Before going on about the US government’s decision to give disclosure, first, let’s give the subject about extraterrestrial presence some due context. 

People have many worries in their lives, such as how they will survive economy crashes, energy shortages, how to pay off credit card loans with 30% interest charges, wondering what will happen if their jobs get taken over for instance by AI white-collar robots as this could be many. And what about those energy sapping AI data centers…?

These are the individuals that have told you that vaccines are “safe and effective,” the economy is “under control,” that “voting is going to make difference for we the people,” have overseen the building of bunkers strictly for themselves. Who have fomented illegal, immoral, unconstitutional genocidal wars, like the Iran war costing taxpayers a billion dollars a day… -Indeed, the list goes on.  

These very individuals who, without presidential or congressional oversight, have lied to us through their teeth for over 70 years, while preventing official enquiries to keep us in the dark regarding extraterrestrial presence. 

The very individuals who have suppressed technologies that would have changed the world had they been made available to us. 

For example, there have been claims that free energy technology has been hidden away from us. If this was just speculative nonsense, why do you think that so many scientists have been killed for revealing their knowledge of it? 

-How can they ever be trusted??

However, the release of the Steven Spielberg movie “Disclosure Day” may serve as an indicator of the US government’s real intentions to let us know about the extraterrestrial presence here on Earth.

Soft disclosure

As with the UFO/UAP documents we already had trickled down to us, will we only be given a soft disclosure? One that deliberately leaves out the most truth-revealing critical facts? According to independent journalist researcher Timothy Alberino this could well be the case. 

Will limited disclosure about extraterrestrial presence be chosen to protect and cover-up the fact that an independent group operating in utmost secrecy, having no presidential or congressional oversight, be maintained?

This is the group that is working covertly with private aerospace contractors. The same aerospace contractors producing human built UFO’s, funded by black budget funded operations for many years. They have also produced and supplied highly advanced rocket, jet and surveillance systems technologies for the US military industrial complex… 

It has been said that they have overlorded dark psychological operations; faked alien UFO/UAP presence, staged animal mutilations, sanctioned targeted killings such as those on whistleblowers, all under the guise of claiming extraterrestrials did it.   

Then there’s their involvement in D.U.M.Bs (Deep Underground Military Bases)… The group operates on a  security level that not even the US president is privy to. -The president is only informed on a need-to-know basis.

In other words, the limited disclosure option will serve to protect private corporations who have been running illegal projects for some 70 years, while freeing other entities from accountability, including government involvement. 

Isn’t this the group running the shadow government?

Besides leaving out critical facts, how much of it will be deliberately buried in disinformation? After all, not just with extraterrestrial presence, aren’t people sick and tired of the layers upon layers of lies with so many others subjects?

Having said that, the Trump administration may find it hard to dig down deep enough into the subject of disclosure and extraterrestrial presence, needing astute expertise that will be able to separate truth from disinformation.

At the same time Trump’s administration won’t want to “shoot themselves in the foot”.  Their disclosure could seriously damage the group’s confidence in the Trump administration. A group that feeds the government with so much revenue…

Stark warning

Dr. Steven Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, has issued a stark warning. He claims that if the disclosure is not carried out in a responsible manner, then it could open up doors that will have catastrophic consequences.

If disclosure is used to manufacture an “alien threat,” with all its pseudo-justification, faked staging, then this could give rise to world-war. It could mean that the globalists could use it as the last calling card for total control.

Summary 

Many of us in the know are already aware of the truth in relation to extraterrestrial presence. Over the years we have had to put up with so much invalidation and ridicule. 

In spite of him talking about so many things that have turned out to be true, consider all the unjust ridicule David Icke has received over the years, even though he was proven to be right. As Einstein said “Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance.”

Many are working towards ensuring that the misinformation is separated from the truth through correction. The missing truth has to be carefully filled in.  

Sure, for the authorities involved it’s not going to be an easy task. That’s why disclosure has taken so long.

Have You Heard of the CLARITY Act?

If you missed it, you’re one among many. Reporting on the subject has been slim. No one wants to talk about it. Certainly, we don’t. But we will. Because it’s important.

We’re referring to the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, or the CLARITY Act for short, which recently advanced out of the Senate Banking Committee via a 15 to 9 vote. The bill has already passed the House of Representatives and is getting queued up for a Senate vote.

Currently, Senate committee staff are merging the CLARITY Act framework with the companion Digital Commodity Intermediaries Act. The combined bill requires a full Senate floor vote and must survive conference reconciliation before heading to the President’s desk.

Congress has about two months of session time left before the August recess to get the bill to President Trump’s desk for signature. After August, very little gets done through the midterm elections in November. With a little luck, the Act will stall out.

One of the points of contention leading up to the Senate Banking Committee vote had to do with the stablecoin yield provisions. What you need to know, as you’re herded into stablecoins, is that you, as a stablecoin holder will receive no interest from the underlying Treasuries the stablecoins are backed by.

The interest, as stated in the GENIUS Act, goes to stablecoin issuers. You, as a holder of stablecoins, get absolutely diddly-squat. This is the new money regime that’s being put in place. If successful, you’ll have to live with it. Your kids will too.

We are currently 55 years into America’s grand experiment with pure fiat money. If you recall, this cycle that kicked off in 1971 when President Nixon slammed the Bretton Woods gold window shut.

Today, U.S. government finances are buckling under the weight of unprecedented debt. But instead of letting the system face its inevitable economic reckoning, central planners are working overtime to pull off another historic monetary switcheroo.

