Another month goes by with lots of 🎉🎂celebrations as well as deep reflections.

P4 & P5 - 17.08; Beloved wife @nia_sharon #turns44 celebration 🎂🎉
P6 & P7 - #BibAniFamily August babies birthday dinner
P8 - 26.08 #4yearson since my Papa left us. Missing him dearly.

And just now, received another sad news of the passing of my ex-boss & mentor @ahmadshahranibrahim

Overdue July tribute post. July & Aug every year has always been hectic for me because my family & I celebrated multiple milestones. This year especially more as it was during the EidulAdha long weekend break.

02.07: I turned #27forever for the 16th time and my big sister @faz_huda celebrated her bestday too! 🥰🥳
06.07: My big bro @acataziz reached his 5 series milestone!
07.07: Beloved wife, @nia_sharon & I celebrated our 15th year anniversary
08.07: another sister @qiha_aziz celebrated her birthday 🎂
10.07: morning celebrated Raya Haji in Rembau (wife’s side) and then had a big secret surprise birthday dinner for Acat organised by @inntuition

So yes; it’s been 1 whole month of non-stop celebration & festivities. 🥳

On the work front has been super hectic too with added hustling.. 😅

Thank you to everyone for all the warm & lovely wishes + prayers on my birthday and our anniversary. 🎉🥳👏🏽🤲🏽

My mini-me; Idzhar Khaliq turns double digit, 10 years old today. Celebrated it with a family retreat at @hudashaven and he was super excited to get to 🏊🏼‍♂️in the river & pool again after a long hiatus.

Scroll➡️ ➡️ around the same time last year - he wanted the @minecraft PS4 game but since we’re not sure if it’s supported back home - he finally got it this year.

Also, we went for an Anfield stadium tour and tried to recreate the iconic bob paisley statue. 😅💪🏼

Others are him being super brotherly to aysha & getting 😍 from nadyne.

Final picture was just him today being silly & his usual manic careless, “destructive” self.. 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️

While it’s still fresh & the side effects still has not kicked in fully yet (please AZ vaccine, be gentle with my body 🤲🏼)😅

Alhamdulillah like almost about 3.4 million Malaysians so far since > 100 days the national immunisation program started - received my 1st dose of AZ vaccine just now. 💉🦠

Thankfully, the journey + process was super efficient & fast. Settled in about 1 hour. Appointment at 9am IDCC, went out by 9.57am! Woohoo. 👌🏼

Big kudos and thank you to all the tireless frontliners, medical workers and volunteers for all their sacrifices + hard work in making the process smooth as well as in our collective fight to flatten the curve.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 🥰🥰🥰
Even managed to “selit” token souvenir sampul raya @tulusdigital to my jabbers. 😷

Now time to enjoy my nasi dagang as part of the reward & the hungry side effect apparently. 😅😋🤤😝

Alhamdulillah, the last 4 months have been quite hectic and I don’t normally share work stuff on my personal social media.

It’s been great learning about the Islamic fintech industry, catching up with the start-up ecosystem and meeting like minded people. Just a quick intro of what we do;

Day 5 of quarantine; I received the dreaded call from MOH informing me that our first born daughter; @aryanna_adzfar
is Covid19 positive & unfortunately has to be warded immediately.
It’s the most heartbreaking news @nia_sharon & I can get and as parents; to see our 12 year old being taken away is just painful when you can’t accompany her along to the hospital (as she’s considered a young adult already & admitted to an adult ward). 🥺

2020 has been a tough & challenging year to the whole world, us included and this is another 1 of Allah’s test for us. May it strengthen our iman & sabar. InshaAllah..🤲🏼

Despite this, we’re extremely proud of her bravery and courage. Alhamdulillah, she doesn’t have any symptoms and is in good health. Hopefully it’s temporary and she can be discharged real soon.

I’m also very grateful that we have my sister @fai_aziz and brother in law working at Hospital Sungai Buloh to help ease her “early boarding school” journey and look out for her while we’re apart.

Please pray for Nadyne & my family’s continuous health, safety & well being.
