Have you ever been watching a video on Youtube of a concert or some other music performance and thought, “Gee golly, I wish I could put this song on my iPod…”?  No?  Well, humor me for a minute.

Video2mp3 is a free service that lets you enter the URL of any Youtube video, and they turn it into an mp3 for you to download and do with as you wish.  Here is how it works:

First, you enter the web address for the video of which you want the mp3:

If you want a higher-quality mp3, make sure you have that option selected.

Once you click “convert”, it will start to convert the video to an mp3:

Once it is done, you will be able to download it:

That’s it!  You’re done!

Now, go grab all of my YouTube videos and save them to your iPod :)

To give you a recap… I weighed myself last week and had lost .6 pounds.  Today, I weighted myself again, and I am down another 1.8!  Woo hoo!

I have decided to get back to kicking major A on the treadmill rather than just 15 minutes at a time.  I had changed things up for the last several weeks, but the changes resulted in me not losing weight, so it is time to go back to what I know works for me.  My legs are sore, but that will soon pass and I will be back in running mode.

  • Weight after this week’s weigh-in: 248.8 lbs

I know that Melanie said something about Bass shoes.

So there you go.  The first-ever communication between us.  It takes a few seconds to search through everything, but it will display any results that exist. You have the option of searching tweets, DM’s, favorites, or all-of-the-above.

1.  Log on to your Google Profile here

2.  Click on the “edit profile” link:

3.  Uncheck the box that says “Display the list of people I’m following and people following me“:

4.  Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page, and you are set.

For all of you a little concerned about lack of privacy these days, hopefully this will help a little.