Genesis

Nixon’s action in 1971 wasn’t the first time the terms and conditions of the dollar were changed. Other instances include the issuance of Greenbacks during the Civil War or FDR’s gold confiscation in 1933.

Once again, the state is radically re-engineering the form and feel of the U.S. dollar. The goal is to mask an outright sovereign debt crisis by forcing the global economy onto a digitally native, stablecoin-anchored dollar.

This isn’t some far-fetched proposal for the distant future. In fact, the legal trap doors are already shutting. It began with the GENIUS Act in 2025, and now, the forthcoming CLARITY Act is arriving to finish the job.

Will it work? Your guess is as good as ours. But if you’re trying to build and preserve wealth, you cannot afford to ignore this.

The architecture of this new financial order was codified when the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins (GENIUS) Act was signed into law on July 18, 2025.

For the uninitiated, stablecoins are cryptocurrencies pegged to a steady asset, usually the U.S. dollar. Their primary purpose had been for parking funds or moving liquidity across digital assets. For example, if you were speculating on the price of bitcoin and thought it was due for a price correction, you would sell bitcoin and hold stablecoins with the hope of buying back bitcoin at a lower price in the future.

The GENIUS Act changed the game by legally mandating that any Permitted Payment Stablecoin Issuer (PPSI) must back their tokens 100 percent, one-for-one, with high-quality, liquid assets – specifically cash and short-term U.S. Treasuries.

This framework ties the burgeoning global digital asset economy directly to Uncle Sam’s liabilities. Every single time an issuer mints a digital dollar, they are legally compelled to buy a piece of U.S. debt. As global trade, tokenized assets, and instant 24/7 settlements scale up, the structural demand for these regulated stablecoins will become massive.

If successful in its intent, this would translate to a virtually bottomless, non-taxpayer-funded credit pool for the U.S. Treasury. It would also artificially preserve the dollar’s status as the world reserve currency while keeping the government’s deficit machine running at full tilt. In other words, the mega U.S. government debt bubble could blow out orders of magnitude greater from its already lofty level.

Make no mistake, this is the birth of the new digital dollar. It is not a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) issued directly by the Federal Reserve. Instead, the government outsourced the infrastructure to private-sector issuers. Over time, legacy paper cash will be systematically relegated to a niche, ceremonial relic.

Closing the Loophole

While the GENIUS Act established the foundational plumbing for stablecoins, it left open a major capital battlefield. Enter the CLARITY Act, which serves as the second half of this legislative dollar switcheroo.

Its primary purpose is to draw definitive lines between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), build a maturity framework for decentralized networks (from early, centralized stage to true decentralization), and fully optimize the flow of capital running through the stablecoins. The most critical, heavily lobbied aspect of the CLARITY Act centered on Section 404: the strict prohibition of interest and passive rewards on stablecoin holdings.

The GENIUS Act explicitly banned stablecoin issuers (like Circle) from paying interest or yield directly to token holders. However, a major regulatory loophole quickly emerged. Massive crypto exchanges and brokerages set up business-to-business revenue-sharing deals with issuers. The exchange would take a cut of the Treasury yields generated by the reserves and pass them down to retail users as a marketing incentive – calling them holding rewards or passive yields. Users could park their stablecoins on an exchange and passively collect a 4 to 5 percent yield without taking on active trading risks.

The CLARITY Act’s Section 404 closes this yield sharing loophole. It outlaws any third-party program that offers consideration or rewards that are “economically or functionally equivalent” to interest on a bank deposit just for holding the token.

If passive rewards are banned, the multi-billion-dollar question is: Who gets to keep the interest generated by those trillions of dollars in Treasury reserves?

The answer tells you everything you need to know about who this legislation was truly written to protect. Namely, stablecoin issuers and traditional commercial banks.

When you exchange your hard-earned cash for a compliant digital dollar like USDC, you hand over your capital for free. The issuer takes your fiat, buys yield-bearing U.S. Treasuries, and pockets the interest as pure corporate profit. Under the GNEIUS Act and further reinforced by the CLARITY Act, you don’t get a cut of the action.

This is the core of the legislative design. During the drafting of these bills, traditional banking lobbies, like the American Bankers Association, were on edge. Commercial banks historically pay rock-bottom interest rates on traditional checking accounts. If everyday citizens could seamlessly shift their cash deposits out of traditional banks and into digital stablecoins to passively clip a 5 percent yield, it would trigger a catastrophic flight of capital.

By legally banning passive rewards, the CLARITY Act eliminates the economic incentive for the masses to drain their traditional bank accounts. It ensures stablecoins behave exactly like physical cash in a wallet. This artificial restriction protects the lifeblood of commercial banks, ensuring they retain the cheap deposit capital necessary to fuel their fractional-reserve lending practices, mortgages, and consumer loans.

Death of Financial Privacy

The transition to this tokenized regime is being actively fast-tracked under the guise of national security. On April 8, 2026, the U.S. Treasury, alongside the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), issued a joint proposed rule to formally integrate stablecoins into the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

At the time, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent framed this as a way to “protect the financial system from national security threats.” In the realm of central planning, integration is merely a polite code word for total, unmitigated surveillance.

By legally defining stablecoin issuers as financial institutions under the BSA, the government has transformed every compliant digital dollar into a binding tracking device. Issuers are now required to enforce Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols on every single wallet holder. They must file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) on atypical peer-to-peer transfers and maintain direct, real-time data feeds straight to federal regulators.

