I have decided to keep an online journal here as part of the 45 day Boundless Living Challenge and record things I am grateful for as well as developing my gratitude muscle
I will add to it daily and my plan is too add at least five things a day
So check in to see if I am being true to me- one of my biggest challenges is staying on track and developing my motivational muscle

Today is Day 58 of blogging each day.

I have been building the What am I Grateful For Today site I first wrote about back on June 9th. That was the first post in Connie Ragen Green’s 30 day Power Blogging Challenge . I have upped my posting here, but doubt that I will make the 30 posts in 30 days by July 7th. I have done 15 so far. I wil now switch my entry to What Am I Grateful for that has a blog post for every day since I started.

Sometime I just get in the writing groove, this is blog post number 4 today

Sunrise on Channel 7 here in Australian recently announced they were going to have a homecook heroes contest. The viewers would get to choose each week from the 3 dishes the Sunrise crew selected from the entries for that week.

I have always wanted to be on Sunrise and I love cooking and this was an ideal challenge. So, last week I made my Simple Scrumptious Spinach Slice. ( well really it is a pie, just no pastry, great for the waistline conscious). So I cooked my signature spinach dish, took the photos and last Friday sent them off.

Imagine my surprise when about 8.50 this morning Des turned the sound up on the TV and said: ” look its recipe time, isn’t this what you were going to enter? The next thing I saw was this picture of me and my dish: Happy Dance time

Home Cook Hero

Next thing I got a call from Jess at Sunrise asking me if I knew my recipe had been chosen.  Then she wanted to know if I could be in Sydney next Tuesday/Wednesday. I didn’t hestitate yes I said. When my recipe is chosen,they will fly me down to Sydney and put my up for the night in a hotel. Cool!

There is only one catch, I have to win the vote!

That’s where you my wonderful readers come in.

I need you all to go and vote so I get be on Sunrise next Wednesday. Also when I get to start my cooking/recipe blog and write that recipe book I know I will do one day soon. I will be able to say AS Seen On National TV icon smile Help Me Get On National TV!

Angel Therapy for Abundance is a podcast I bought recently from Doreen Virtue:

This morning I used this as my meditation before I got up. I then did a card reading from the Archangel Oracle Deck and this was the first card I turned over- looks like the Law of Attraction is listening and matching my desires.  Ariel was one of the archangels Dorren called upon in the podcast, Archangel Chameul was the other one.
