Customers can sample several styles of gin through a variety of featured gin tasting flights and classic cocktails. The seven gins featured will range from Genever (the malt-based granddaddy of dry gin) and traditional London Dry styles of gin to what some distillers are calling �??New Western Dry,�?? or aromatic gin styles. The gins include:

• North Shore Distillery Gin Tasting Flight: three 3/4 oz. tasting samples of the No. 6 gin, No. 11 gin and the limited release Alphonso Mango No. 11 gin.
• Gin & Tonic Tasting Flight: Sample the range of gin flavors from three tasting cocktails: Zuidam Genever, Hendrick's Gin and Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength London Dry Gin combined with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water.
• Genever Martini, featuring Zuidam Genever
• Classic Martini, featuring Broker's London Dry Gin
• Negroni Cocktail, featuring Broker's London Dry Gin
• Attention Cocktail, featuring Broker's London Dry Gin and Creme de Violette

Chef Marianne Sundquist will also be putting together some food parings for the North Shore and Gin & Tonic tasting flights.

Admission is $5 before 6pm and $10 after 6:00 with a portion of the proceeds going to local charities. 21+.

Items they're looking for include: pens, pencils, folders, wide ruled notebook paper, Ti calculators, supply boxes, highlighters, erasers, spiral notebooks, markers, colored pencils, crayons, assignment notebooks, Kleenex, glue sticks and scissors. If you're not able to swing by the Jewel you can also drop off supplies at 5535 N. Broadway (Representative Osterman's office)

Or you could always just stop by for a coffee, you don't really need a special occasion to go to The Coffee Studio.

Joel Hall is already looking to move. Community Auto Parts, which owned the building, put it up for sale so they could look for a larger location so they'll be vacating as well.