Furthermore, a trap has been laid at the state level. Over 15 states, led by Florida’s SB 314, have set up tiered oversight models. If an issuer stays under $10 billion in circulation, they operate under relaxed state rules. But the moment they scale past that threshold, they are automatically handed over to the federal Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The states lure the capital in with a hands-off approach, and the federal government shuts the corral gate once the herd is inside.

When money shifts from paper ledgers into blockchain-native tokens governed by smart contracts, it ceases to be a passive asset. It becomes programmable software. While the elite market this as the pinnacle of financial efficiency – enabling instant, cross-border payments and 24/7 trading – it hands extreme control to centralized authorities. Because these tokens operate on code, rules, conditions, and restrictions can be attached directly to the money in your pocket.

As assets are tokenized, and fall under the surveillance of the Bank Secrecy Act and the GENIUS / CLARITY framework, personal autonomy disappears. For example, central planners could program your digital dollars to expire or lose value if they aren’t spent within 30 days, forcing artificial velocity into a failing economy.

So, too, your digital wallet could be directly integrated with your carbon footprint or health metrics. Should you exceed your monthly carbon allowance, the smart contract will automatically reject your transaction at the gas pump.

Your digital tokens could also be programmed to only function within a 15-minute radius of your registered residence, effectively controlling your ability to move about freely. And should you express dissent online or refuse a mandated vaccine, a single line of code updated on a centralized ledger could instantly freeze your entire net worth or restrict your purchases exclusively to essential items.

Automated Tyranny

In the legacy financial world, freezing someone out required manual coordination across fragmented banking networks. In the GENIUS and CLARITY Act era, tyranny is entirely automated.

To be clear, this legislative framework is no longer a fringe theory or a future proposal. It is rapidly becoming the law of the land.

But getting the legislation in place is just the beginning. There also needs to be a way to force a wary public into adoption. Thus, a trigger will be needed.

This will likely be in the form of a shock event such as a banking crisis, a severe economic recession, or a geopolitical event, which will compel full stablecoin implementation. Perhaps the forthcoming energy shock and food crisis prompted by the Strait of Hormuz closure will do the trick. The transition to tokenized bank accounts will be heavily marketed as a necessary upgrade for your safety, speed, and convenience.

We don’t like it. But we can’t deny it. The era of anonymous fiat money is drawing to a close.

According to that survey, 99 percent of corporate executives are planning AI-related job cuts within the next 2 years…

A new study from consulting firm Mercer finds that virtually every employer is planning to cut jobs due to the technology (2). The 2026 Global Talent Trends report spoke with 825 C-suite leaders, along with 1,650 HR leaders, and a jaw-dropping 99% of the executives surveyed said they expect AI to lead to at least some headcount reduction in the next two years.

Nearly as many (98%) said they are also planning organization design changes in that same time period.

Meanwhile, just 32% of the CEOs surveyed said they believed the workforce can combine both human and machine worker capabilities in an optimal manner, despite just under two-thirds saying they felt that redesigning work to incorporate automation will drive the greatest return on investment.

If your job does not require much thinking or creativity, your job is potentially in danger.

Just look at what is happening at Meta. 1,400 highly paid workers in Washington state are about to get the axe…

Meta’s artificial intelligence overhaul is now hitting one of the country’s largest tech corridors, with the Facebook parent company preparing to cut nearly 1,400 workers across Washington state.

New filings submitted to Washington state officials show Meta will begin terminating employees in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and remote positions starting July 22 as the company restructures operations around AI initiatives.

The filings provide one of the clearest looks yet at how Meta’s broader workforce overhaul is affecting employees on the ground after the company announced plans last week to eliminate roughly 10% of its workforce while shifting thousands of workers into AI-focused roles.

Sadly, it isn’t just workers in Washington state that will be affected by the “artificial intelligence overhaul” that they have planned.

Bloomberg reports that the new round of layoffs affects roughly 8,000 roles globally, with engineering and product teams expected to be at the center of the cuts as CEO Mark Zuckerberg reduces labor in favor of GPUs.

In this environment, it doesn’t matter how hard you work or how much you have sacrificed for the company.

If those at the top think that they can make more money by squeezing you out, you will be gone.

The so-called K-shaped economy is now linked to “a remarkable increase in food insecurity,” according to a new blog post by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Large segments of the population are facing high levels of financial strain, according to a post published on Wednesday, based on data from the Survey of Consumer Expectations.

Among this group, lower- and middle-income households have been hardest hit by prolonged inflation. A greater share of their spending is allocated to goods that have seen prices soar since the pandemic, such as housing, food and utilities, causing them to cut back on groceries, the researchers found.

In this environment, tens of millions of Americans are skipping meals on a regular basis because they simply do not have enough money for groceries.

So if you always have plenty of food to eat, you should count your blessings.

In general, those over the age of 45 are doing fairly well.

But those that are age 45 or younger control just 11 percent of the nation’s wealth…

To paraphrase the late jazzman Mose Allison, young Americans ain’t got nothing in the world these days.

Americans ages 45 and under control only 11% of the nation’s wealth, according to household data from the Federal Reserve.

In other words, nine-tenths of America’s assets belong to the older half of America. People ages 45 and over make up about 42% of the nation’s population, and about 54% of the adults.

I was stunned when I saw those numbers.

There is a reason why Americans have never felt as bad about the U.S. economy as they do right now.

Mass layoffs are being conducted all over the country and the cost of virtually everything just keeps going up.

Thanks to the crisis in the Middle East, the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States has now reached $4.46…

Now, gasoline prices are also dragging down the lower prong of the K. The national average gasoline price reached $4.46 a gallon as of Wednesday, up about 40% from a year ago, according to AAA.

