Unique Different FB, IG Marketing I'm a Realtor I Create Custom Pieces

I've created a unique way to showcase your communities while marketing your business and yourself.Here is an example, Gary is a Realtor in Long Beach that I have done a few pieces for. He took this picture on his cell phone while out working his farm area in Long Beach, CA then sent the photo to me. I edited the photo, added his logo and his companies brokerage logo. He chose to use this photo for his Facebook business page placing an ad utilizing the marketing piece below for 7 days. It was a completely different non obtrusive way for Gary to share unique historical facts about his farm area. This gave Gary the wow factor he was looking for, he was excited to send me a screen shot to show how powerful and successful this custom marketing piece was for him. When He ran his Facebook ad for 7 days, he gained 115 followers, it reached 12,022 people, with 406 likes and 50 shares! You do not have to have a business page to achieve this success you can place it on your personal page and run an ad too! I can use an exiting photo to do creative marketing like this piece above I designed for a lawyers Instagram and Facebook accounts. I created from scratch a resume piece that I have used for all of my social media posts as well as text messages. Besides handing out business cards I collect phone numbers then text my resume piece simply saying "it was a pleasure meeting you today". At a recent Women's Council of Realtors conference I adapted this by including the words let's connect on Facebook and the referral fee I was offering for future reference.
