Working with marketing team at Remington's IQ, we were able to create a whole new idea: ‘The Pop Out’. Floor to ceiling Virtual Renderings by Aareas integrated with real life elements. As you can see, we were able to push the virtual space one step further at Remington's IQ sales centre.

Another Sucessful International Builders Show!

Now that the dust has settled, we would like to thank everyone who came by our booth and made IBS 2011 a huge success. We met a lot of great people and were able to educate many builders and developers on the importance of technology consulting, and the direction real estate markets are headed.

One of the themes I noticed at the show was a positive and strong attitude towards 2011-2012 growth. The recession is over and the new home markets are recovering slowly but surely! Many builders were keen on implementing new marketing tools to help in leading the US out of the economic downturn. They saw the great value in our iPad apps, kiosks, and integrated websites. It's great to see that more and more builders are seeing the value in renderings vs. model homes. As the technology improves and they become more life like and immersive we think the trend towards the death of the costly model home will continue. In times with tight financing, it costs a lot less to render 2, 3, or even 4 floor plans than build, furnish and maintain a model unit.

So again, thank you all! We look forward to seeing you at PCBC in June, and Again in Orlando at IBS 2012 next winter.