If the crisis in the Middle East is not resolved soon, things will get a lot worse.

And that is really bad news for people like 57-year-old Kris Massey that are barely scraping by each month…

Kris Massey stood at a jeweler’s counter last month, hoping to sell a couple of her grandmother’s gifted pieces to possibly cover some bills.

Even though Massey, a 57-year-old nurse practitioner, makes six figures a year, her financial situation has grown untenable. Years of fast-rising prices and a recent monthslong bout of unemployment had taken their toll.

Virginia’s Department of Health is recommending infants ages 6 to 11 months receive a MMR vaccine — earlier than the age recommended by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Doctors and other vaccine experts told The Defender that Virginia’s guidance is “reckless” and “not grounded in science.”

Virginia’s Department of Health is recommending infants ages 6 to 11 months receive a MMR vaccine — earlier than the age recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Doctors and other vaccine experts told The Defender that Virginia’s guidance is “reckless” and “not grounded in science.”

The state’s recommendations also include an accelerated measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccination schedule, advising that infants get the second dose in the two-dose MMR series 28 days after the first.

Virginia’s recommendation comes in response to a recent measles outbreak in Buckingham County, which as of Tuesday had reached 54 cases.

The state’s MMR vaccine guidance was included in a May 13 letter from Virginia State Health Commissioner Cameron Webb. The recommendations call for infants ages 6 to 11 months to “get an early dose of the MMR vaccine,” and two more doses at the AAP’s recommended ages, at least 28 days apart.

The CDC and AAP recommend a minimum age of 12 months for MMR vaccination, except in “special situations,” such as international travel.

Dr. Paige Perriello, a Charlottesville-based pediatrician, told local news outlet 29 News-WVIR that while the two-dose MMR series is typically started at 12 months, the vaccine can be administered earlier “during an outbreak” of measles.

According to the Virginia Department of Health’s measles dashboard, of the 54 reported cases, only 6 (11%) have resulted in hospitalization. No deaths have been reported.

Dr. Michelle Perro, a pediatrician and author of “Making Our Children Well — A Parent’s Guidebook: Empowering Healthy Families with Nutrition and Homeopathy,” told The Defender that the recent cluster of measles cases in Virginia is far from an outbreak.

“Even at 54 cases across an entire state, we’re talking about an illness with a case fatality rate near zero in the developed world,” Perro said. “The modern risk of severe outcomes from measles in the U.S. is extraordinarily low.”

Perro said Virginia’s recommendations are “reckless in several ways.” She said infants under age 1 are more susceptible to vaccine injury, because “the infant blood-brain barrier and immune system are even less developed at that age.”

“You’re injecting a live attenuated virus cocktail into a system with minimal capacity to handle it safely,” Perro said.

Perro also criticized the “accelerated two-dose schedule,” which calls for the second dose for infants under age 1 to be administered 28 days after the first dose, instead of the standard schedule, which spaces out the doses over several years.

Currently, the recommended CDC and AAP childhood vaccination schedules call for a two-dose series of the MMR vaccine at 12-15 months and another two-dose series between the ages of 4 and 6.

“Compressing the dosing interval amplifies the immunological assault and increases the probability of adverse events,” Perro said. “There’s a reason the standard schedule spaces these out over years, and it’s not just convenience.”

Dr. Elizabeth Mumper, also a pediatrician, noted that “more than 60 potential side effects” are listed in the package insert for Merck’s MMR vaccine, which until 2022 was the only MMR shot licensed in the U.S.

Mary Holland, CEO of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), said Virginia’s policy is “not grounded in science” and said that “babies may be injured or die as a result.”

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., CHD’s chief scientific officer, said the MMR vaccine, which combines three live viruses, also poses a significant autism risk, “in boys and especially black boys, if the vaccines are given on time.”

“This situation could only get worse by giving these untested shots early,” Hooker added.

A spokesperson for Virginia’s Department of Health was unable to provide comment by press time.

MMR shots deadlier than measles, data show

Perro said the MMR vaccine has a “documented risk profile.” She cited data from the federal government’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). As of April, VAERS identified 299 U.S. reports of deaths associated with the MMR or MMRV (measles-mumps-rubella-varicella) vaccines.

“The temporal clustering is stunning, as 52.8% of those deaths occurred within 14 days of vaccination, and over 60% were in children under 2 years old, concentrated right in the 12- to 15-month window when the first dose is administered. That’s not random background noise,” Perro said.

Perro said VAERS data show that in recent decades, the MMR and MMRV shots have proven to be deadlier than measles itself in the U.S.

“Since 1995, 193 U.S. MMR/MMRV-associated deaths have been reported to VAERS compared to just 7 measles-infection deaths in the same period. That’s a 2,657% higher count of reported vaccine-associated deaths versus deaths from the disease itself,” Perro said.

Mumper agreed. In an interview with CHD.TV last week, she said that many childhood deaths that occur soon after routine vaccines, including the MMR vaccine, are “misattributed to SIDS,” or sudden infant death syndrome.

“What we see when we look at that critically is that about 75% of those babies, 78% occur within the first seven days post-vaccination. And so, you shouldn’t have this temporal association with a vaccine,” Mumper said.

Merck ‘overfilled’ MMR vaccine with live mumps virus

Hooker said the MMR vaccine “in its current form has never been tested.”

“We know that there is no ‘upper cap’ on the amount of measles, mumps or rubella virus added to the vaccine and that some reports indicate these levels could be several times higher than what was originally tested and approved in FDA clinical trials,” Hooker said.

