Referencing the over fifty steps to complete each frame, the acetate’s exposed CNC finish showcases the chamfered planes and exposed cut lines that have been left unfinished, adding an architectural design element to each and every frame.

Consisting of four silhouettes, the collection includes styles like the Randell (above), which takes its inspiration from early 1960s silhouettes and features an imposing brow line and subtle lens chamfering. Another highlight is the Clayton, an aviator-style shape that brings it back to the sport and utility frames of the 1970s with its cut-out bridge and softened lower rim.

The Raw Edge collection is now available in both sun and optical options.

The James Brand just released a new version of their popular Elko model and if you ask us, it’s the perfect pocket knife for everyone. Just like the orginal, the second-generation version is compact but also completely overhauled with features like machined aluminum handles and a compact stainless steel blade.

For Beams’ 50th anniversary, the celebrated Japanese retailer has teamed up with Timberland on a special edition of the Original Yellow Boot. Reimagined with a custom last, this version of the boot loses the signature laces for a slip-on version that also gets a handful of technical upgrades.

That familiar 6-inch silhouette adds a refined touch with an adjustable buckle closure with a faceted pattern that references the original’s hexagonal eyelets. There’s also a GORE-TEX membrane hidden within for an added layer of waterproof protection against the elements. Not only that, the boot also has Primaloft insulation to keep your feet warm on those colder days.

The boots will be available on April 10th at Timberland’s online store, Timberland SoHo, Beams America, and select retail partners.

Ressence has unveiled one of its most important models to date with the release of the Type 11. The Type 11 marks the debut of the Ressence Werk RW-01, the company’s first in-house movement. In previous designs, an off-the-shelf movement was used alongside their ROCS module but now the design is unified, allowing for more efficiency and a double-barrel system that delivers a 60-hour power reserve.

The movement can be wound both automatically and manually through the case back’s integrated lever, which no longer has a winding zone so you can wind it freely without restriction. The most interesting feature is the patented power reserve indication at 12 o’clock that uses ceramic micro balls to display the movement’s current charge capacity.

Available in Latte, Pine (above), and Sky, the watch features a pebble-shaped 41mm case in grade 5 titanium and can be had on your choice of a leather, rubber, hybrid, or titanium Milanese strap.

The Type 11 will be available this May.

Kiwame Tokyo has unveiled its latest watch, Mune, a new model that brings together its signature field watch aesthetic with the architectural elements of traditional Japanese design. “Mune,” which references the ridge of a roof in Japanese architecture, is represented at the 12 o’clock position with an applied indice that is accompanied by a set of Breguet-style numerals.

Available with an Usuki (left) or Kurotsuki dial, the watch features a 38mm case that measures in at 9.5mm thick. The bezel and case sides are finely brushed while the bezel edge and front of the case are polished with a mirror finish. Inside the watch is a Miyota 9039, an automatic movement with a 42-hour power reserve.

Pre-orders for the Mune open on April 15th and each watch is limited to 150 pieces.

Credor has revealed its novelties for 2026, showcasing the high level of craftsmanship the brand is known for. First up is the Goldfeather Urushi Lacquer Dial Limited Edition (GBBY967 – $47,000) with its deep blue finish that is achieved through taka maki-e, a raised-lacquer technique.

For this watch, platinum powder was used instead of gold or silver and requires both a sea bream-tooth polishing tool and metal spatulas to create the final effect. This dial is fitted to a platnium case that’s just 8.1mm thick and an equally thin Caliber 6890 manually-wound movement brings a power reserve of 37 hours.

Blending traditional Western and Japanese engraving techniques, the Goldfeather Tourbillon Engraved Limited Edition (GBCF997 – $215,000) uses tools that are custom-fit to the hands of each artisan. This helps to increase precision while reducing any chances of damaging the ultra-delicate movement.

The dial is finished with a radial grinding technique to create its satin texture and the Roman numerals are created using ultra-fine linear engravings. The minute track uses nanako, a traditional Japanese dot-engraving technique, a method that is also used on the movement side, along with an arashi dot pattern.

Powering the watch is the manually-wound Caliber 6850, a compact tourbillon movement that is just 3.98mm thick and has a 60-hour power reserve. This comes housed in a 38.6mm Platinum 950 case and measures in at 8.6mm thick.

The Gerald Genta-designed Locomotive (GCCR995 – $13,200) returns this year with a new “Dawn Blue” dial with a geometric hexagon pattern to match the shape of its 38.8mm case. Take a closer look at the hexagons and you’ll see an alternating stripe pattern that shimmers when light is reflected off its surface.

The case and bracelet are constructed from a high-intensity alloy that’s 30% lighter and much more scratch-resistant than stainless steel and inside the watch is Credor’s Caliber CR01, an exclusive automatic movement with a power reserve of 45 hours.

The GBBY967 and GCCR995 will be available this June and the GBCCF997 will be available in August.
