ve yağlanmış küçük bir tepsiye (veya 30 cm.lik borcama) dökün. 180 derecede kızarana kadar pişirin. Ben çok seviyorum bunu. Kim yediyse de beğendi şimdiye kadar. Sebzeler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirin. &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Önce yumurtanın akıyla sarısını ayırın. Sonra sütü bir cezveyle ocağa koyup, sıcağa yakın duruma getirin. Mayayı hamur yapacağınız kaba koyup, üzerine 1&amp;nbsp;tatlı kaşığı toz şekeri dökün. Sütü ekleyin, kaşıkla mayayı iyice ezin. Sonra&amp;nbsp; sıvıyağı, yumurta akını ve tuzu da ekleyin. Aldığı kadar unla yumuşak bir hamur yapın. Kabarmasını bekleyin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Hamurdan limon büyüklüğünde parçalar koparıp, merdaneyle incecik, tabak gibi açın. Önce sıvıyağdan sürün, sonra&amp;nbsp;suyla incelttiğiniz haşhaş ezmesinden ve dövülmüş cevizden koyup gül böreği şeklinde sarın. üzerine yumurta sarısı sürün.Yağlanmış tepsiye sıkışık bir şekilde dizin. Ben bir dahaki sefere kelepçeli kalıba koyacağım. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Yoğurt karışımının yarısını etimeklerin üzerine yayın. Diğer 8 etimeği de sütle ıslatıp, dizin. Kalan yoğurdu da üzerine dökün. Üzerine turşu, maydonoz, rendelenmiş yumurta..vs gibi malzemelerle süsleyin.