An expert report released in 2024 by Dr. David Kessler, former head of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), found that for decades, Merck misrepresented the efficacy of its MMR vaccine.

Merck allegedly “overfilled” the vaccine with live mumps virus to meet efficacy targets despite the lack of safety testing — a practice that may continue today, and which the company appears to have concealed from public health agencies.

By 1998, regulatory labeling review had revealed that the mumps component of Merck’s MMRII did not maintain the stated potency over its shelf-life, in violation of FDA regulations.

Rather than recalling the vaccine or attempting to develop a different formula, the company spent years trying to develop new and more sensitive ways to test the existing vaccine that would show high efficacy results, so it would still be in compliance with regulatory requirements and allow Merck to maintain its exclusive license.

The company did not inform the vaccine recipients, providers or purchasers — including the CDC, which purchased the drug through its Vaccines for Children Program — that its vaccine was out of compliance.

In 2024, a federal appeals court dismissed a 2010 lawsuit alleging that Merck misled the CDC by “omitting, concealing and misrepresenting” information about the potency of its mumps vaccine.

In a presentation last year, former Merck virologist-turned-whistleblower Stephen Krahling, one of the plaintiffs in the 2010 lawsuit, said, “the very same problem that afflicted the mumps component also plagued the measles and rubella components, too. Merck did a lot of different things to try and cover up the problem.”

Krahling said Merck covered up the vaccine’s lack of efficacy by adding more measles virus to the MMR vaccine — but never disclosed these changes.

“Pediatricians do not know how much virus they are injecting into your children when they administer a dose of MMR,” Krahling said.

“Two things are being hidden here: the amount that gets injected and the number of times over the history of that vaccine that they’ve changed the amount that they put in it. And it’s been changed many times. Always increasing it,” he said.

Virginia’s MMR vaccine guidance would be ‘impossible’ if vaccine makers were legally liable for injuries

In an interview with NPR affiliate WMRA, Lisa M. Lee, Ph.D., an epidemiologist and bioethicist at Virginia Tech University, said that while there were no confirmed measles cases in Buckingham County Public Schools despite the local outbreak, she suggested the outbreak was nevertheless likely due to unvaccinated children.

“Because this particular virus is so contagious, we are looking at what public health gets worried about is any community that has fewer than 95% of people immunized,” Lee said.

Yet, “Buckingham County schools specifically reported relatively small numbers of students with incomplete vaccinations — just four kids between Buckingham County Primary School and Central Virginia Christian School,” WMRA reported.

Virginia’s recommendations call for unvaccinated children and adults, and those who have never had a measles infection, to get vaccinated. Perro said this advice might actually exacerbate the spread of measles.

“The reflexive ‘vaccinate everyone in the vicinity’ approach ignores the fact that mass vaccination during an outbreak can actually prolong transmission in certain scenarios by causing vaccinated individuals to shed vaccine-strain virus,” Perro said.

Mumper said measles outbreaks are possible even without “gaps in vaccination coverage.” She said 1%-10% of those who receive the MMR vaccine experience primary vaccine failure, where the vaccine fails to lead to the development of antibodies.

She added that secondary vaccine failure, where there is waning immunity over time, is even more common.

Holland said the immunity shield that Merck and other vaccine makers enjoy under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 has enabled Virginia authorities to proceed with their current recommendations.

“This kind of medical recommendation would be impossible if Merck, the only MMR vaccine manufacturer, was liable for its vaccines, as it is for other consumer products, including drugs. People would be able to sue for injuries and deaths from the MMR; Merck would be accountable,” Holland said.

Mumper said a better strategy would be to “promote the use of Vitamin A in the oily liquid form,” noting that several studies have found that vitamin A deficiency is a “primary risk factor” in the onset of measles.

A new modeling study by researchers at North Carolina State University and Carnegie Mellon University projects that the rapid expansion of data centers supporting artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency mining could raise wholesale electricity costs by as much as 57% in some U.S. regions by 2030.

The study, published in Environmental Research Letters, also estimates that power-sector carbon dioxide emissions could be up to 28% higher compared to a future without new data center growth. The findings highlight localized pressure points, particularly in Northern Virginia, where a concentration of data centers already strains the grid.

Data Center Electricity Demand Projected to Quadruple

According to the study, U.S. data centers consumed 176 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity in 2023, representing about 4.4% of total national power use. Under a middle-of-the-road growth scenario, the researchers estimate that total electricity demand from data centers and cryptocurrency mining could reach approximately 790 billion kilowatt-hours by 2030 — more than four times the 2023 level. To arrive at their projections, the team tested 13 different scenarios that varied data center growth rates, geographic siting, natural gas prices, and the presence of federal clean energy incentives.

“When pushed, the grid doesn’t reach for the cleanest options first. It reaches for what’s available and cheap,” the study authors wrote, as cited in the research. Under the mid-growth scenario, coal contributes between 12% and 14% of the additional electricity generated to meet data center demand, while natural gas supplies between 64% and 76%. Most of that extra fossil-fuel power comes from running existing coal and gas plants harder rather than building new facilities.

Regional Impact: Coal Plants in Ohio, West Virginia Fill Northern Virginia Demand

The most pronounced regional findings involve Northern Virginia, where a concentration of data centers draws power from aging coal plants in neighboring Ohio and West Virginia. The researchers describe this phenomenon as “carbon leakage,” where emissions are effectively exported from the demand center to wherever cheaper, dirtier power is generated. In Texas, the grid accommodates data center growth primarily through expanded natural gas generation, reflecting a different resource mix and grid structure.

