This tasty and easy BBQ sauce will be great with any kind of meat. For extra flavour, let the meat marinate overnight.

1 c. of ketchup

1/2 c. of honey

1/4 c. soya sauce

4 cloves of garlic

Mix well all ingredients together.

These fish fillets in creole sauce is a terrific idea for a weeknight dinner. Within 30 minutes you have yourself a nutritious and tasty meal. Serve it up with a nice rice pilaf and/or grilled veggies.

1 medium onion, chopped

1/2 c. chopped celery

1 tbsp butter

1 8oz can tomato sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp curry powder

Dash of pepper

1 c. chopped green pepper

2 lb frozen fish fillets

In a large skillet, sauté onion and celery in the butter over medium-high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the fish. While mixture simmers, cut fish blocks into thirds (6 pieces). Put fish side by side in the skillet; do not pile them on top of each other. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

The ingredients for Gusty Greek Pasta really come together in this simple, yet amazingly delicious pasta recipe. Make sure you use fresh mint and olives in order to avoid a bland and boring dish. Serves 2 to 3.

1/4 c. olive oil

4 large garlic cloves, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

3/4 lb ripe cherry tomatoes, quartered

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1/2 c. Kalamata olives, unpitted

1/2 lb spaghetti

1 c. crumbled feta cheese

1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving

1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves

2 large green onions (green part only), chopped

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for a minute or until tender. Add oregano, tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, or just until tomatoes are heated through. Add olives and keep warm. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and add to skillet. Add feta and Parmesan cheese, mint and green onion. Toss until well combined. Sprinkle each servings with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Can I make a living as a freelance writer online?
Yes you can, however do not quit your day job unless you have a well built put together portfolio. As well as making sure you have a valuable reputation, along with consistent freelance writing jobs. Post some examples of your work. However do not re-write articles that you have already done for someone and have been paid. Your clients would not appreciate it. It is not good for business because it would be considered copyscat writing. You can leave links to articles that you have written. Make your portfolio on a white background with easy to read font. Don’t try to get fancy with italic fonts and stuff. This will drive potential clients away. You can also write examples of your article writing on sites such as Squidoo.

There are many places to be found online. Simply search Google or your search engine of your choice. There are many great website that you can choose from. However I like freelancer.com because it is very easy to navigate. There are more options than just writing article offers. There are offers available to write children’s books. You have to visit a freelance website to view what is available and suitable for you.
