Hello Beautiful Ladies! Just a few words on how Vicki’s Flash Pops got started.

The idea for Vicki’s Flash Pops came from my own first frustrating " hot flash"  moment!

I was watching TV one evening with my family and I suddenly got up and asked if it was HOT. I was burning up. I was very disappointed when they said they were fine. As a matter of fact it was "quite pleasant".

I shrugged my shoulders went to the freezer to grab a Popsicle and thought WOW my mother wasn’t exaggerating. I thought she was just trying to make us (kids) miserable. Reality was striking a blow.

Anyway, the popsicles helped so much that they became a weekly addition to our grocery list. Finally after the 5th or 6th week I realized these must not be too good for me. They have artificial sugar, artificial flavorings, and artificial colors. Nothing was real or good about them. Through my research I realized all the health food I had been adverse to was exactly what I needed to help me with the changes going on in my body. A healthy lifestyle combined with proper food and exercise was recommended the most.

I went to my favorite health food and specialty stores. I was certain that I would find something for my situation. A healthy yet tasty treat that would ease my hot flashes. (The Hot Flashes I thought I was immune from.) Again I was disappointed.

Thus, I decided to do it myself. Great idea, but how was I going to do it? I continued with my research focusing on what helped women naturally with "Hot Flashes" A mixture of Black Cohosh and Vitex (chaste berry) was my favorite formula and was perfect for what I wanted it for.

To counteract the bitter taste of the menopause formula, I added Stevia. Stevia is a natural sweetener that is 300x’s sweater than sugar. Through much trial and error I developed a tasty ice pop, that is also healthy and helps ease the symptoms of hot flashes.

Our Vision is for all women to have the opportunity to taste this refreshing product and experience immediate and long-term relief from hot flash occurrences.