Retail electricity rates in major grid regions from Illinois to New Jersey already rose between 23% and 40% from 2020 to 2024, according to figures cited in the study. Data center demand is a key driver of these increases. According to a report by Consumer Reports, massive data centers are “gobbling up resources across the United States” and consumers may be paying the bill [1]. TechCrunch reported in May 2026 that PJM Interconnection, the largest U.S. grid, saw wholesale power prices nearly double year-over-year, with the independent market monitor pointing to data centers as the culprit [2].

Policy Implications: Federal Clean Energy Tax Credits Can Shift Fuel Mix

The study models the effect of reinstating federal clean energy tax credits from the Inflation Reduction Act. When these incentives are in place, natural gas’s share of new data-center electricity drops from 70% to 41%, with wind and solar filling a much larger portion of the gap. The analysis also reveals a counterintuitive dynamic: low natural gas prices are associated with higher incremental emissions from data centers, because cheap gas keeps coal plants idle, but when data center demand surges, those parked coal plants become the go-to source of extra power.

“Proactive planning and targeted policy” are needed to manage growth, the study authors said. Without deliberate intervention, continued data center expansion could pressure electricity bills and reverse years of progress on power-sector emissions. According to the independent news outlet Watts Up With That?, data centers driving up energy costs have become a major public concern, with consumers resenting energy-price jumps exacerbated by the spread of data centers [3].

Without Deliberate Planning, Costs and Emissions Rise

Under the mid-growth scenario, the additional CO2 emissions tied to data center demand in 2030 would total 330 million metric tons — larger than the annual emissions of many entire countries. The Pew Research Center reports that one study from Carnegie Mellon University estimates data centers and cryptocurrency mining could lead to an 8% increase in the average U.S. electricity bill by 2030, potentially exceeding 25% in the highest-demand markets of central and northern Virginia [4].

The study’s authors acknowledge limitations: the modeling focuses on a near-term window through 2030, uses production-based emissions accounting, and relies on assumptions about growth rates, fuel prices, and federal policy that remain subject to change. Nevertheless, the numbers make the case for action clear. As the study states, “simply letting that growth happen without deliberate planning carries real consequences.”

I am cautioned all the time by my less naive friends in the alt media to stop becoming so easily smitten. With Tulsi Gabbard. With RFK, Jr. With Tucker Carlson. With Leonarda Jonie. With Lilly Gaddis. They’re all compromised! They wouldn’t have the huge platforms they do if they weren’t. All controlled opposition. And indeed maybe they are. My head has always been turned too easily. I’m perhaps the only bleeding heart on the planet who has been called racist, anti-Semitic, and transphobic. So it’s natural that I would gravitate to a figure who has been smeared continuously by the likes of Ben Shapiro. I’ve been impressed with the work of Candace Owens. Candy-O, to steal the clever nickname from my friend Tom Siebert. Yes, I’ve seen her flash seemingly freemasonic or occult hand signs. Dana from Rotting Jewels has done some very Candace-like research on Candy-O, and she seems to be distorting the truth about herself, in a similar manner to what Candy-O discovered about Erika Kirk.

Now, on the surface, Candy-O and Hunter Biden look like a real odd couple. Not even the kind of forced mixed race romance you find so much on television. Although Candy-O does have a White husband- and a very rich one at that. Candy-O seemed really excited, when she announced that she’d booked Hunter Biden. Almost like she’d hooked one of the Beatles in their prime. I looked forward with great anticipation to watching Candy-O rip apart poor, pathetic Hunter. This was going to be better than if they’d actually gotten him to testify before Congress, on that whole Contempt thing. Back then, Hunter was brash. Disrespectful. Openly daring the government to do something. And, of course, because of who he was, they didn’t do anything. Hunter just contempted them some more. His dad- the Big Guy in the White House- pardoned him on his way out of office. In fact, pardoned all the Biden crime family. And they know how to commit crime- read my earlier work on the subject.

So, here in one corner, we had the aggressive young journalist who has dared to talk about the undue power of the non-Irish, and has even nibbled around the edges of the Holocaust with a capital H. In the other, we had a living and breathing picture of modern corruption. Addicted to crack cocaine. Started sleeping with his brother’s wife, albeit after she was a widow. This widow had a cute 14 year old daughter- Hunter’s niece- who was apparently one of the stars of Hunter’s notorious laptop. it was reported early on that Hunter’s niece could be seen on the laptop, in various states of undress. But then, it was also said, very early on, that Hunter had been filmed raping a 10 year old Chinese girl. And there was that truly disturbing leaked photo of a naked Hunter, walking beside a girl who was probably no more than five, dressed in a sexy black outfit. Was Hunter into kindergarten dominatrixes? I have searched in vain for that photo. They have clearly memory holed it, much as they have memory holed any mention of the 10 year old being raped. Well, we were finally going to find out. Candy-O was going to go after him like an unchained pit bull.

So I watched the interview, expecting to see typical Candy-O in action. In her recent interview with Victor Marx, associated with TPUSA and now running for Colorado governor, she was absolutely vicious. I actually felt a little sorry for Marx, even though he impressed me as insufferable and connected in some way to the coverup of Charlie Kirk’s death. So I pictured her grilling Hunter about that laptop. About his 14 year old niece. About the picture of the half clothed toddler. About the 10 year old Chinese girl. But I waited in vain. The laptop didn’t even come up at all, other than Hunter proclaiming, “You know what that laptop proved? That I was a crackhead.” Now, you might have anticipated Candy-O responding, “Well, there was a lot of other stuff on that laptop,” but no, she just smiled, nodded, and said, “Yes, it showed you were a crackhead.” Candy-O smiled a lot during the interview. Giggled like a schoolgirl. Agreed with everything Hunter said. Never once pushed back in the slightest.

Now, you’re probably saying, “Hey, wait a minute, Mr. Everything is a Conspiracy, surely she asked him about all those suspicious financial transactions in Ukraine? Surely, she mentioned the 10 percent cut for the Big Guy? Nope. She literally never brought Ukraine up. So, if she didn’t question him about the laptop, or Ukraine, then what did she do to fill up all that time? Well, she allowed Hunter to pontificate, and murmured dreamily to the former crackhead’s every word. She treated him like Nina Burleigh would have treated Bill Clinton in an interview. If you don’t recognize the name, “journalist” Burleigh said she would give Slick Willie a blow job, just for keeping abortion legal. Man, talk about loving abortions. At any rate, Candy-O was wearing her figurative presidential kneepads as she “interviewed” this controversial figure. For all intents and purposes, Candy-O materialized into Oprah. That might not be fair to Oprah. I’m not sure she could have lobbed as many unthreatening softballs.

I admit that Candy-O’s has become my go-to podcast. She questioned why other holocausts without the capital H and other genocides haven’t garnered attention. Her research on Macron’s “wife” was exceptional. And she has shown convincingly that Erika Kirk may have the most dishonest public persona of anyone in recent memory. She produced the text from the night before Charlie Kirk’s death, where he expressed fears for his life, and has shown all the video clips of him, in his final weeks, questioning his own support of Israel and calling out the genocide in Gaza. She was the Mark Lane of the Kirk assassination, pointing out all the flaws in the ridiculous official narrative to her millions of viewers. She uncovered the videotape of Erika’s presentation for a 2014 CIA training film. She exposed all the holes in Erika’s timeline, in her biography. Did Candy-O exaggerate how close she was to Charlie? Probably. Candy-O also has all the right enemies. But then so did Donald Trump.

Candy-O has made Erika Kirk the primary focus of her broadcast. She’s created a twisted, bizarro icon. Let’s call her Amerika Kirk. Like Trumpenstein himself, she has the magical ability to keep loyal supporters, in spite of her best efforts. Being videotaped caressing Charlie’s casket. I would say that any caressing of a casket is pretty inappropriate, but hers definitely was. Her constant dabbing of the eyes. The flash of anger that can be seen in those eyes, which turn unnaturally dark. Her questionable attire. The memorial service with the WWE entrance and the pyrotechnics. The tape of her smiling and bragging, a few weeks after her husband’s death, talking giddily about all the merch that had been sold, and calling her husband’s memorial service “the event of the century.” Candy-O is still trying to get TPUSA to release the video to go along with the dubious audio of Charlie announcing that if anything happened to him, he wanted Erika to take his place. Not stay at home.

I watched Candy-O’s first broadcast since the interview. Apparently, I’m the only one outraged by her lack of inquisitiveness with the former president’s son. Candy-O never addressed any complaints from her loyal fans, so apparently no one but me is whining, “Say it ain’t so, Candy-O.” Or she is just ignoring the criticism. Candy-O says she didn’t want to question Hunter about his father, because that’s a personal family issue. What? His father was the leader of the Free World. Why else would anyone want to talk to Hunter Biden, other than the fact he is the son of a president? There are plenty of random crackheads out there, who would be at least as interesting as Hunter. But without a much discussed laptop, and without any financial ties to Ukraine. Candy-O did mention the cocaine found in the White House. But it was in a joking manner, permitting Hunter to ridicule the notion that it might have belonged to him. There might have been countless other crackheads working for the president.

Recall that three weeks before the 2020 election, the New York Post published the story of Hunter’s laptop, which revealed questionable business dealings that implicated the Democratic Party presidential nominee Joe Biden, as well as the lurid details mentioned earlier (but not the 10 year old Chinese girl, which was never mentioned anywhere in the mainstream media). The laptop was seemingly abandoned by Hunter Biden in a Delaware repair shop. John Paul Mac Isaac was the Wilmington repair-shop owner, and it was Rudy Giuliani and others who circulated that to the New York Post in October 2020. Almost immediately, 51 former intelligence officials were on hand to tell the dumbed down public that the story had “the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” In other words, Russia, Russia, Russia. Now, you’d think that Trumpenstein, having regained office, would have gone after all these Russiagate- Steele Dossier disinfo agents. But no, not a single prosecution.

Ah, who can forget those days of yore, the autumn of 2020, when social media platforms conspired to block any mention of Hunter Biden’s laptop? Funny, I don’t remember Candy-O questioning Hunter about that. She also didn’t mention the very clear video evidence of the Big Guy bragging about getting a Ukrainian prosecutor fired before he could look into Hunter’s financial shenanigans. She didn’t compare both Democrats and Republicans ignoring that, to how Trumpenstein was impeached for an insignificant phone call. We know that the FBI- that would be Trumpenstein’s FBI- had the laptop in December 2019. So the Trump administration held this political ticking time bomb for almost a year, without taking advantage of it. John Paul Mac Isaac tried twice to sue Twitter for implicating him as a hacker, but predictably both times it was thrown out of court. Isaac’s home would be “swatted” in January 2024. That is the last news I could find on him. Presumably he’s still alive.

I tried to contact Candy-O a few months ago, when I heard her talking about the late podcaster Rob Skiba. She didn’t mention that Rob was a Flat Earther, but did note his work on the COVID psyop, made all the more ironic when he died in the hospital, like my brother and so many others, from COVID “protocol.” I had his widow Sheila on my podcast in May, 2023, to talk about that. Candy-O didn’t mention Sheila, and I thought she might be interested to know that I subsequently learned that Sheila had passed away herself in December, 2024, of unknown causes. Candy-O never replied. Now this isn’t that surprising, given how big she is, and the propensity anyone with a “name” in the alt media has to ignore those lower than them in the hierarchy. But I did think the subject would grab her attention, given that she had just talked about it. She does encourage her fans to send her “tips,” but so do other notables that have ignored my emails. Unanswered emails are the digital version of rejection slips.

This was likely our only chance to find out anything meaningful regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop. And Candy-O blew it. On purpose. She certainly isn’t stupid. She knows the history of this laptop, and the history of the financial improprieties in Ukraine. Just as we don’t have updates regarding the whereabouts and welfare of John Paul Mac Isaac, there is no information on where Hunter’s laptop is. For all we know, he may be filming other 14 year old girls in various states of undress, or hobnobbing with other scantily dressed toddlers. For that matter, where is Anthony Weiner’s laptop? I guess if Candy-O got him to come on her podcast, she would neglect to ask about the sensational rumor that Hillary Clinton can be seen abusing (perhaps killing) a child on the Weiner laptop. Maybe she’d gently ask Hillary about the pressures of trying to raise a daughter while being such a powerful statesman/woman/they/them. Neglect to mention the largest Body Count ever seen in American politics.

Candy-O treated Hunter with kid gloves. They waxed rhapsodic over their religious faith. Candy-O dutifully criticized Trump to impress Hunter. Now, certainly Trumpenstein deserves to be criticized, but not when you’re interviewing Hunter Biden. She let Hunter boast about how much more impressive his resume was than the resumes of Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump. Who knows? Maybe she wound up buying some of Hunter’s timeless art. He may be perhaps the greatest painter from the political world since Dubya Bush. Maybe since Hitler. Candy-O and Hunter agreed that “they lie to us.” Well, no one emphasizes that more than I do. Maybe Hunter reads my work. He did mention David Talbot’s The Devil’s Chessboard, a book which focuses on Allen Dulles and the JFK assassination. Candy-O just kept nodding. Cooing actually. It was hard to watch, and should have been embarrassing for her. It was like one of the humiliation rituals prominent males often are forced to endure.

Candy-O built a bigger, more extreme brand out of the outrageous “grieving widow” Erika Kirk. Everyone grieves differently. Was she assigned to interview Hunter Biden as one of those “calling cards” the elite love to display? They like to boast, like Jack the Ripper once did. They planted a “magic bullet” that was nearly pristine. They found one of the “hijackers” passports on top of the 9/11 rubble. They figuratively wink at us all the time. Most people still don’t get the joke, which must provide them with endless laughs. I’ll probably still watch Candy-O. I’ll just watch it differently. Maybe the black pillers are right. They are all “installed,” to use Katt Williams’ term. My racist, anti-Semitic bleeding heart just can’t stop feeling for those like RFK, Jr., with Rabbi Shmuley grinning behind him. Maybe they made Candy-O an offer she couldn’t refuse. Maybe they make them all offers they can’t refuse. Or maybe they don’t want to refuse. Maybe they enjoy toying with the hearts and minds of the public.

Project Agorá, backed by major central banks, will now move toward “real-value” testing to settle tokenized central bank money and bank deposits on blockchain rails.

What to know:

• Project Agorá, backed by the Bank for International Settlements, found that tokenizing central bank reserves and commercial bank deposits could significantly improve the speed and reliability of payments across borders.
• With major central banks like the New York Fed, Bank of England and Bank of Japan involved, members now plan to move from simulations to testing real-value transactions.
• Tokenization is gathering steam among Wall Street firms to modernize finance, bringing assets like stocks, bonds and funds onto blockchain rails.

Amajor experiment led by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) found that tokenization could help fix some of the biggest pain points in cross-border payments, from slow settlement times to costly reconciliation between banks.

Project Agorá, a joint effort between the BIS, seven central banks and more than 40 private financial institutions, concluded that tokenized central bank reserves and commercial bank deposits could support atomic settlement across currencies and jurisdictions.

Atomic settlement refers to transactions completing on an “all-or-nothing” basis, reducing the risk that one side of a cross-border payment fails while the other succeeds.

The initiative involved the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Bank of England, Bank of Japan, Swiss National Bank and other central banks alongside large commercial banks and financial firms.

Project Agorá participants now plan to move beyond simulations toward testing real-value transactions involving some currencies and institutions. The Bank of Canada also joined the initiative this week.

The findings landed as global banks and asset managers ramp up their own tokenization efforts. DTCC, Wall Street’s clearing house, plans to roll out its tokenized settlement infrastructure for stocks, ETFs and U.S. Treasuries, while Nasdaq and NYSE-owner Intercontinental Exchange are both developing blockchain-based systems for tokenized stocks.

A cross-border transfers can bounce between several intermediary banks before reaching its destination at present, often taking days to settle and creating operational risks along the way. Using tokenization and blockchain rails could mean fewer delays and failed payments in the global financial system, the report showed.

The BIS, often described as the “central bank for central banks,” has become increasingly active in blockchain and tokenization research as governments and financial firms rethink how money and securities move globally.

The agency, however, warned that stablecoins — digital currencies tied to fiat money issued on blockchain by private companies — could pose risks to the financial system, urging to speed up efforts to regulate the sector.
